바젤에서 프라하가는 심야열차가 다음날 있어서 어쩔수 없이 바젤에서 하루 숙박하게 되었습니다. 그래서 바젤에서 가장 싸고 좋아보이는 곳을 선택하게 되었고 이 곳에서 숙박하였습니다. 지도에서 보이는 것과 다르게 중심역에서 가까워서 걸어서 10분만에 도착하엿습니다. 구글 맵스에서는 트램을 이용해서 가라고 나오지만 걸어가는게 차라리 낫습니다. 가는 길은 중심로를 그대로 따라가면 되기떄문에 길도 평평해서 캐리어를 끌기에 안성 맞춤입니다. access code는 전화를 통하여 알 수 있습니다. 홈페이지에 있는 전화번호를 통하여 전화번호 앞에 있는 '+xx'를 지우고 '0~'으로 연락하면 됩니다. 이들이 뭐라고 말하기전에 자기의 이름을 큰소리로 말해주세요. 이분들은 영어를 잘 못하기 떄문에 큰소리로 알파벳 하나하나를 외쳐주셔야됩니다. email에 뭐가 와있다고 말씀하시는데 그것들은 모두 광고이니 걱정하지 마시고 끊어주세요. 그리고 집앞을 가시면 원격통제시스템으로 열쇠를 건네주는 방식이기 때문에 현관문 완쪽의 key locker를 보시면 열쇠가 두 개 놓여있을 겁니다. 한개라도 잃어버린다면 100유로니까 유의하세요. 즐거운 여행되세요! 행쇼! 아, 참! 혹시 화장실을 이용하실 때에는 현관문이

Excelente todo, el concepto es increíble, retiras la llave del buzón, usas la habilitación y devolvés llaves al mail box.

Très bonne adresse mais nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait un code pour avoir la clef. Des Suisses charmants nous ont aidées afin de joindre le bureau de rent-a-home mais cela n'a servi à rien car personne de rent-a-home ne nous a rappelées pour nous le fournir et nous avons réussi à avoir le code d'entrée que parce que j'avais miraculeusement gardé le mail qui l'indiquait.

Praktisch gelegen, mensch sollte keine Brille brauchen und sich online bewegen können, baselcard kam prompt, aber erst auf Anfrage.
Mit grösserem Gepäck ist Treppensteigen vermutlich schwierig, für einige Nächte optimal.

古い感じの民家です。トラムの駅まで徒歩５分です。共同のトイレとシャワーですし、メンテナンスも微妙です。スイスにしては安いですが、それ相応の施設です。トラムで他の駅まで行けば別ですが、近くに買い物のできる店は無いと思ってください。

Da war ein kurzes Schreckmoment, weil es keinen Vorhänge hatte und die Luxaflex abgebrochen war! Aber kurz nachdem es gemeldet war ist der Putzfrau vorbeigekommen un hat uns gezeigt wie mann die Fensterläden schliesen kann. (Etwas dumm von uns!) Das heisst Guter Service !

Pidän tällaisista koodiavaimilla varustetuista paikoista, joissa kaikki toimii moitteettomasti ilman henkilökuntaa. Sijainti 1,5 kilometriä päärautatieasemalta oli kätevä, keskustan nähtävyydet (esim. Tinguely-museo), vanhakaupunki ja joki ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Hyvä paikka, täällä aion yöpyä jatkossakin.

War alles sauber und in Ordnung. Wenn jedoch jemand im Treppenhaus hinauf oder hinabläuft ist jedes Zimmer wach durch die knarrende Holztreppe.

Alles verlief ok, eine Email mit Schlüsselcode. Das Appartement alt, aber sauber und gut in Schuss mitten in Basel. Handtücher u.s.w. alles da! Im Summe zum Weiterempfehlen!

Im generell hochpreisigen Basel ist dies eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Es liegt in einem schönen Quartier nur wenige Schritte vom Rheinufer. Gute Anbindung an Nahverkehr. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es sei denn die Nachbarn feiern. Es gibt Wlan, TV, Kühlschrank, Tisch, Stühle, Schrank, leider keine Gläser. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist auch sehr geräumig. Unser Zimmer lag im vierten Stock, für Fußlahme nicht so gut geeignet.

2 großzügige Schlafzimmer, kleines Wohnzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche und Bad.
Bei schönem Wetter mit herrlichem Garten.
Spaziergang entlang des Rheins ins Zentrum.

Ideal if it is just for a night or two. Bed was fine, towels were clean and the tv worked.
Your own room and your own key. Free internet but i did not try it. So if it is good or bad dont know.
Easy of access to get your key, no late check in so if you are late no one is really worried at reception.
Negative found it hard to park the car for fear it would be clamped or a ticket begin applied. So it can be an issue. No breakfast but you are only paying for the bed to sleep in. Shared bathroom for me is a big no and no soap or shower gel. Everything else is there. Stairs creaked so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Noted that the people running the place were changing the bed linen at 9:20 even when checkout is at 10:30 in the morning and not at 9:30. Did i get my time wrong.

Sehr gutes Zimmer, obwohl nur eine Dusche und Toilette! für mehrere Zimmern, das war ein bisschen stressig morgens.
Leider, sind die Wände viel zu dünn, und ein Kerl mit seinem Fernseher oben war sehr hörbar, und es war störend. Ich war da für eine Konferenz und brauchte Ruhe mich zu vorbereiten und zu schlafen.

The room was a 6th floor walk up - once you got there it was nice. I had a problem checking in and had to call the emergency number.

The room and equipment was old and especially the couches were not very clean. But overall it teally worth for money. Very central place.

The location is good and the "automated check-in" is very handy. However it definitely needs refurbishing in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathtub was falling in pieces in some parts. Overall it was clean and quiet.
The old building had the effect that the guests at the upper floor when moving sounded like they were moving furniture which is very unfortunate when this happens at 4.30am.

Good location if you have to go to downtown or the Congress Center. A decent deal for the money. You have to climb 4
flights of stairs. No elevator. I was in a rush to book a hotel so overall OK.

Difficult to get access in. Change of booking room was not informed in advanced. Provided key code did not worked. After contacting on phone they charge apartment which was little far from place of my business. Took around more than hour to locate and get into the apartment at night in totally new place.

Quartier dortoir de balle, l'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue calme. La chambre se trouve au quatrième étage sans ascenseur et la salle de bain était partagé avec trois autres chambres!
L'imeuble est mal insonorisé et en plus les chambres sont assez spartiates.

La chambre est correcte mais la propreté perfectible même si acceptable
La salle de bain commune est propre
Il n y a pas d accueil et il faut un code pour rentrer. Vérifier que l on vous le donne bien : j ai du appeler deux fois pour l avoir ce qui est pénible. Pas de point d eau ds la chambre, ni poubelle.

Keine Rezeption vor Ort, Sie empfangen den Schlüssel nach Eingabe eines Pins in einen Automaten. Dort schmeißen Sie den Schlüssel dann auch wieder ein, wenn Ihr Aufenthalt beendet ist. Achtung, es gibt kein appartment-eigenen Parkplatz! Am Wochenende können Sie in den blauen Parkflächen parken - wenn Sie einen Platz finden -, unter der Woche dort nun für 1h.

Lo unico bueno fue la ubicacion. La habitacion con cucarachas, persiana descompuesta, pisos de madera descuidados, sucios y ruidosos.

It was my worst stay in Basel. Besides the fact that the apartment was very shabby (paint from doors and several walls was grinded off as if it had been prepared for a renovation but that renovation never came) it reeked of cigarette smoke. On the website it says that smoking in the flat is prohibited, but you could easily smell that people had been smoking in there. The cigarette ashes were on the window sills and even after 3 days of almost constantly keeping the windows open, the smell was as strong as before. Clearly lot a one time thing. Very annoying for me and also making me regret paying 170 CHF per night!
The rest of the apartment was clean though.

A déconseiller. pas de code pour avoir la clef attente d'une heure. puis appart avec coin repas non respecté, pas de vaisselle, pas de coin cuisine comme indiqué, pas de miroir dans la chambre que deux très petite fenêtre vous donnant le malaise d'entre interné. la salle de bain à l’étage du dessous pour 4 chambres avec le seul toilette. l'escalier fait un bruit d'enfer. j'ai passé un très mauvais séjour. aucun stationnement prévu. bon courage aux prochain visiteur.

Wir waren 3 Tage dort. Es war sehr hellhörig, so dass man ALLES hören konnte. Bewegungsmelder im Treppenhaus ging nicht, so dass man sich mit dem Handy leuchten musste. Bad war ständig besetzt.
Kurz gesagt: Alles erträglich, soweit der Zimmer-Preis deutlich (!) niedriger wäre.

Hiç muhattap yok, 10.30 Çıkmak zorundasınız ve valizleri de bırakamıyorsunuz sonra almak için. Odamız dördüncü kattaydı asansör yok h valizlerle de çok zor çıktık. Çok eski bir apartman merdivenleri ahşap.merkeze 20 dk. Tren garına 1,800 km.

I arrived late close to midnight. Could not access the room with the code provided. Hotel did and still has not responded to phone calls, emails or contact via hotels.com. i ended up sleeping in the basement on a mattress and am now at the train station and have not showered.

Its not what it shows on the pics. The 4th floor is like a nightmare. The toilet is so dirty, the room is tiny and smells so bad.

Horrible. La habitación estaba en el cuarto piso por escalera. No tenía baño privado. Las fotos que publican no son de la habitación. Me siento defraudada

It's the worst stay I had, the room had TV not working the 1st day, and too much to walk up 4th floors with the luggage, and only one bathroom which always occupied morning and night. The cleaning guys wanted to go in my room early before 9.30am.

Kein Licht im Treppenhaus.
ständiger Ausfall des Fernsehprogramms.
Fernseher steht 30 cm links neben dem Bett und ist nicht umstellbar.
Keine freie Steckdose im Zimmer

Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!!
