Mycket trevligt och charmigt rum. Balkong med sol hela dagen och eftermiddagen. Centralt belägen, nära till allt. Personalen var mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig.

Very friendly and helpful; staff. Would definitely stay there again. The best location to see Luang Prabang. Close to good restaurants and shops.

I wish i had of been able to spend more time in such a lovely bedroom space. Was not in the main building but not a problem as i had everything I needed. Stylishly kitted out and such a divinely comfy bed! Lush shower space with cute colour co-ord bags for all the courtesy disposables. Plants in your room, plants on the balcony! Went to Tamarind Lao cuisine for dinner...which was amazing! Lovely 1 night stay...my only negative is that there was a lot of voices/tours etc leaving outside at 6/6.30am...bring ear plugs!

The manager Lome is wonderful! Service and room were great. Also arranged a bike ride for us. Provided bikes to just roam around town.

Great services overall. Close to restaurants and historical sites etc. I higbly recommended for anyone. Price kind of high but worthy to be close to the Nan Khan River

A beautiful hotel in a renovated older building. If you want to enjoy historic architecture this is the hotel for you. If you want modern then no. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and great location.

My second time to Luang Prabang and so I knew about where I wanted to stay. The Apsara met my needs splendidly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, bed comfortable and there was a good selection of pillows. It wasn’t particularly noisy even at street level. Breakfast was very good. WiFi and a/c worked well.

Confortável e bem localizado. Uma equipe muito simpática. Sem grandes luxos, o hotel é muito agradável. Localizada nas margens altas do Rio Nam Khan a paisagem não podia ser mais bonita. Foi perfeito.

今回、一人旅で利用させてもらいました。
レセプションのある本館ではなく、レストランTamarindを挟んだ隣の別館に宿泊です。
ナイトマーケットからは少し離れていますが、歩いて行ける距離です。
カーン川沿いの比較的静かな場所でした。
室内も清潔です。
何よりも、スタッフの人たちが皆さん親切で、4泊を非常に気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。、

The hotel is located right on the water. It is very clean, safe and well priced. The service was excellent.

Really glad we picked this hotel for our stay in Luang Prabang. Initially wondered why there was no TV in the room, but soon realised that the last thing you need when on holiday in Luang Prabang is a television, enjoying the relaxing peaceful lifestyle is the important thing. The Apsara is located close to the bank of the Nam Khan river, with only a small quiet road in between. We initially had a problem with a leaking air conditioner, but this was fixed immediately whilst we were out for the day and the manager personally apologised for the inconvenience. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly giving plenty of advice on what to see and do locally. We only had breakfast in the hotel, which was excellent. Will stay here again if back in Luang Prabang.

昔からある古い建物を使っていますが、掃除をしっかりしているので、部屋はとても綺麗です。レセプションのある建物とは別棟の2Fでした。洗面・トイレとシャワーブースは半分だけ壁になっていますが、開口部にシャワーカーテンがないため飛び散らないように気をつけました。熱いお湯もでてよかったです。部屋にテレビはありません。番号を自分で入れてロックする金庫あります。タオルは毎日交換してくれました。朝食付きでしたが、メインは6種から1つを選びます。私にはおかゆが一番おいしかったです。夕方〜夜に開いているお店が多いゾーンからは少し離れています（徒歩往復15分弱？）

Stanza grande pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Set cortesia in bagno e asciugacapelli incluso! Cassaforte,frigo bar e aria condizionata. Colazione ricca. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione top, vicinissima al centro, mercato notturno e palazzo reale raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. In zona tantissimi ristoranti e negozi. Consigliatissimo!!!

ホテルの方が町の紹介を丁寧にしてくださり、また、ツアーは別のところで申し込んだのですが、好みによってどういったツアーがいいかとかアドバイスをいただいたりしました。
チェックアウトの日には、朝食時にこちらから聞く前に、何時の便かを確認し車を手配していただけるなど先回りのサービスがとても気持ちよかったです。
このホテルに泊まるためにまた来てもいいかなと思っています。

Stayed at The Apsara several times between 2003 and 2010, when living in Bangkok. Had not been recently, since moving back to UK, but on this visit it felt as if I had never been away and I loved being back. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of everything, yet on a quiet road with lovely river views. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the decor felt very ' Lao' and there was a huge bathroom, with a good selection of toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean.
There is an attractive lobby/ bar/restaurant, with beautiful coloured lanterns hanging from the ceiling. There is also a nice terrace on which to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. The food is excellent -- a great dinner menu and lovely French style breakfasts (warm baguettes/ home-made jams), plus a wide range of cooked options).
The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything is done to make you feel relaxed and looked after. A lovely place in which to stay -- I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location overlooking the river and near everything. The breakfast was included and excellent. Other meals there were top rate. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.. The owner is an ex-pat from England who was fun to talk with.

半島のナム・カーン川沿いにある小さなホテルです。趣がある建物で、スタッフのサービスも良かったです。再訪する機会があれば、また利用したいです。
建物自体は古いと思われますが、レトロで雰囲気のある家具と掃除の行き届いた部屋なので、雰囲気がいいです。部屋にテレビはありませんが、ルアンパバーンまで来てテレビを見る必要性を感じません。昼は観光、夜は静かに本を読むという、贅沢な時間が過ごせました。
1階の部屋だったので道路の音は聞こえますが、夜中・早朝に騒ぐような場所ではないので、寝るときは静かでした。
場所は便利です。早朝の托鉢もホテルの裏の通りで見られますし、レストランも近くにたくさんあります。

Loom the manager is awesome. He’ll take great care of your every whim.
Only warning is that hundreds of people show up at 5:30 am for the monk procession so if you’re a light sleeper you will be woken. They all move on by 7am . At 8 am the construction workers start on the new river wall. I am sure all the hotels along the river have the same noise.
Other than the commotion everything excellent.

メイン通りに近く歩いてワットやナイトマーケットを散策できるロケーションなのでとても便利でした。
エアコンの音が少し大きくて気になりました。
スタッフは丁寧で素早く対応してくれました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

Stayed in room 1 which was on the second floor. Everything was good and as expected, except at night as it’s closest to the next door restaurant which is very popular, the noises from the restaurant would not die down until after 11pm.

cet hotel est tres bien place sur la rive gauche de luang prabang. nous y avons passe un tres agreable sejour. la chambre est tres agreable dans un style colonial et le personnel courtois et serviable.

Idealement situe au bord de la Nam Khan qui se jette dans le Mekong a deux pas et au centre historique de Luang Prabang, l'Apsara n'aurait pu etre un meilleur choix.
De style colonial sans fioritures , les chambre sont spacieuses et bien entretenues.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours souriant.
le petit dejeune , bien que sans buffet a volonte est bien servi , je recommande fortement le chocolat au lait qui ne vous sera servi que si vous le demandez car il n'est pas propose.
Attention, pas de navette a l'aeroport mais ce n'est pas tres grave, pour 50000 Kip ( +/- 5 USD )
vous pourrez prendre un des innombrables bus.

Really great location. The restaurants near the hotel were great. The room was a bit noisy, but other than that it was a great bargain for the price. We even used the bikes to travel around one day!

좋았어요~ 루앙프라방 도시 자체가 너무너무 좋았었는데 압사라 호텔 역시 좋았습니다~
호텔 상태도 굉장히 좋았구요.. 남칸강 보는것도 좋았고.. 위치도 정말 좋았어요~ 루앙프라방 도시 자체가 그렇게 크지 않으니 중심가는 조금 걸어가면 괜찮았고, 야시장도 가깝고, 탁발은 바로 뒤에서 부터 시작하는지라 늦잠잤었는데도 불구하고 탁발도 할수 있었어요~
조금만 더 걸어가면 메콩강도 보이고, 주변에 까페도 많고 음식점도 괜찮고 마사지샵도 있고 좋았어요~
스텝들도 정말 친절했구요
하지만 그럼에도 불구하고, 몇가지 단점이 있었는데..
일단 저희는 본관이 아니라 별관에 묵었는데 별관에서는 와이파이가 안터지더라구요 ㅠ 이런적은 처음이라..
그리고 바퀴벌레를 봤어요 ㅠㅠ 둘째날 묵었을때 호텔 방에 바퀴벌레가 죽어있더라구요... 그리고 그날 숙소 들어오는 방문앞에 살아있는 바퀴벌레가 돌아다니더라구요 ㅠ
이 두가지 말고는 정말 맘에 들었어요~

立地は良かった。周囲は多少騒がしいけれど街の中心部ということもあり想定内だったので問題なし。
朝食の案内が不親切。メニューをもっと見せて欲しかった。まだ次が来ると30分以上待ったらもう終わりだと言われて時間を無駄にした。

隣がタマリンドという有名なレストランで良かった。朝食が量が少なく不満が残った。前が川で良かったが、やや騒々しい。レンタサイクルが用意されていなかった。

主な観光地は全て徒歩圏内で、立地に恵まれたホテルです。

施設・設備がとっても古い。「今時こんなカギは使わないよ」と思える施錠設備でした。ルアンパバーンだからＯＫなのかもしれません。私が利用した部屋は雨戸をあけたら中が丸見えの状態で、カーテンがついてないのです。日本で生活をしているときちらはあまりにもプライバシーがなさすぎると感じました。

Das Hotel ist insgesamt o.k., nach unserem Eindruck aber etwas overpriced für das was es bietet. Die Superior-Zimmer unten sind nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen da direkt an der Straße (oben vielleicht besser aber auch teurer). Ansonsten zentrale Lage, alles sehr sauber und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Angesichts der vielen Alternativen die Luang Prabang im Hinblick auf Unterkünfte bietet, würden wir beim nächsten Besuch allerdings wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Location is great, but rooms were awkwardly located on the street. Doors didn’t seem to properly close(they were not sealed) or lock(dead bolt was useless) and it was the only time on my week in Laos I got bug bites-7 to be exact. The air conditioning unit did not work well which didn’t help-bug repellent plug ins should be standard in the rooms. In contrast, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large.
