Convenient location. It’s about 3-5 mins walk to KL Sentral Railway (via Nu Sentral) and a 1 min walk from KL Monorail Station. It’s more of a business hotel concept, convenient to get to places. Basic amenities, newly renovated. Love that they offer roti canai / telur and milk tea for breakfast if you choose the option.

Evidemment ce n'est qu'un hotel de passage mais il rempli le job a la perfection. l'accueil est chaleureux (c'est la premiere fois qu'a chacun de mes passages dans le hall d'accueil tout le personnel se lève), c'est moderne et tres propre. Certes la chambre est petite et n'a pas de fenêtre mais elle a tout le confort avec une bonne literie, télé connectée, bouilloire, douche italienne puissante (en plein milieu de la sdb sans protection mais c'est souvent en Asie) De plus, il y a une petite salle de fitness et un tres agréable rooftop. Enfin la situation vraiment ideale a la porte du NU Shopping center un tres grand mall pour les derniers achats et surtout a deux pas du KLIA (train express) qui nous amènes au coeur de l'aéroport. (ascenseur devant la porte de l'hotel et hop : la gare) Dernier détail important : l'hotel est ok pour les départs tardifs. A partir de midi il facture 10 Ringgit de l'heure avec la première heure gratuite. Je suis resté jusqu'a 17h et j'ai donc payé 40 Ringgit soit 8€.

立地条件も良く、今回3度目の利用。リノベーションも終了し、内装もきれいになっている。どのスタッフもフレンドリーでいつも居心地の良い滞在ができる。Wi-Fiも快適。近くにコインランドリーがあるので便利。

Lovely hotel with a tasty complimentary breakfast and convenient location. Friendly staff made check-in easy. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

KL Sentral 駅から、ショッピングモール内を経て、モノレール前のエスカレータを下がると左手に直ぐ、見つかる。徒歩で数分と大変便利。冷房は温度調整が効いて助かった。KL Sentral に来るときは再び宿泊します。

Stayed in the queen bed no windows room. The AC was cold, water hot and it was very clean. The location by KL sentral station is excellent and the price was really low so I was very satisfied.

KL Sentral モノレール駅直下で NU Sentral にもつながっているので、最高のロケーションです。1階 GF に ABC BISTRO というインド料理レストランがあり、隣に KK SUPERMART、セブンイレブンもあって、食事、買い物には困りません。一点注意点としては、部屋の電源はカードキーと連動しており、カードキーを抜くと、照明、空調のほか、冷蔵庫も切れてしまうので、留守中は注意が必要です。

Fantastic staff, everybody, this includes front staff and everyone else that worked in the hotel. Right next door to Monorail and Railway Station. Exceptional value for money. You could book trips from the reception which was great for a tourist. Room was compact and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the hotel had been fully refurbished. We are planning to stay there again next year. I also must als say a big thank you to Bilan on level four who was most helpful and always greeted us with a big smile. Thank you Bilan and everyone at Easy Hotel 😁

This is a budget hotel so it’s nothing too crazy fancy but it is well kept and filled with friendly and accommodating staff with proximity so close to a shopping mall you’re there in two minutes! The mall has everything you could need: Coffee, Mr. DIY, clothes and more PLUS easy access to ATMS at the 711’s right next door. Restaurants in the area. Trains are also just a short walk through the mall- and can take you straight to destinations like Batu Caves. Highly recommend the spot for walkability, access to sights, transportation, and friendly accommodating staff.

Staff been amazing here and helped us load our luggage to our room. Room was fair clean but the universal outlet with the USB port and did not work. Area to KL Sentral convenient to get around places. I enjoyed my stay here with my partner.

Excellent location with super easy access to KL Sentral and all transit options. Staff was helpful and friendly, definitely get the breakfast! It’s at ABC cafe next door and delicious:) For a budget traveler, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Air conditioning was weak, we were give only one access door card but staff was kind enough to allow us to leave card in the power slot to keep the AC working while we are out. They are very accommodating with given us access to our room when we return from outing. Overall it a good place to stay for the value.

フロントの方々の愛想がとても良く、私が英語を理解していなくても嫌な顔せず、丁寧に接してくださりました。バスローブがないのとシャワーの温度が上がりにくかったのは少し残念でしたが、部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。インスタで事前に拝見していたような記念写真も撮ってくださり、素敵な時間を過ごすことができました！ The people at the front desk were very friendly and treated me politely without showing any annoyance even though I didn't understand English. I was a little disappointed that there were no bathrobes and that it was difficult to get the shower temperature up, but the room was clean and well-maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. They even took commemorative photos for me, just like the ones I had seen on Instagram, and I had a wonderful time!

The location of the hotel is both a good and bad. It is conveniently located at KL Sentral, but the traffic around is terrible. The staff is friendly and the room is clean overall. The breakfast is just bread and coffee at the bistro attached to the hotel. The major issue is the bathroom where the shower area is combined with the toilet area so water can fill up the entire bathroom. It is not the setting we feel comfortable with.

五階に泊まりました。清掃員のカリー（Karry?）がとてもいい人でした！部屋も清潔でよかったのですが、スコールが降ると雨の音がかなり響きます。
