Staff is nice but my friends from other room had problems with their room card to the point they had to switch rooms cause they couldn't opent my friend room. So the broke in and place my friend in different room after.

Es un hotel ubicado en el centro, en la esquina está el metro, comercio en toda la zona, es económico y seguro. Definitivamente recomendable.

Agradecemos el estacionamiento seguro, en general tranquilo. Es un hotel con mucha demanda no pudimos hacer early check in, pero es entendible. El personal atento y amable en todo momento.

El dia que me hospede toco que estaban haciendo reparaciones en la habitacion de enfrente con taladros y martillando, en la mañana. La cama era comoda, el cuarto de un tamaño como si solo lo usaras para dormir.

Fui por cita de Visa, es muy céntrico y llegas caminando a Santa Lucía. Hay un Smart Fit a 2 cuadras y mucha comida en los alrededores. Eso sí, es un lugar viejo, huele rancio y es algo anticuado. Si sabes lo que estás pagando y no eres un ridículo inventado, este lugar es para ti

Pésimo, ni plancha tiene la habitación, son .as amables las cucarachas que había en la habitación que el perronal y el precio es el mismo de excelentes hoteles en la zona como el kristal

El personal súper amable, la habitación muy limpia, ni una queja lo unico es que creo que sí necesita remodelación, porque, a pesar de que estaba súper limpia, olía mucho a humedad y las alfombras se ven viejas y los elevadores esos sí estaban sucios. Pero de ahí en más, el personal excelente.

El personal que atiende siempre fue amable, la habitación estuvo agradable con el clima encendido a una temperatura buena, solo recomiendo arreglen las llaves sobre todo donde sale el agua de la tina ya que se batalla para aplanar o jalar la palanquita para que salga el agua de la regadera
