Good location, very close to the main restaurant and shops area. Easy walk to the night market.
Tom, at the front desk, is exceptional. Good advice about sightseeing, too.
There is little to no soundproofing between rooms but during my stay it was not a problem. Guests were very respectful and considerate.

こじんまりして小規模ホテル（というよりドミトリー）だが、設備も雰囲気も問題無い。
必要な物はしっかり揃っている。
古めの建物も味があって良い。
立地もメインストリート至近。
朝食も美味しかった。
ただ「ツルツルの床」には要注意。

観光しやすい場所にあり、スタッフの対応も大変よく、朝食も10種類程度から選択でき味もよく、空港往復送迎も快適でおすすめです。

Eine sehr freundliche Unterkunft, sauber, angenehm mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten Mannschaft. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil sehr zentral. Das Frühstück üppig und liebevoll serviert. Jederzeit wieder.

The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. They helped us organize tours and rides to and from the airport very quickly and efficiently. The concierges were always around to help.

What a lovely Hotel. The building is 200 years old and full of charm. The staff were excellent. Tom and his team looked after us like royalty. Having breakfast overlooking the river was wonderful. If you go to Prabang stay at this Hotel. We stayed in Room 10 which is small but lovely. It’s also nice because you don’t hear any traffic at night.

总体来说还是不错的。位置在南康河边，选择的双人豪华标间，房间确确实实小了一点，可能是装修有一点久了，浴室显得干净度没有那么高，本来想靠街可能晚上会很吵，实际上还好，不太受影响，倒是房间与房间的隔音不算太好，能听到隔壁房间的声音。
早餐是真的棒，过一条街坐在河边吃早饭，非常惬意，而且很好吃。
相对还是价格高了一点。

Location is terrific, on the "quiet" side of the peninsula. (The Mekong side can be noisy.). One block off of Main Street. Lovely place, stayed a week in December 18. I've stayed in a half dozen different guest houses in Luang Prabang over the years, and another few hotels. I shall return to Villa Ban Lakkham if the room rates stay reasonable, which they now are.

ナム・カーン川沿いにある、ベランダやテラス付きの静かなホテルです。部屋も落ち着いていて、冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤーは付いています。ホテル案内の写真にある屋外レストランは、ありませんでした。場所は、ルアンパバーン観光に便利な立地です。

This hotel is really nice. We stayed in room 1, excellent balcony and an extra outdoor space.
Nice quiet street but only a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops and a 10 minute walk from the nightmarket.

This is a great hotel in a good position. Views of the Nam River from the balcony. Only 2 mins to Main Street but far enough not to be noisy. Rooms are nice and staff were super helpful. Free push bikes a bonus.

The Villa ban Lakkham is a boutique Guest house with a charm of it's own. Over looking a river but very walk-able to all attractions in Luang Prabang. The staff could not be more helpful and proactive in suggestions and guidance for planning our day trips and even call up a tuk tuk for you so you don't have to walk out to hail one.
The breakfast choices are varied and very tasty and well presented, you certainly won't be going hungry.
I definitely stay again!

I had a great stay here while in Luang Prabang for a couple days. The hotel is in a great location with everything walkable in a couple minutes but not right on tourist row or another noisy street. The hotel staff were very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning was so delicious. The room was a nice size and very comfortable with a nice patio for each room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends travelling to Luang Prabang

目の前が川！！
ほんとに景色が美しかったです。
朝食も豊富なメニューから選べたりアレンジを提案してくださいました。
夜のスタッフがしつこく「君の部屋に行っていい？」と言ってきたのが不快でした。
それ以外はほんとに素晴らしく完璧でまた来たいと思うホテルだっただけに残念です。
１人で宿泊する日本人女性はお気をつけください！！

Top Lage am Zufluss des Mekong. Nur wenige Schritte zu Restaurants und Klöstern. Mit Tamarind und Bamboo Tree liegen die zwei besten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der erstklassige Italiener La Rose ist fussläufig erreichbar. Zur Massage ist das L‘Hibiscus um die Ecke sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Frühstück im Hotel wird auf einer schmucklosen Terrasse auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite serviert. Man geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein und ist sehr bemüht. Der angebotene Shuttleservice zur Abholung vom Flughafen klappte einwandfrei. Roomservice wird nicht täglich durchgeführt. Ansonsten guter Service in einem sehr angenehm familiär geführten kleinen Hotel. Eine Empfehlung wert!

Great place and a great value. The service is exceptional and the facilities are clean and tidy. Nice location across from the river.

Great stay, the managers went out of their way to help me on more then one occasion and made me feel at home, which was fantastic since I was traveling alone. I will definitely stay here again if the price remains reasonable. Very good location, perfect place for me in Luang Prabang.

コテージ風の木造の建物で、バルコニーも着いており快適でした。
無料で自転車をレンタルできますが、どれもコンディションが悪く、1台は途中でパンク？空気が抜けてしまい、30分ほど自転車を引いて歩いて帰ってくる羽目になりました。
スタッフはみんなにこやかでフレンドリーです。オススメします。

観光で利用しました。
立地が非常に良く、周辺にはおいしいレストランやお店が揃っています。また、メインストリートのちょうど真ん中くらいで、観光地なら何処へ行くにも徒歩圏内です。自転車も無料で貸してくれます（品質にバラつき有り。私のはちょっとブレーキが甘かった・・・）。朝の托鉢見学にも便利です。ホテルから３０秒です。ナムカーン川が目の前のため、バルコニーでくつろぎならが景色を眺めることもできます。
この値段で、この立地は素晴らしすぎるのですが、難点もありました。壁が・・・薄いです。隣の部屋の方の動きが逐一わかるくらいです。
それでもメリットの方が多いホテルなので、おすすめです。

I was sick for most of my stay and remained in bed , the room was quiet and staff were concerned for my health.

Schön gelegen am Ufer des Nam Khan Flusses. Von hier aus sind die wichtigen Punkte der Stadt zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Auch liegen gute bis sehr gute Restaurants nahebei. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

立地条件も良く近くに何件か美味しいレストランやコーヒーショップもある。町自体がコンパクトとで静かだからこのサイズのゲストハウスかちょうど良かった

We really enjoyed our stayer this hotel and the location is excellent. We had a lovely room on the first floor. It had two outside seating areas. Inside it was authentic with panelled walls and floor in tradition wood style. The bathroom wasn't sleek and modern if that's what your looking for but for us it was perfectly adequate.
The staff were excellent and we will hold fond memories of our stay there.

Mooi gelegen aan de rivier en op 5 minuten wandelen naar winkelstraat met gezellige barretjes en eettentjes en de nightmarket. Kamer schoon en goed geoutilleerd.Wel een beetje outdated en faciliteiten soms wat gammel maar zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan receptie. Wel gebrekkig engels. Prijs/prestatie is goed.

Great location, nice breakfast. Room was clean with a balcony. Staff are friendly their English was limited but typical in laos. Shoes are left outside hotel. I left my luggage and I was able to take a shower later before I left which was really great and very unusual for a hotel.

Nice hotel, we be very upgraded on the second day to a bigger room with balcony, it was a really nice room. The small one was kindly of depressing plus noisy

wifi 빵빵 터지고 자전거도 무료로 빌려주고 .. 좋았어요.
꽝시 다녀와서 샤워하고 싶어서 레이트 체크아웃 가능하냐고 물었더니
짐 맡겨주고 샤워도 할 수 있게끔 해준다고 하더라구요.
체크아웃 미리 하고 꽝시를 다녀왔는데 샤워하고 준비하는 1시간 동안도 친절해서 너무 고마웠습니다.
방은 2층이었는데 테라스에서 남칸강이 보여 무척 분위기 있었어요. 가성비 최고.
아쉬운 점은 리셉션에 콜하려면 직접 가야된다는 점이랑 배수가 아주 원활하지는 않다는 점, 그리고 수영장이 없다는 정도 ? 일 정도로 무척 만족스러웠습니다.
리셉션 직원들 정말 엄청 친절해요 !
라오스에서는 팁 안챙겨도 된다고 들었는데 너무 고마웠어서 커피 마시라고 팁 주고 나왔어요 .. 한국 소주랑 ㅋㅋㅋ

Stuffs are friendly. Room was cozy. There was only one thing to say. The shower toilet was broken. Please repair it. Except that, everything was ok. The city is small and you will have no difficulty to access anywhere from this hotel.

位於Nam Khan River畔, 位置適中, 步行去夜市只須十數分鐘, 唔近酒吧區, 頗寧靜（ 老撾新年期間除外, 中午外面會有強勁節拍音樂播放和潑水, 但五,六點左右會停止） 附近有數間不錯的餐廳 。 房間整潔, 但8號房的淋浴間，淋浴後會留下小水氹不能自動流走！ 早餐的湯粉不錯。 中等價格, 整體還是不錯。

朝食の品数は少ないが美味しい、水回りは古いが清潔、シャワーに囲い有り、場所が便利等
残念な点
托鉢見学の為に、早朝(5:30過ぎ)遠くのHotelからゲストを乗せた車が、Hotel前に止まるのでうるさい
壁が薄いので隣の部屋の音がつつぬけ、1Fのリバーサイドの部屋は暗い、タオルが古い

ツアーの為に仕方なく泊りましたが、価格相応です。
現地らしさを好まれる方には全く問題ないのでは。
スタッフは良いと思います。設備が問題です。

Some good restaurants nearby and upmarket shops. Hotel could be noisy from motorbikes in early morning and music from a large restaurant opposite in the evening. Needs a good refurb/maintenance. Wifi speed low (2Mbps at best, 0.2 at worst). Receptionists had no autonomy so when problems occurred they didn't try to solve them, and did only when pushed. The headman of the village and large extended family live in a large shanty next door and can be noisy.

The balcony overlooking the river, not the Mekong was nice. Very thin walls and with the wooden floors you hear a lot of noise.

This is a charming hotel in an old villa. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well because of a very loud air conditioner (or water pump), which seriously compromised an otherwise wonderful place.

This guesthouse is very attractive with beautiful wood furnishings and spacious rooms. However, the rooms face the road along the Nam Khan River and are noisy with traffic at all hours, and thin walls. We could hear a person in the adjacent room coughing. Our room had a beautiful balcony but we had to keep the shutters closed to shut out the relentless noise. Also, internet was very poor and hard to log into with different router and different code for the upstairs and downstairs, so when you tried to use your device you kept getting cut off and had to log back in. It was fairly pricy and I was expecting premium accommodations; this did not meet my expectations.

Das Hotel ist schön, insbesondere Tom sehr bemüht. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Großbaustelle mit Baulärm von 8-17 Uhr. Aktuell kann ich daher nicht empfehlen
