Staff very helpful, friendly & efficient.
Spa was fantastic. I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage with a 20% discount.
Breakfast was delicious.
One con was their wifi, unreliable & weak!

Had a great couple nights at this hotel. Beautiful scenery, nice pool, and room was clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of nice options. I had a free welcome drink which I redeemed at the bar. I chose a cocktail that was amazing! However, when askec if i could sit at a table close to the water they weren't the friendliest as they made me sit in the back in a not so convenient spot where staff were coming and going. This made me feel a bit unwelcomed especially that I was a guests staying at the hotel. While I was extremely impressed with my room and the beautiful view. I do think communication can improve.

The staff is extremely courteous and polite. The property was beautiful. The location was extremely convenient.

En oase midt i byen. Nydelig service. Frokost med hjemmelaget brød, yoghurt, avocadosalat, frisk frukt og alt hva hjertet begjærer i fantastiske omgivelser. Vi bodde herfor ni år sidennog bestilte på nytt denne gangen (nov 25). Vi kommer tilbake!

This is my second time staying at this property. This time we stayed for 7 nights. It is a beautiful property and all staff are great. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. And the breakfast every morning is a wonderful start for your days in Luang Prabang.

ルアンパバーン国際空港から車で15分程度の距離で、世界遺産の街並みや繁華街まで徒歩で回れる立地です。
蓮の花が咲いている綺麗に手入れされた池を囲むようにレストランが設計されていて、ロケーション、品数、クオリティと三拍子そろった朝食ビュッフェは非常に良かったです。部屋も広く静かで居心地がよかったです。
そして何よりスタッフの方々が素晴らしく、英語もほとんど話せない私でも、丁寧に対応していただき気持ちよく過ごせました！

The serene ambience of the gardens and outdoor area was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the Manager Raffael was very attentive to any issue. Overall a very pleasant 3 night stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

静かで受付の対応も素晴らしい。隣のレストランも雰囲気が良く、落ち着いて食事が楽しめる。自転車も貸し出してもらえるので、散策も簡単に楽しめる。

沢山の植物に囲まれて癒されました。プールは清潔なので居心地が良かったです。朝食はラオス料理がありました。夕食はラオス料理食べました。とてもおいしかったので2日連続で行きました。スタッフの方はとても親切で、困った時は助けてくれて助かりました。また泊まりたいです。

We have rarely experienced such friendly and helpful staff. The food was the best we could enjoy in Laos. The hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. A place where you want to stay longer.

Fantastic stay. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional - hot and cold options, local and French inspired and all home made. The passion fruit maritozzi were a particular favourite. Great to have access to bikes. Beautiful setting convenient for Luang Prabang.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Maison Dalabua. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Äusserst freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen und einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft.

호텔이 있는 것만으로도 힐링되는 곳! 정원이 너무 아름답고 스텝들도 친절해요~ 루앙프랑방의 상징 같은 곳이지만 아침식사는 좀 개선되었으면 해요. 호텔 수준에 비해 너무 떨어지고 연못이 있어서 모기가 좀 있어요. 전자 모기향 필수! 그러나 올만한 충분한 가치가 있습니다

This hotel is in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable. Just stunning. It's a short walk away from the main street of LP. We did an OTW which was really nice. The only drawback was there was street noise during the day. Construction, music, voices...not sure if it was just our room (100). The bed was very comfy, the shower great, and they constantly refreshed our water bottles which was really nice. Breakfast was plentiful, and while it didn't vary much from day to day there were plenty of amazing choices. Had lunch in the hotel restaurant one day, and dinner another. Fabulous food, in just an incredible lilypad setting. So beautiful! Would def stay here again.

2017년에 다시 찾은 두 번째 숙박이었다. 루앙프라방에서는 가장 비싼 등급의 호텔이다. 신혼여행 커플이나 조용하고 분위기 있는 고급 숙박을 원하는 사람들이 선호하는 호텔이다. 2017년에는 아내와 함께 수변 전망이 있는 1층 방갈로형 부부 대형침대 객실에 숙박했었고, 2023년에는 친구와 함께 3층 트윈룸에 묵었다. 요란하고 시끄러운 단체 손님들이 없는 이유는 높은 숙박료 때문이리라 싶다. 특히 구석구석 예쁘게 꾸며 놓은 정원과 연못은 아무리 보아도 싫증이 나지 않는 풍경이다. 호텔 구내의 모든 곳이 포토존이다. 아마도 루앙프라방 중심가에서는 가장 아름다운 호텔이 아닐까 싶다. 야시장에서 멀지 않고 한국식당은 인근에 있다. 열차 매표소는 정문에서 3분거리에 있다. 입실할 때 객실에 들어서면 침대 시트에 손작업으로 만들어 놓은 환영 꽃장식에 감동을 받는다. 연못가 식당에 앉아 풍광을 즐기며 식사하는 시간도 참~ 좋다. 높은 숙박료이긴 하지만 제값을 충분히 하는 호텔이기에 다음에도 다시 숙박하고 싶다. 다만 낮에 일정을 소화하느라 호텔 풀장에서 수영을 즐기지 못해 조금의 미련이 남는다.

일단 호텔 내부, 외부 모두 너무 예쁘고 깨끗했음. 일정 마지막날 휴식을 취하기 딱 좋았음.

일단 라오스 루앙프라방에서 이정도면 꽤 괜찮은 숙소에 속합니다. 수수료까지해서 1박당 7만원 정도에 묵었는데 그 후에 두 번 옮겼지만 이곳이 제일 나았습니다.
단, 주의하실 것은 나가실 때 침대 시트랑 수건을 갈아달라는 표시를 해야합니다. 가령 수건을 쓰시고 그냥 걸어두시면 안 갈아줘요. 반드시 바스켓에 넣어야 갈아줍니다. 또 시트도 그냥 정리하고 나가시면 안 갈아줘요. 방 안에 네모난 손바닥만한 카드를 올려두어야 갈아줍니다. 처음에 이걸 발견을 못해서....(카드에 자세한 내용은 써있어요.)수건도 안 갈아주고 시트도 안 갈아주고..... 나중에 이 카드를 발견하고 나서야 제대로 청소서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다.

직원들의 전문성, 친절함 모두 최고였고, 시설 또한 루앙프라방 내 최고 수준이었습니다. 다음에 루앙프라방에 오게 된다면 다시 묵을 예정입니다.

직원들 모두 친절하고 룸도 굉장히 깨끗하고 물위의 정원이 너무 아름다웠습니다. 정말 또가고 싶을정도로 너무 좋았어요. 루앙프라방에 가신다면 여기 메종 달라부아를 강추합니다. It was awesome everything of Maison Dalabua. All staffs so kind and friendly anytime.
I recommend you this hotel if you want to be feel so good in Luang phrabang.

무료 업그레이드 돼서 방갈로로 묵었습니다 정원도 좋고 룸컨디션도 좋았고 수영장도 작긴 했지만 즐기기에 좋았습니다 대신 아침마다 닭이 우는데 새벽부터 아침까지 계속 우네요 새벽엔 잠 설쳤습니다

너어무 좋았어요 일단 호텔자체가 너무 이쁘고 직원들도 친절하고 영어도 잘해요 조식도 메뉴는 몇가지 안되지만 매일 메뉴가 바뀌고 맛있어요 굿굿

호텔의 분위기가 왓따입니다. 잘 가꾸어진 정원이나 연꽃이 떠있는 호수 너무나 멋지고 하루종일 안에만 있어도 심심하지 않을 정도에요. 친절한 리셉션 직원분들도 감사드리고 자전거 대여 서비스도 유용했습니다. 루앙프라방에 다시 와도 또 숙박할 것 같네요!

The hotel here was very kind and nice. The best time was Christmas Eve at the Laos restaurant in the hotel. I couldn't eat much food as Laos spice, but I felt great because of the dreamy pond. I want to go again.
