Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception.
The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G.
The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower.
Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL.

The serviced suites are the best location for those coming from Singapore by bus, as the bus stops right in front of the adjacent Berjaya Times Square Hotel (also, buses going to SG pick up passengers here). There's a pool, gym, sauna and steam room you can use. Also, there's a mall below. The mall is connected to Imbi LRT station, so it's really convenient. One station away is Bukit Bintang, where you can find malls like Farenheit 88, KL Pavilion and Isetan, among others. From KL Pavilion, it's less than 10 minutes away to KLCC/KL City Park and Petronas Towers via an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway. Most of all, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Ms Agnes, in particular, has been particularly delightful!

チェックインの場所が分からず、ちょっと迷いましたが、タイムズスクェアをインピ駅側から見て、建物を1番左に進むとアパートメントのエントランスに着き、事前に連絡があった電話番号に電話します。チェックインは、直ぐに来てくれました。英語も伝わり一安心。マレー英語は、聞き取り難く一苦労でした。駅に直結しており、ブギッビンタン迄歩いて直ぐ。アロー通りも近くとっても便利です。ポップアップ・ポップオンに乗るには、ブギッビンタンの乗り場迄ちょっと歩きますがGOKLの乗り場は目の前です。値段にしては、とっても満足です。
お風呂のお湯は、湯船に溜めると半分位でぬるくなりますが、一旦お湯を止めてまた、出すと熱い湯が復活します。多少のトラブルにも対応してくれました。最低限のアメニティグッズもありますし、毎日のハウスクリーニング時に補充もしてくれます。
プールバーもあるし、とっても満足です。

Convenience of the location is a boost. However, since access to the unit is tight, it would be good if 2 sets of the card access (lobby and room) are given.

Great location. Hotel is next to Times Square shopping mall and monorail station (Imbi). Bukit Bintang and Pavilion are a short walk away. Chinatown is only two hops on the monorail / LRT trains. There is a 24-hour 7 Eleven right on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out are super quick once you give them a call. Room is spacious and clean. My only gripe is that they did not re-supply the toiletries on my second day. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here, and will consider this place on my next trip to KL.

nice ambience,nice view, nicely furnished n very cosy n furthermore convenient as it is located near the rapid trains n easy access to my favourite shopping mall. Really enjoyed my stay there n had recommended to my friends n families. will come back there again soon!

Loved the staff that looked after us so well, we arrived early in the morning and they took us pool side with towels to wait, and they looked after our bags, when the room was ready a few hours later they came and got us, took us to the room and our bags were already waiting. It was as good of service as I could have asked for, they are a great team, they offer terrific rooms and the pool is spectacular. Enjoy!

처음에 좀 헤맸습니다
일반적인 호텔 체크인과는 다르더라구요
로비 프론트직원의 도움으로 전화해서 방으로 올라갈수 있었습니다
방크기와 야경은 정말 최고였습니다
또 이용하고 싶네요

부킷 빈탕과 가까운 위치에 있었고 아파트 형 호텔로서 다른 호텔의 스위트 룸과 같은 구조를 갖추고 있었습니다. 더불어 Berjaya 타임스퀘어 내의 쇼핑몰, 음식점 이용이 용이하였습니다.
합리적인 가격 및 좋은 위치의 장점을 지녔으며 페트로나스 트윈타워를 조망할 수 있는 40층 객실의 뷰도 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 다시 쿠알라룸푸르에 방문시 또 이용할 생각입니다.

The suite was very spacious and well-kept, although a bit dated and aged. Housekeeping service and property staff were very helpful.

通常のホテルのシステムと違って、どうやら1Fにいるコーディネーターのようなスタッフと接触する必要があります。ホテルにあるようなチェックインカウンターはありません。そのコーディネーターから宿泊予約の確認がとれた場合、部屋までアテンドしてもらい部屋の中でチェックアウトなどの説明を受けます。私は「WhatsApp」というアプリを使って、チェックアウトの確認を行いましたので、事前にDLしておくと良いと思います。その辺りのやりとり以外は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。私の部屋は35Fでしたが、ナイトビュー含め非常に満足しています。あと若干お湯の出が悪く感じました。。

部屋はかなり老朽化していますが、スイーツタイプの部屋でかなり広く、バスタブもあり、この価格なら、次回のクアラルンプール旅行の時も利用したいと思います。

高層マンションの一室をAirbnbのように貸しているようです。マンション到着時、現地スタッフと電話でやりとりをするので、現地SIMを持っていた方がよいでしょう。やりとり自体はスムーズに済み、5分ほどでスタッフがやってきました。
お部屋自体は綺麗で、現地に住んでいるかのような楽しい滞在になりました。

over all the room and facilities are good but its really bad as there is no reception and there is no one to help you unless you make a call and someone will come and pick you up to your room. if you don't have any local number than you are in trouble.

Everything was nice except two staff . The lady manager sent somebody inside to check water pipe without to let me know. And the staff of maintenance was in front of my entrance door for more than an hour and i was able to feel i disturb him that i am still in my room. I paid to be in that room and was only fir one night... then staff who opened me the doir and help me with my luggages. He started to ask me if i arrive from east tower from another rental company. I did not answer and he looked at me angry.

The apartment is clean and friendly caretaker.
The only problem parking. They don't have parking so you pay a lot if park overnight. This make me think twice to stay in this place cause your parking fees you can stay in a hotel which provide free parking.

Overall a good place to stay.very central, great views, despite very dirty windows. Spacious flat. Good aircon and power shower. 32 floor. Great facilities.. Pool,sauna,gym,etc. And joined to Times Sq shopping centre.

They had no reception area, they had no reception staff available. Once I arrived I had to call the staff, wait several minutes for the staff to arrive, mind you there was no waiting area as well, no sofas, so I was standing with my bags. Deposit of RM 200 was collected by the staff in the elevator on the way up to my room and no receipt was given.
During checkout, once I reached downstairs, again no staff was at the reception desk, I had to call once again, waited for 20 mins with my bags standing to checkout.

This private serviced suite is right next to Berjaya Times Square. Accessible from Times Square mall during day time. It's a private area with no reception, just need to call for someone to bring you to the room to check in. Very convenient as it's right next to Times Square mall. Good for shopping and transportation is convenient too with LRT right next to the mall as well. Room is spacious. Happy with stay.

立地、部屋の広さ、高級感は間違いないのだが、最初チェックインするときロビーがなかなか見当たらなかった。ようやく見つけたと思ったら違うホテルで従業員やいろんな人に正確な場所を聞きてようやく辿り着いた。なんとちゃんとしたロビーはなく警備員が外でウロウロしてて、その人らにチェックインしたいと伝えてようやくホテル内に入れる。しばらくすると女性従業員が部屋まで案内してくれて部屋の説明とカードキーの簡単な説明をしてやっとくつろげた。チェックアウトは12時とあるが電話やsmsで旨を伝えると早くチェックアウトできる。立地はかなり良いが、近くのパークホテルのが良い。

Made arrangements to check in as arrived after hours. Staff met me and was shown to room. Room was a bit dated but clean and great location close to everything. Had a good stay and would stay again. Recommend to anyone wanting good location and value for money in central KL

観光の中心地からも歩いてすぐで、モノレールの駅にも直結なので空港やバスターミナルからも簡単にアクセス出来ました。また、ホテル内には豪華なプールやサウナもあり、この価格とは思えないほどでした。

Great room and utilities are fine. But room service by the Bangladeshi slack. Not up to standards. Need to activate for all days for room service. Apart from that, great apartment.
