Alles gut gelaufen, mit dem Code den Schlüssel empfangen,dass Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich,es gab nichts zu bemängeln.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen für den Preis den preis den wir bezahlten.

We stayed here for the Europa League Final, the apartment was in the perfect location for both exploring Basel and going to the football, check in was a slight issue as our confirmation number from hotels.com differed from the one they had, luckily a lady was there to assist us, i would advise confirming this with them prior to arriving. The room was clean and had a small kitchen which was perfect for our stay, the bed could have done with a larger duvet for a double bed but luckily it was quite warm. At first we did not realise the window had a metal shutter, the curtains were almost transparant so it was a relief to find this. Night time was peaceful, the trams stop and the building was quiet, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Nous avons été agréablement surprise par la qualité de l'appartement, ainsi que de son équipement. De plus parfaitement bien situé, nous avons pu faire pratiquement tous nos déplacements à pied.

Basel card was included which was really useful. Check in was nice and straightforward. The location was good- just a few tram stops from the town centre. This was a good place to stay for a few days. The room was clean other than the fridge which smelt a bit. The only problem we had with the accommodation was that the room was really warm and they did not have a fan or air con. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

全体的には綺麗で静か、必要なものはヘアドライヤー以外なんでも揃ってます。シャワーカーテンがやや清潔感にかける部分がありましたがお湯の出方などは素晴らしく、総合評価として満足です。

Sehr günstiges Apartment mit zweckmässiger kleiner Küche. Bequemes Bett. Negativ: ziemlich abgewohnt. TV im Zimmer aber ohne Kabel zum Kabelanschluss. Deshalb kein TV-schauen möglich. WC-Deckel lose... Positiv: einfaches einchecken, w-lan funktionierte, gute Lage... Für den günstigen Preis trotzdem alles im grünen Bereich.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, nur leider gibt es keine rezeption an der man die Koffer vor oder nach dem Ein/Aus Checken zwischen lagern kann

Die Zimmer sind OK.
IKEA billig Möbilierung.
Es hat keine Reception.
Manchmal geht die Kochplatte nicht, oder das Anschlusskabel oder die TV Fernbedienung fehlt.
Manchmal stimmt der abgegebene Code zum Schlüsselbezug am Kasten nicht. Deswegen nur mittelmässig.

Appartement très confortable, équipé et entretenu.
Bien situé, dans un quartier sympa, facile d'accès (30 min à pieds, 10 min en tram).
Côté hygiène, l'appartement est relativement propre cependant quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : trouvé un coton de tige dans la poubelle de la sdb et toilettes légèrement encrassés dans le fond.
Par contre, pas d'accueil, on reçoit les clefs par boîte électronique à l'entrée et pas de consigne à bagages néanmoins il existe une consigne à la gare.

Zimmer selbst in Ordnung. Nur Wifi Passwort war nirgends vermerkt und man konnte Abends leider niemanden erreichen.

Bett schmutzig, Gläser schmutzig, günstige Unterkunft für Leute mit wenige Ansprüchen, Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank sehr schön, Balkon sehr schön, TV Fernbedienung war ohne Batterien, konnte nicht genutzt werden, WLAN hat nicht funktioniert

Poor sound proofing. Noisy street, at night, and very loud tram noise and strong vibration, starting before 5:00 am. Not good for quiet, restful sleep.

Asked for the English TV channels to be unlocked .......both to Rent a home & hotels.com .....I had only 1 BBC world news channel out of 249 channels available in English .......I called 4 times and gave up in the end.......

Am Anfang hatte ich ein technisches Problem bei Schlüssel Abholung. Man sollte die etzten 5 Ziffern der Buchungnummer eingeben. Das habe ich schon gemacht, aber es hat nicht geklappt. Danach habe ich Verwaltung angerufen. SIe haben mich ein neues PIN eingegeben. Dann hat es geklappt. Zimmer ist zu klein für 2 Personen. Badzimmer hat sogar kein Anhänger für Tücher. Luftung ist sehr schlimm, Trotz habe ich immer das Fenester runtergekippt. Das gilt auch für das Badzimmer.

The hotel is in a good locality with a good connection to the city. The route 36 bus connects to Basel business district in 30 mins. The hotel is good but the price is around 30CHF higher than similar hotels near business district. Since this is an unmanned hotel,one has to get keys from an automated machine by keying in the last 5 digits of confirmation number. Hotels.com text messaging service has a bug as the phone numbers it prints adds two extra digits for which if you cannot reach the number you have to start praying and keep praying hard if its 10pm in night.

Very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was small, but was clean and had what you need for a couple of nights stay.

The hotel gave us the wrong confirmation code so we had to stay out in the cold for an hour. They do have wifi, clean room, and laundry facilities.

Der Schlüsselcode hat nicht funktioniert. Es musste mehrere
male telefoniert werden. Das war ärgerlich. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet.

It was good. But the contact person who was there unable to answer properly and not guided correctly, who stays in Zurich and was afraid of calling him wrong time. A tourist can call anytime for the help.But it was lack there, which took us 2 hours to reach the place from SBB, which was not that much far.

Schmuddelig, Eingangsbereich nicht einladend und vor allem nicht sauber! Raucherzimmer unerträglich trotz Nichtraucherdeklarierung, mit Zigarettenschachtel und anderem im Nachttisch. Schuh unter dem Bett, Asche auf Fenstersims etc. In Dusche läuft Wasser nicht mehr ab - habe gar nicht mehr genauer geschaut warum...Auch wenn ich Küche nicht benötigt habe, Spaghetti Resten in Mikrowelle und verdeckte Brandstelle mit Lumpen überdeckt...So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, bin geschockt und verärgert. Nach einer Nacht abgebrochen und zwei Mal zwei Stunden in Kauf genommen, um von IGEHO nach Hause zu reisen, um schlafen zu können. Nicht empfehlenswert, hier läuft etwas gewaltig falsch!!!

Da in der Buchungsbestätigung steht man solle unbedingt vorher anrufen taten wir dies. Man wurde erst mit einer Hotline verbunden, die den Grund des Anrufs nicht verstand und dann weitergeleitet (nach Warteschleife) zu Jemandem, der den Anruf ebensowenig verstand. Ja, die Buchungsnummer laute soundso und diese sollte man beim Check-In am Automaten eingeben, damit der Schlüssel rauskommt. Damit das auch stimmt haben wir tatsächlich ein zweites Mal angerufen und uns das ganze von einem anderen Angestellten bestätigen lassen. Wir reisten wie besprochen zum Einbruch der Dunkelheit an und kamen nicht rein. Anrufe im Ausland natürlich unglaublich teuer, zusätzlich ewiges verweilen in der Warteschleife. Die Dame, die rangeht kann nicht weiterhelfen und muss weiterleiten an jemanden der nicht abhebt. Über eine Stunde und 10 Euro Telefongebühren später endlich jemanden erreicht, der dann auch noch disskutieren möchte und behauptet, der richtige Code sei zugeschickt worden... Für 2 Damen, die in der Dunkelheit mit dem gesamten Gepäck vor verschlossener Tür stehen müssen nicht so toll. Besucher des Hotels waren in diesem Fall ausschliesslich ännlich. In der Zwischenzeit kamen Gäste an uns vorbei, die erzählten Ihnen sei das gleiche passiert. Leider war das Zimmer auch nicht besonders sauber, man war zu weit in einem sehr kleinen Bett mit einer Decke, die man sich zu zweit einfach nicht teilen kann. Kühlschrank eklig gestunken, im Bad überall Flecken von irgendwelchen Flüssigkeiten.

First, they didn't give me any information about their apartment check-in method. So I should pay too much cellphone's fare.(I called your info for a long time. and they were poor in English!)
Second, Room condition was terrible. The room was opened outside. Through the window, every can our room inside! And they even didn't change bed sheets!

The check in instructions said to put the last five digits of the booking code into the lockbox keypad and the room key would come out. We put the code in about a dozen times and no key ever came out. We called the help number and there was no answer. Our only alternative was to rent a motel room for the night. Will file a claim to get a refund.
