conveniently placed for shops and transport.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The only issues were when calling Grab. It will be a long wait because of the traffic jam.
Highly suggest to use the train service whenever applicable as often as possible to save time.
For the room, it is well maintained although looked slightly old. Regardless, it is still a great experience.
The staffs are really friendly and patience. I just want to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Farizan and his team for helping me out with my misplaced phone charger earlier on and deliver it to me safely via shipping.

La chambre était propre et spacieusr, la douche avec une bonne eau bien chaude. L’hotel se situe en.plein coeur de la ville et à portée du monorail. Le personnel etait tres poli, gentil et réactif à mes demandes. Si vous cherchez un hôtel à budget correct et sans chichi, ne cherchez cherchez pas plus loin

It is close to so many good food. You can take the free KL bus which is close by. There is hot water and you can refill your water at the lift lobby. Ironing is also available for free to use. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Great placement just 5 minutes away from good shopping, spacious, clean and comfortable room and two amazing pools overlooking the city. After check out we were allowed to hang out by the pool until our flight. Will definately recommend!

Very strategic location within walking distance to all major shopping centres restaurants and publlic transport. Staff very friendly.

酒店位置極佳,附近地鐵站有很多找換店，匯率很好。步行到阿羅街很近。雖然入住一晚，但感覺到去邊都方便。
在這網站訂比官網貴。建議訂之前再比較下。

위치가 좋고 친절하고 괜찮네요 조금 비싼게 문제지만

위치와 금액은 최고의 호텔인거 같아요.
다만 서비스가 좀.... 좋지는 않은거 같아요.
사람들이 나쁘지는 않은대 타월을 추가로 요청을 하였으나 타월 받는대 3시간이나 걸린거 같네요.
냉장고가 없어서 불편해요.
전반적인 평가는 위 두가지 항목빼곤 훌륭합니다.

위치는 정말 대 만족! 방이 작긴 작아요

다음에 100% 또 이용할 것이다! 조식이 약간 부실하고 방은 조금 좁지만, 그 외에 모든 것이 마음에 든다. 아참, 냉장고가 없다는 단점이 있지만 근처에 사먹을 곳이 많아서 굳이 필요치는 않은 듯.. 단 미지근한 무료생수를 마셔야한다는 단점! 핫샤워 잘나오고 에어컨 잘 돌아가고 군더더기 없는 객실 디자인, 빠른 엘리베이터, 빠른 체크아웃(왜냐면 미니바가 없기 때문에 확인할 것이 별로 없음) 위치가 정말 최고임. 모노레일 부킷빈땅역에서 무척 가까움. 근처에 마사지거리, 음식 거리, 고급 쇼핑몰부터 일반 쇼핑몰까지 모든것이 밀집해 있음. 지난번 이비스 프레이져파크에 숙박했을 때는 위치가 에러였는데 이번엔 대만족!쿠알라룸푸르에 간다면 또 여기에 머물것이다.

This hotel has car parking. It is good point. But the location is difficult to find out because there is car parking behind hotel. We can put our car besides entrance first. Then, we can get hotel stuff's support.

Room was nice and clean. Service was very good. My only gripe would be that coffee mugs had lipstick stains. They were not cleaned well. Overall, it was a pleasent stay. Security was very good. A key-card is used for the door and taking the lift.

ブキッビンタンの駅から近く、どこに行くのも便利でした。１階が工事中でしたがそんなに騒音もなく快適に過ごせました。シャワーをすると便器が濡れますが、まぁ価格を考えると許容範囲です。歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ミネラルウォーターが付きますが、冷蔵庫はありません。WiFiはよく繋がりました。次回また宿泊をしたいと思います。

The hotel is just nice to stay, just in the city very easy to get to everywhere

Everything is perfect but not suitable for people drives large SUV cars. Else need to pay a small sum to park overnight (per night) which is less than 2 minute walking distance across hotel.

My fiance and i needed a cheap hotel for the night, hotel location was great as its at bukit bintang. Service could have been better but it was still ok. Rooms are close to one another so we can hear the hotel guests from the other room next to us talking loudly. Beds and toilet are all superb.

Ok for the price. Just a note that the cleaning staff refused to make up our room because we arrived in the morning and we are going out in the afternoon. But they agreed to clean the trash bins and replenish our bottled water and towels after explaining we had a late check-in (instead of early check-in).

Good and convenient location. Breakfast was acceptable. Room is compact but clean. Feel like in Japan.

Very convenient location, walkable distance to shops and restaurants, Pavillion and farrenheit mall nearby.
Free parking available. Breakfast is average, but the restaurant staff not very friendly. Room is neat and clean but quite congested.

GOKL 타기 정말 편함 길안건너고 걸어서 3분
바로 뒤는 잘란얄로 야시장이라서 저녁에 산책처럼 놀러가기 좋음
모노레일 걸어서 5분 !! 완전 편함
다만 객실 소음이 다소 들리고 담배냄새가 스멀스멀 올라옴
팁을 많이 줘야 오래 머물때 시트 갈아주고 청소 깨끗히해줌

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 파빌리온이나 잘란알로, 창캇 부킷빈탕까지 도보 5분내에 가능하고 쌍둥이 빌딩이 있는 KLCC까지 스카이워크를 통해 도보 15분 내에 가능합니다. 방이 좁고 냉장고가 없는 단점은 있지만 가격을 생각하면 충분히 선택할만 합니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은 전반적으로 위생상태가 좋지는 않습니다.

부킷빈탕에 머물기 가장 좋은 위치에 있는 적절한 가격대의 숙소이다. 100미터만 걸어나가면 GoKL 무료버스 정거장이 있어서 시내를 구경하러 다니기 편리하고, 반대편으로 야시장 Jalan Alor가 있다. 또 쿠알라룸푸르에서 가장 세련된 쇼핑몰인 Pavilion이 가까워 더위를 피해 쇼핑과 식사를 즐길 수 있다. 호텔의 프론트데스크 직원은 그리 친절한 편은 아니고 청결도나 서비스는 평범한 수준이다. 높은 층의 코너 룸을 배정받으면 페트로나스 트윈타워가 멀리 보이기 때문에 전망도 괜찮은 편이다.
