We had an excellent time in Amsterdam. The property is big and perfect for a family of four adults. Well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable. Very much within walking distance of everything you might want to see. Communication was excellent before, during and after. Felt very safe and secure. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located near Amsterdam Centraal Station but the area in general is quite and safe for families to stay. Walking distance to most of the attractions near the canal and easily accessible. The flat is clean and well organized. My kids loved our stay!

Charming and comfortable loft apartment, stayed 5 nights, easy walking to main train station and heart of Amsterdam. Very responsive support and easy checkin/check out were a plus. Would recommend and stay again but be aware, acoustics not always great, one night was noisy guests coming in and out late, and physically need to be able to climb essentially steep ladder/steps to loft bedroom. Currently lots of construction of roads and sidewalks between lofts and train station. Overall, had a really nice stay and wonderful visit to Amsterdam!

Ik vond de ruimte zeer goed en fijn. Alles was beschikbaar. Kon heerlijk koken en alles was lekker schoon!

後來發現行李不用抬上抬下的秘密通道，房間和設施都很棒，唯獨check in比較遠，我們是派一人搭電車去取鑰匙，退房很簡單，把鑰匙留在餐桌上即可。位置離主要景點有點遠，最好搭公車或電車前往。

Appartamento abbastanza piccolo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Il piano superiore è raggiungibile con una scala ripida e senza corrimano. La doccia non dispone di piatto, quindi il bagno si allaga facilmente. Mancanza di appendiabiti.

Handy location close to centre but in a quiet area

The studio we stayed in was equipped with an espresso machine, fridge, microwave and hob. The main bed was located on the mezzanine floor and was actually pretty comfortable. The TV also had Netflix and YouTube built in and the free WiFi had no connection or speed issues.

Great location, 15-20mins from main centre so it's a little quieter and only bus links unless you walk to the train station for tram links. Generally clean and tidy, deep clean needs to be better as there was clearly old dust on the extension lead near the bed and the bathroom extractor didn't appear to work. Only comfort complaints are that more than one pillow each would've been better. Overall worth a stay, very smooth contactless check in and check out.

We had a great time, wonderful location.
The only issue with had was noise, not traffic noise but people in the hallways or alley through out the night and early morning. - if you are a light sleeper, this will will be an issue.

Great location for getting around Amsterdam - good comms from Numa who were on hand to help when needed - flat was okay and had all that we needed - I wouldn’t recommend that you rely on the tiny kitchen area for cooking and when using the job there is no window that opens so the fire alarms go off. The shower also runs out of the bathroom door so make sure you use towels to stop that. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in and a great place to stop over for a weekend if you don’t want a hotel.

Heating system seemed erratic and fan too old.

Other people with access left the back door open, which made the hallway quite cold and brought a cigarette smell into the room.

Hotel is amazing for location, and I would recommend this to friends, the only negatives were that the properties are not soundproofed at all, we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. The safe also malfunctioned when we tried to get out passports out and we had to wait for an engineer who came (very swiftly) to get into the safe. Other than that, room was very clean and warm, and we had a comfortable stay. The remote for the TV doesn't work but we didn't mind too much.

Overall, our accommodation was good.
The amenities in the apartment serviced our needs adequately and it's only 15-20mins walk from the central train station.
The electronic keys were a handy feature. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good.
The main drawback was the shower, which leaked a lot, but the water pressure was good. Also, there was no place to hang towels to dry.
The complimentary tea and coffee was a welcome find when we arrived, along with the Smart TV.
The WiFi worked very well.

Nice friendly staff. First time using remote checkin on the phone and worked smoothly. Big clean room especially compared to other Amsterdam accommodation at a similar price.

Quite a large space, comfortable for 3 adults and suitcases. Equipped kitchen with stove top and microwave plus coffee machine and kettle.
The stairs to the loft are quite steep, just be wary for mobility concerns (we didn’t take suitcases up).
Staff very helpful via message, quick replies before and post stay.
Would be great to have a lamp in the living area as the guest on the sofa bed only had main light (with light switch at entrance door).
No vent or fan in bathroom so there was mould on ceiling and between tiles. I assume this is why there are also no hooks/towel rails in the bathroom which was very strange and inconvenient.

We loved our stay. The flat was very spacious. It would be great if they provided extra towel as we stayed 6days.

Molto scomoda l'entrata della struttura, diverse porte, scale, un sacco di giri per arrivare all'appartamento con le valigie in mano. Appartamento molto ampio, comodo, fornito di tutto il necessario, thè, caffè, biscotti olandesi di benvento, prodotti per il bagno. Il divano letto era comodissimo.
Unica pecca: per accendere la luce del bagno bisognava accendere l'interruttore principale svegliando tutti.
Temperatura perfetta.

The location and spaciousness were great. We travelled by train, and checking in was inconvenient when arriving at Central Station since the office is a good distance from both the station and the property. We didn't realize this until after booking the room.

Great apartment and very close to the centre of Amsterdam - only a 10 min walk so everything is local. The apartment itself is nice and towards the back of the complex so was quiet. It was small for 4 people but we managed. Only pain was that the check in desk is quite a distance away from the actual apartment and you can only go there to collect the keys at 2pm and then make your way to the apartment. Once that's out the way though it is in a very convenient location and could not complain for the price!

Das Apartment ist sauber, man ist in der nähe eines supermarket und man ist mitten in der Stadt. Es gibt viele Clubs und Atraktionen gerade in der nähe. Trotz all dem ist es eine sehr ruhige Lage, man hat keinen strassen lärm oder sonst was. Die Kommunikation zwischen Gäste und den Vermietern könnte besser sein, es wird keine genau Adresse genant und man wird nicht begleitet also muss man suchen.

Good location although I was advised when I asked if there was a lift that there was it just did not provide access to the room that I was allocated. That was disappointing.

The property was inna good location to amsterdam centre, however when we arrived to the property we noticed there were alot of ants on the table and on the floor which didnt go away just got worse over the 3 days we stayed.

L’appartamento da me scelto era per quattro persone e comprendeva un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Carino e pulito all’arrivo (la pulizia nei giorni successivi se desiderata è a pagamento), ha notevolmente ridotto le sue dimensioni dopo l’apertura del divano letto ( che è comunque comodo). È dotato di bagno privato con doccia priva di piattaforma e poca pendenza ( si allaga praticamente ad ogni doccia fatta) e di piccola cucina molto comoda. Per raggiungere il letto a soppalco è necessario usare delle piccole scale molto pericolose, ma credo sia una cosa diffusa della città. Altra piccola pecca la mancanza di un piano di appoggio per il vestiario degli ospiti del piano inferiore (divano letto).Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla central station. Personale disponibilissimo anche via telefono e whatsapp!!

Studiohuoneisto näytti ennakkokuviin vertattuna vaatimattomammalta, mutta oli kompakti ja siisti. Lämpötilaa sai hyvin säädettyä patterilla ja ilmastoinnilla. Huoneiston ilma oli raikas, vaikka tuuletusmahdollisuutta ei ollut. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asuuntoon kulku ulko-ovelta on yllättävän sokkeloinen, mikä hämmensi ensimmäisellä kerralla. Muuten sijainti on kaikkeen liikkumiseen kätevä, päärautatieasema on vajaan kilometrin päässä ja alueella on lukuisia aamiais - ja ruokapaikkoja.
