친절한 직원들.좋은위치(잘란알로,교통,파빌리온,Lot10등).합리적가격. 작은방이지만 TV가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

The owner has a museum of cameras at level 2 of the hotel which also serves as a place where guests can sit around or have a chat with friends. Location is excellent opposite Pavilion, property is super clean and staff are helpful.

The stay at Gold Tree suited the purpose of my visit to KL. You have whatever basic necessities over there, at a very reasonable price. The location is perfect, all the malls are few minutes (even seconds) walk away, the monorail is 1 minute away etc. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the basics you need for a small holiday in KL. The staffs are nice and very helpful. The amenites are mostly basic, like shower, air conditioning, TV, kettle, towels etc, but if you are tourist, these should be enough. Also, the free WIFI is awesome!

交通非常方便下車後飯店就在lot10的後面，人員禮貌親切，唯一就是夜生活比較豐富!

ブキッビンタン中心街の近くにありますが、騒がしくはないので静かな夜を過ごすことができました。
お湯が出ないという口コミがありましつが、宿泊した部屋はお湯も出ましたし、清掃が行き届いていました。
連泊の清掃は元々ないのか不明ですが、2泊目の清掃はなかったです。2人部屋に1人で宿泊したので、タオル等は問題なかったので気にしませんでした。

Location is the best part making it very convenient to go places and see places.
Room is tiny but nice and cosy. Can do with hooks or rack for the bathroom. We wet the bathroom floor while trying to figure out how to turn on water for the shower. Water temperature was unstable at times.

シャワーがぬるま湯しか出なかったのがちょっと気になりましたがそれ以外はパーフェクトです！ブキッビンタンのど真ん中なのでちょっと買い物して、荷物を置きにホテルに戻ってまた出かける…といったことが可能な便利な立地でした。
フロントの人懐っこいスタッフさんは特に印象が良かったです、一人訪問でしたが楽しい時間と快適な空間をありがとうございました。

観光には最適なロケーションになります。
値段を考えると仕方ないのですが、部屋が予想より小さい点だけが、若干、評価が下がる部分です。
ダブルベッドでも二人だと部屋が狭いので、一人で泊まる方にお勧めです。

立地が良いので食事・アクセスの面で観光する場所には最適。部屋もシンプルで石鹸や歯ブラシなどのアメニティがないが、価格の安さを考えると問題なし。

perfect location at very short walking distance to pavilion, staff are very friendly and helpful, even though the room is quite small and have no window but it is enough if you need a hotel room just for sleep and spend most of the time outside. Check in was very fast. Lift available. Overall a good budget hotel

Only stopped in Malaysia for a couple days. Hotel in perfect location. Very close to monorail, shopping and Petronas towers. No window in room though

Location was fantastic. Clean. Early check-in requires a payment of RM50. Allows baggage drop-off. Walls were paper thin. Could hear the sounds from other rooms AND there was a club next door that closed very late. Furthermore, renovation started at 9am and it was very noisy. No warning from staff.

Overall was good just that the sound proof system was really bad. And there's karaoke downstairs playing loud disco. From room we can feel the sound base. It's very frustrating !

Petite room TV didn't really work shower has no curtain so bathroom was a wet room really!
Towels and room not cleaned daily unless requested! When I requested they only replaced the towels and made beds (did not change sheets)

Excellent location right in Bukit Bintang. Easy walking distance from KLCC, Petronas Towers, drinking area, shopping, etc. Room had no windows and was very small, but clean. The A/C had some problems. The hotel had a strange smell which remained on my clothes and luggage for many days after moving on. Recommend for location and price, but only if you are willing to sacrifice some comfort!

Este hotel esta sobre valorado. Si bien la zona es buena y comoda el hotel tiene habitaciones sin ventanas como parece ser la costumbre alli. Falta el aire por el encierro y no hay provision de aire natural cosa q no soluciona un aire acondicionado. La atencion del personal siempre fue cordial y atenta. 2 perdonas NO pueden convivir alli. Es demasiado pequeña. Pero por ese precio no hay algo mejor. Al menos eso creo yo.

Oda çok kötü başta söyleyeyim. Cam dahi yok konfor sıfır. Basık bir yapısı var. Su dahi vermiyorlar. Reklamda 2 su vermeleri gerekirdi. Aile oteli gibi bir yer. Çevresi iyi gezilecek yerlere ve Petronasa yürüyüş mesafesinde. Oda temizliği kaldığımız 4 gece içinde hiç yapılmadı. Hizmet kalitesi sıfır.

I've stayed in quite a few a 'budget' hotels, so I know what to expect. That being said, the only good thing about this place was the bed. Somehow they managed to get a comfortable bed in there with clean linens.
Other than that, the floor and walls were dirty, the "sliding" bathroom door didn't slide at all, the air conditioner had some sort of grease dripping from the opening and the lack of any sort of ventilation in a very small concrete room with no windows kept the humidity at rainforest levels. Nice and sticky all the time, with a wide variety of colorful molds growing on the wall-paper. The room smelled of mold after the air-freshener wore off. The air freshener that the employee had sprayed just prior to showing us the room, he had the can in his hands when he brought us the key.
There's some sort of club downstairs that was blasting very loud Arabic music well after 1:30 am that could clearly be heard in the room. But the best part was when someone started moving furniture around upstairs at 1:00 am and banging on the walls (I can only assume that's what was happening), this happened both nights we stayed here and early in the morning.

Hotel room was advertised to have a city view and queen sized bed, 40inch tvs, premium channels, and daily housekeeping. In reality that room doesn't exist. I was given a room with no wondows, so clearly no city view. When I requested that I be given the room I paid for the hotel receptionist refused to provide me with the room. She insisted I pay for an upgraded room. After 20 minutes she finally called the hotel manager who told her to "upgrade" me to a room with windows and two twin beds which is really a downgrade from what I had paid for. There was no city view, just a view of thr metal and glass facade thay covers the front of the building. The TVs are only 32 inches, it even says so on the model number om the TV. There were only 5 TV channels, of which only 4 actually worked...sometimes. My room was cleaned on the first morning, and the never cleaned again for the next 4 nights. Paint is peeling from around the bathroom door, which didn't actually slide closed, and there are dirty marks all over the walls. THE ONLY nice things about this place are its great location and comfortable beds, if you can actually get the size you paid for. Worst of all hotels.com will ignore you when you call to complain and tell you there is nothing they can do, until you pester them on Twitter for a week. Then they'll ignore you again and side with the hotel. In the end I did get my money refunded, but dealing with Hotels.com and this hotel made my visit to Kuala Lumpur less enjoyable.
