Perfect hotel for being in central Victoria Falls. Level ten minute walk to the Vic Falls national Park. Great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the A/C works perfectly. They provide 2 bottles of water daily. The staff are very polite and helpful. It’s in a very convenient location near restaurants and tour operators, and only a 15–20 minute walk to the Falls. Bonus points for the on-site minimart and refreshing swimming pool!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: zu Fuß zu den Fällen, viele Gaststätten & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, quasi im Zentrum von VicFalls. Wir hatten das Superior-Zimmer: großzügig, ruhig und mit allem, was man braucht (sogar Kühlschrank). Hotel mit dem vielleicht besten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in VicFalls. Das Personal ist freundlich & sehr hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück gegen ca. 10$ Aufpreis. Eine klare Empfehlung, wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

It was lovely to have aircon after weeks travelling without aircon. Room was well sized and clean. The hotel was also conveniently located - close to the Falls and shops

N1 was the perfect hotel for us as we don’t hang out in our rooms. It was bare bones, but under $100. The room was clean and comfortable but small.
The breakfast downstairs was affordable, good, but slow so if you have a tour pick up, plan accordingly.
There is a convenient store down the hall which was handy for beverages and snacks. There are good restaurants right next door- 3 monkeys and the brewery. And fun shopping for souvenirs and crafts next door though very aggressive sales.
The staff at N1 were very helpful and kind.
The falls is a ten minute walk. Go for sunrise, but walk in the street due to the baboons.
The hotel had Praise pick us up at the airport. He was kind and helpful and we used him for the rest of our trip. Go to the overlook cafe. It is a must!
We did the chobe tour and the dinner cruise. We highly recommend both. We also did the 2 country tour of the falls. I think we could have done it on our own.
Victoria Falls is not to be missed.

Meget fint hotel der ligger ret godt og tæt på spisesteder og små butikker.
Døren til toilettet på værelset var en skydedør som ikke kunne lukke rigtigt og døren til gangen var ikke så isolerende så man kunne høre alt hvad der foregik ude på gangen.

Perfect location. Just 15 minutes walk to the Victoria Falls. Check inn time was 14.00 but the hotel staff let me check in at 11.00, since my flight arrived early.

Great staff, comfy beds and all the necessary stuff. It’s a basic hotel but does the job and it’s very new and well maintained. Only point of improvement is that there were stains on sheets which is probably hard to avoid in dusty setting.

We enjoyed our stay! Location is everything, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We liked eating at Three Monkeys and the Smokehouse. Victoria Falls is also within walking distance. Our room was small but very clean. I would definitely stay again here when we come back!!

The front office people are very nice. They help me reserved the tax from VFA to the hotel. $30/ car for four people without big luggage/ we just have backpacks. The front office person told us which way we can see the better water fall.

This is a great location and a great price for a hotel room. We were able to walk to the entrance of Victoria Falls park. There are several restaurants and lots of local artists shops to visit. The hotel has a nice breakfast menu. The room was very modern and clean. The AC was very quiet. The only negative thing was not much room for suitcases.

Very cozy place with lots of restaurants close by. There’s also a small store by the lobby. Walk to the falls from here is not too bad… we walked to the Zambia side as well. Staff were great and the small restaurant has an extensive Chinese and sushi menu and the food was great!

El hotel está muy cerca de las cataratas, se escuchan por la noche, es genial. Al lado está el mercado de artesanías que es enorme. En frente ya hay restaurantes y el resto están a un minuto a pie. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias nosotros estuvimos en una superior y la cama es cómodisima. El personal de recepción estupendo, nos atendieron genial. Si vuelvo a cataratas victoria me quedaré en ese hotel.

Very good location to walk to Victoria Falls National Park and the town of Victoria Falls.
Very good for a low cost hotel in town. Always taxis waiting if you prefer not to walk. Lots of dining options nearby.

The hotel is very modern with outlets that accept North American plugs, as well as European plugs, and local African plus. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to plug in all my North American devices (phones and laptops) without needing a converter.
The dinner at the hotel was phenomenal. Some of the best Chinese food I've had anywhere. And quite affordable.
Took advantage of their spa services and enjoyed a massage.
They have lots of local shops just outside to browse/purchase souvenirs. And they are located a few minutes away from the Victoria Falls entrance.

This little hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Victoria Falls. While fairly simple (no slippers or bathrobes here!) it was clean and comfortable.
The staff is excellent and responsive.
They arranged my airport transport for me $28 round trip.
There is a pool but the weather was too rainy to enjoy. In addition to onsite dining which I did not use, the 3 Monkeys nearby is excellent. There was a refrigerator and microwave available in the common space for my leftovers.
Wifi was very good and the rooms had great AC.
Easy walk to the falls from here, and also easy to walk over to the Zambian side. I walked the whole way there and back and saw both sides includong border crossing in 4-5 hours. Since i did not take a taxi it was 10 miles (16km) total and my legs were tired! Consider a taxi on the way back for $1-2.
I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We needed an early check-in as our tour ended and we stayed an extra night in Vic Falls. Wencilasis went above and beyond to help us out, with patience and a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Someone mentioned that the room was small—after 3 weeks camping around Southern Africa, ours was more than adequate! Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Would stay again!
