Perfect hotel for the price, spacious, great wifi and A/C, comfortable bed and smiley staff. What else do you need?!
Very close to Metro station as well.

Spacious non-smoking room with a fair amount of facilities given, i'm thankful that my room was clean and has no issue of aircond, leaking or anything, thank you for the good experience here!

A very friendly so so helpful/understandable staffs attended during checkin and checkout. Strategic location closed to LRT stn and restaurants. Room was nice and clean as per advertised picture in the website. I love the design concept of toilet seperated between wet and dry area. Toothkit provided really make me happy compare to other hotel I stayed before. A suggestion to provide a coffee sache in every room is highly value added for me for the next stay. Can't wait to be back again for next trip. Thumbs up for the management of this hotel and their staffs for every single cents I have paid.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is within walking distance to sungei besi lrt stn. will choose this hotel again if i need to stay at kl near this area.

Customer Service was more helpful. Rooms are well serviced. Surrounded by many shops. 24 hours eating restaurants. LRT to City available. Surrounding area Street lights are on always.

Room condition is good & new. Staffs are friendly. Alot of shops (food, dobi) near to hotel but not bigger shopping complex. very near to Bandar Tasik Selatan bus terminal.

We were very pleased with the room. Ultra modern with excellent bathroom. Lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood. Close to train station.

A convenient place to stay as there were so many shops nearby… So many eating place within walk-in distance.
The staffs were friendly.
The toile was super dirty. So much of fungus on the floor shower area glass panel. Though the toilet bowl was clean.

Price is Right. Rooms are very small. Be prepared. Hot water was tepid.

This is a good, clean but basic hotel near the Bandar Tasik Selatan bus station. Our room was large and clean, but the toiletries provided were minimal (body gel only, no shampoo or conditioner). The air con was also not that good and is run on a 'put your key in a slot to operate' mode, which means your room will be quite hot for the first few hours (and it never got cool). Overall though, a good choice if you're catching an early bus to the Cameron Highlands the next day.

We booked a deluxe room for a little extra space. It has a unique split level design where we have to walk down 3 steps to get to the bedding area. Wifi signal is strong.
The bathroom is beautiful. However during shower, water would flow out from the shower area and flood the whole bathroom. This is certainly an area that need improvement on.
There are eateries suitable for different ethnic groups within short walking distance. For the price we pay, it is certainly a great choice of hotel.

It is a new hotel and I had a comfortable stay overall. The neighbourhood looks really good and convenient because it is a small town. Supper will be a spread of selection.
If you want to go there via a cab, just let them know it is Lake Fields.
Hotel counter service staff were not very helpful. I was there for check in but they seem more happy to chat amongst themselves.
Security is good because you have to tap your card to access the lift and the room door has double lock.
I gave all high ratings except service staff.
Please take note you need to pay RM$100-/ as deposit.

stayed 2 night in this hotel, it is very nice, modern designed and attitude of staff is also nice as well, we felt safe when staying in this hotel because visitor cannot simply use the lift without access card.
1st night when we go in, we found a small crocroach on our bed, maybe this room is empty for too long time and it didn't really affect my impression to this hotel, then we was watching tv programme and suddenly it volume up itself, well maybe we pressed the button accidentally, so we also didnt really take it in mind.
until 2nd night, we come back to hotel at around 1am, the lobby was empty, and feels like there are no one in the building (we didnt spotted any other guest for 2 days), and we on the tv as well and leave it opened when we sleep so that it won't too quiet during midnight, but when we wake up in the morning, the tv already switched off by itself, it is really terrifying~
but we decided to give a second chance on this hotel, so will come back again, just hope that won't face this problem again...

L'hotel di per se buono,ma la colazione strettamente malese impossibile per un europeo.
Troppo fuori dal centro: camminare per una decina di minuti,due linee ferroviarie per arrivarci è troppo
anche per un viaggiatore.
Il sito web dell'albergo è fuorviante : da l'impressione che sia relativamente centrale mentre sono 40 minuti di taxi da Kuala Central.
Per poter ripartire,dopo due ore di attesa per la ricerca di un taxi attraverso la reception,sono dovuto
uscire per cercarlo,sperando che fosse disponibile nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria:in sostanza ho passato tutta la mattinata nel tentativo di andarmene dall'albergo:un vero incubo.

Overall it's good, but the room is not cold enough.

Room is nice and decoration is good but the aircond place is not suitable should put above tv so that night we slept in hot.
There is no beverages for coffee 3in1 or tea perhaps sugar n creamer even budget hotel can provide that.
No shampoo and travelling toiletries such as shampoo, cotton bud, shower cap and so on.

Not too bad for the price. The location is about 20 mins drive to town centre. There is a LRT station within walking distant. Food and convenient stores are available here.

Air cond was not working. Was offered a change of rooms but we were already in our pj and were too tired to shift. Hotel management should check and make sure everything is in working order before they lease the room out.

作為短暫一天的停留算是不錯，
與地鐵站很近很方便，
附近亦有多間餐廳及小型夜市！
只是房間有點窄，而且很多麈，
如果可以整潔一點會更好；）

Det er et ok hotel, men jeg vil ikke vælge det igen, da den ligger langt fra Hovedstaden.,

真的有點失望, 我訂了7間房間, 一半以上沒有熱水, 洗手盆去水塞, 房間有味道
幸好冷氣還可以。最不滿是突然告訴要收每天RM10的額外稅, 還要我們付每間房RM100的按金, 但之前沒有通知。
走時酒店說有煙味一定要向我們扣除按金, 真的很不愉快
我們連續住三晚, 但酒店根本一天都沒有人來打掃過房間, 還要向我們扣錢
每間房只可給我們一張房卡, 十分不方便
