Good place,room with GREAT bed,cleanliness to improve,based on rates applied,room is reasonable,as per previous reviews complaint cockroaches in room,it's not true,not even one ants in room,good pest control.

An interesting place to stay. Depending on your room, postage stamp to shoe box rooms comes to mind... The reception crew are very accommodating and friendly. T-Hotel is in the centre of everything and has an "interesting" view of the "night life" action... there are lots of 24hr convenience stores and restaurants open extended hours, selections from "malay", to "indian" & "pakistani" specialities are available at very good prices... The hotel does not have any laundry facilities; however, there is a laundry that does an excellent job (RM25 per wash), only about 100mtr from the front door. Ask at reception for directions or search for it "on line".

새벽에 도착해서 예약가능한 호텔 몇안되서 예약했으나, 창문도 없고, 방음도 잘안되는 모텔 느낌의 방이 였습니다. 별도 샤워용품은 없으먀 수건 제공되었습니다.

During registration he ask to many question. Wifi is good but no reception in the room. The cleaner didn’t mop the bathroom floor dry after wash up.

いわゆるいいホテルじゃないことは承知の上で予約しました。なので、多少汚かったり、部屋が狭かったりするのは予想通りでしたが、あまりにひどかったと思いますので以下に箇条書きにします。・チェックインして入室した時点で掃除をしていないかと思うようなはっきりとわかるゴミが落ちているまま・2泊目、客室掃除が全くされておらずタオルの交換もなし(フロントに言ってタオルだけは新しいのが欲しい、と言っても持ってきてくれませんでした) ・ドアの立て付けが悪かったのか開かず入れない(これはすぐに修理対応) ・テレビの砂嵐がひどくて映るはずのチャンネルが一つも見られない・コップの茶渋が酷すぎて清潔感がない・客用とは思えないような穴あきボロボロの雑巾のようなバスタオル・ドアのチェーン部分が破損していて、チェーンがかけられない・事前にリクエストをしたにも関わらず部屋にドライヤーがない。また、到着後何度もリクエストし「わかりました、持っていきます」と、言ったのに結局持ってこなかった上、それに関する対応が一切ない・お風呂のお湯の温度調整ができない(故障) ・周辺エリアの音が響きすぎてうるさい部屋詳細を確認した際に「ある」と表示されていたサービスが利用できないのは「ない」と同じだと思います。あると思ってて支払った金額なので詐欺にあったような気分で非常に不愉快でした。また、スタッフが「やります、持って行きます」等、と言ってもやりません。ちなみに冷蔵庫はありませんでした。部屋にもよるのかもしれませんがご注意を。唯一良かった点は、駅から近く、ホテルのある通りが大通りで人通りがあるので、観光で帰りが夜になっても恐怖心なく普通に歩けることです。バッパー慣れしてて、部屋にバストイレが付いているだけで満足できる。という方以外は他のホテルを探したほうがいいと思います。全くお勧めはしません。

Rooms and toilets are very small, the wash basin is leaking, other rooms has no water. Blankets and bed sheets are dirty.
