Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge.
5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.

Flott leilighet med kjøkken og bad . Glimrende for langtidsopphold. Gåavstand til sentralstasjonen. Enkelt og sjekke inn baggasje på togstasjonen med Malaysia airline og gå rett på toget med nonstop KLIA

The guest relation at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. They gave us welcome drinks and we felt welcome. The room was massived. I would recommend this hotel.

The transportaion service from hotel to kl sentral train station, excellent, Mr Mururgan the driver was very accomodating, 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for reception staff, patient and courteous. Highly recomended place to stay if you are woth family, the rooms are spacious, bathroom shower best i have ever seen, beats other 5 star hotels in the vicinty.

Last minute booking. Very friendly staff provided all property details upon check-in and answered all of our questions. Very walkable area, located next to KL Sentral LRT and Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Easily accessible by Grab and public transportation options at KL Sentral.

My third stay with Ascott Nu Sentral and 10/10 as always. Warm and hospitable staff, clean facilities and great location for getting around the city and easy commute to and from KLIA.

Centrally located, 3 mins walk from Nu Sentral. Staff are very polite, attentive and accomodating to our requests. Will stay there again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities and choice of two pools.
Shuttle service to Sentral station where we were able to check our suitcases in and were issued with our boarding passes making for an easy and trouble free train trip to the airport and directly through customs.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super friendly. Prorperty is well located, minutes away from KL Sentral.
Batharea is a bit dimly lit and dated. Water flow and pressure are quite slow and could be better. Breakfast is very average and there is no room service but there are plenty of Grabfood options in the area.
Overall a much recommended and great stay!

Although stayed 1 night only, the nice check-in experience with friendly smile and welcome drink made me feel comfortable. I certainly will come back again when I visit KL in future. The room conditions are over my expectation.

Det er 2. gang, jeg overnatter på hotellet, og servicen, stemningen og værelserne er i top. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale, der altid møder en med en venlig hilsen og smil. En dag blev jeg fanget af en regnbye og var våd ved ankomst til hotellet, og blev mødt at en venlig receptionist med et stort håndklæde. Intet at udsætte, tværtimod :-)

This was the best choice ever! I stayed 3 nights in a King Apartment at Ascott Sentral and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed for a great price. The room is super clean and really spacious, it has everything you need, including a big fridge, a wide rain shower and a smart TV. The building is new and there are huge panorama windows, I was on the 17th floor and had a great view of KL. The building is situated in a central location, just a 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall NU Sentral and the Sentral station, which is situated inside the shopping mall (there is train, metro and bus), so it is very easy to move around and especially to go to the airport. There is a complementary shuttle to KL nearby attractions such as Petronas Towers, Central Market, China Town (only one way). The people at the reception are really nice and answered all my questions about getting a local Sim card, where to find the tourist bus and how to go to the Batu Caves (you can take the Komuter train at NU Sentral station for only 3 RM!). There is a gym and a big outdoor swimming pool plus a smaller indoor pool on the 5th floor. I booked only the room without breakfast because I wanted to sleep longer. I will stay here again soon, thank you for everything!

Good condition and amazing full furnished, specially in kitchen equipment, such as microwave, big refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, ect even in 2 bedroom also included wash machine and dryer.

Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and respectful staff showcasing Malaysian warmth and hospitality. Great location and within walking distance of the KL Sentral train station and many restaurants. Fully equipped room. Kids loved the pool.

Enjoyable stay for 48 hours during the MCO. Restrictions in place but was well looked after by the team there.
Best location if you are looking for space to relax. 2 bed apartment was massive. Tv, desk and and dining area. Will book again.

部屋が広くて綺麗。冷蔵庫が大きく冷凍庫も使えたので買ってきた氷を保存することができた。電子レンジも便利。アメニティも歯ブラシや髭剃りなど一通りそろっている。KLセントラルに近いので早朝便で帰る人には便利。スタッフもにこやかでちゃんと挨拶をしてくる。７千円台でこの設備とサービスなら文句ない。

飛行機の到着が遅れホテルに到着したのが深夜2時前になってしまったのですが、ドアマンとホテルマンが出迎えてくださり、とても親切丁寧に対応いただきました。
また部屋もとても広く高級感があります。東京なら一泊40000円以上しそうな部屋にこの価格で泊まれるのはコスパ最強です。
クアラルンプールを観光するにはこのホテルの位置は最高です。鉄道の中心駅であるKLセントラル駅から歩いて5分ほどの立地ですので、空港や大体の観光地から乗り換えなしでアクセスすることができます。
次にクアラルンプールを訪れる際にもぜひこちらを利用したいと思いました。
