Another fan or a/c would have been really nice, but all in all it was good. Great location and cute apartment with most everything one needs when travelling. Would stay there again! 😁

Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very confortable. Large bathroom. Good kitchen. Good location. We like the daily housekeeping. Also the fact that have the refrigerator, iron and hair drier was very convinient.

the apartament is located 700 m near the center of Basel, if you want a clean accommodation, you should definitely try this property!

Bon séjour, l'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable et très fonctionnel avec une cuisine super aménagée. Les lits étaient plutôt confortables, le couchage du canapé lit était ok. Le rapport qualité prix était très bon vu le lieu assez central

The accommodation was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable, with a HUGE shower, and such a bonus to have a fridge, freezer and microwave. I must especially mention the lady on reception - she could not have been more helpful with local knowledge, suggestions, vouchers to use the trans for free and her English was impeccable. We would certainly stay here again.

Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno dato una camera più grande allo stesso prezzo. Letti comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente per chi viaggia con bambini. Inoltre hanno un posteggio in garage davvero comodo.

Our stay was amazing the reception staff was really helpful, they provided us with unlimited travel pass in Basel for our stay. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay would definitely recommend this place very close to transportation and in a nice area with bars and shopping only 5 minutes away.

I didn't give a perfect rating to this facility because units don't have A/C system and it was extremely warm when we were there. They provide fans, but it's not enough during warm temperature days.

가족여행 숙박으로 최적, 다만 숙박료 이외에 주차비등 추가비용이 많으나 시내교통비등 무료로 상ㅅ쇄됨. 스위스 물가에 비해 적당한 가격에 최적의 아파트로 판단됨

Zentral gelegenes Hotel - sehr nahe an der Messe Basel platziert. Wir wohnten hier zum zweiten Mal, und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil diesmal: wir bekamen einen Apartment mit nur einem Zimmer. Das letzte Mal hatten wir ein separates Schlafzimmer, was sehr praktisch ist mit kleinen Kindern. Trotzdem kommen wir nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

A great apartment for stay during a little more than a week. The kitchen meant I could have a few meals home which saved both money and time. It was large enough and even though there was no luxury, it had everything I needed for a great stay. The proximity to Messe Basel with several tram lines made it easy to access.

Fint og rent, bra service. Gratis lading i parkeringsvarsler! Nær messe og kollektivtrafikk. Basel er en utrolig hyggelig by! Minus var trang innkjørsel p-hus, litt vond sovesofa (anbefales til maks fire pers, da har alle ok senger) og ikke sånn helt supert møblert og utstyrt.

Lage und Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet! Neu renoviert mit Aufzug, sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal.
In der Wohnungsbeschreibung waren zwei Schlafzimmer genannt. Die Aufteilung war aber ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Schrankbetten im zur Küche hin offenen Wohnzimmer.

Très chouette logement, bien situé dans le quartier Messe et proche du centre-ville. Par contre, très bruyant à cause de la rue très passante et de 2 terrasses de restaurants juste en dessous. Les fenêtres sont à double vitrage donc efficace contre le bruit mais vu la chaleur, difficile de dormir les laisser fermées. Arrêt du tram à 2 pas, pratique.

Man fühlte sich sehr zu Hause und es gab an der Wohnung nichts auszusetzen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet.

El apartamento es estupendo, el único inconveniente es que no eran dos dormitorios, sino uno y dos camas en el salón. Bien situado y muy completo de complementos. Muy buena atención.

A nice apartment at a quiet area during weekend. Large space can fit 5-6 people. No air-conditioning. Lift to upper floors is available. Cooking utensils are furnished. However, cutlery set is not provided. Funny. Overall is okay.

good apt, washing machine and dryer, kettle, coffe machine, kicthen, all nice pluses, beds were pull outs and stow aways which were reasonable but not fancy, overall not bad

Lejligheden vi endte i var som sådan fin, den svarede bare ikke til den beskrivelse som stod i vores reservation. I beskrivelsen havde vi booket en lejlighed med 2 separate rum med dobbelt seng og sovesofa. Derudover skulle der være køkken og spiseplads til 4 pers. Lejligheden skulle ligeledes også indeholde vaskemaskine og tørretumler, hvilket vi havde brug for, da opholdet var i forlængelse af en længere rejse.
Lejligheden som vi endte i var et rum med 2 ekstra senge sat ind, så for at vi alle 4 kunne sidde ved bordet måtte nogen sidde i den ene seng. Der var ingen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler som angivet.
Men som sagt, en fin lejlighed, men til max 3 pers.

Tres bien situé proche tram et vieille ville accessible à pied. Malgré la chaleur un ventilateur était à disposition et nous a aidé a supporter la température. Appartement très propre tout est prévu pour le client. Seul point negatif le canapé lit est un peu petit pour 2 adultes.

Nice apartment in a good location! Desk staff very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English! No AC so we really appreciated the two large fans as apartment was quite warm. We were on top floor and it was +30C outside! Also, skylight windows opened up! Nice outside patio for late evening relaxing😄

This hotel/apartment was perfect for our family of three for a night in Basel before heading to the Swiss Alps. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants easily from the apartment.

とても快適でした。ただし、猛暑でエアコンなく、隣の工事音があったのが残念でした。バーゼルカードのプレゼントはとてもありがたかったです。ドラムの便良く、コープも近かったです。

A comfortable apartment for a couple and two children, there is an independence to cook food, laundry (short and long stay), once a day the hotel is sent to clean and tidy the room There are 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.
The location of the apartment building is relatively central and close to transportation (you get free travel on public transport in Basel and discounts to attractions), nearby shopping areas, nearby restaurants, close to the Rhine River and the Old Town.
There is a need to pay 4 francs per person per night of hotel accommodation.
The cost of parking per night is 25 francs.
The hotel receives euros, converts EUR (if paid in euros and not francs) at 1.1 (elsewhere 1.3).
Relative to the 4-night stay did not cost expensive compared to the conditions that the apartment house offers.

Appartement moderne et propre bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre en tram et en face des Halles de la Messe Basel. La carte offerte pour la durée de notre séjour nous a offert, notamment, les transports publiques et l'entrée au Zoo pour toute la famille. Un gros avantage.

4인 가족이 쓰기에 꽤 넓은 공간. 조리 도구의 상태들이 좀 아쉽다. 위치는 도심에서 좀 벗어나 있지만 트램도 자주오고 일단 타면 10분 정도에 도심이나 바이엘러 미술관으로 갈 수 있다.

Overall looks ok. But a little inconvenient that the reception of the hotel is located a block away. Some issues with the unit I stayed, the dishwasher doesn’t work, the remote control of the TV had no battery and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The main entrance door is a bit tricky to open. But putting these inconveniences aside, it was a good experience.

The place was decent. Nothing special but good value for the price. It has advertised a rooftop terrace which I thought was private. It turns out it was just a shisha bar located on the roof of one of the buildings that contained the hotel. The property is spread across a number of buildings stretching down the street. We also had an issue with our keys one night when we came back they would get us into the building but not into the room. Had to go to reception and call someone to sort it out. Thankfully they have spare keys that can be retrieved after hours if needed.

Room was on the second floor facing a busy street over a bistro. There was a major renovation being done on the building two feet away, and another building being demolished two buildings away on the other side of our room. Noise beginning at 7am ending at 5pm was unbelievable. Room was OK, however both beds were actually Murphy beds, and there was no room for the kitchen stools as the beds were open by the counter. Nice appointed kitchen and bathroom. Very close to transportation. Would’ve rated it much higher IF they had been honest about the noise BEFORE we arrived. Probably would not have stay there had we known. Luckily it was only a two night stay.

Room adequate but stay ruined by constant noise from workmen in next building & demolition gang 2 doors away. Drilling started at 7 am each day & they worked weekends.

The overall apartment was OK, but we got late there and they have a kiosk for checking which wanted me to pay the property tax and I had a credit card and it was asking me for the pin number which on USA we don’t have a number for the credit card, but the lady was not understanding. I even told her that I will pay tomorrow while check out, but she was questioning what if you don’t pay and she was continuously saying that everybody has a pin number on the credit card so we had a very rough checking at 11:30 with my parents and kids I will not recommend this place.

Very seldom leave negative reviews however i am really annoyed about this hotel. Booked a large apartment. Described as city views with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. What i got was a cramped small attic room with limited windows and no city view. They had changed my room also from what I had booked to a smaller one with only 1 single bed and a sofa which I had to use as as the second bed for my son resulting in a cramped room as picture. I complained at the time and after. I was advised that my room had been offered to a larger family and the hotel failed to see the relevance that i had actually booked a bigger room. Was also advised that none of the rooms are city view despite the description. Will not be back and avoid this hotel.

We would have needed to cancel our travel plans due to coronavirus, but the property did not show even the slightest flexibility.
