Fue sencillo llegar tomando en cuenta q llegamos 23 hrs la habitacion muy agradable,limpia y con buena vista , el baño amplio y la regadera muy buena, funcional , se uso la tina y muy confortable. excelente opcion

The shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea was frequent and convenient. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Way better than anything I’ve had in North America. Service was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

ディズニーリゾートへ行くことを目的にして行くなら、過不足なくリーズナブルに感じる。屋内施設は綺麗で、とてもリラックスできた。ディズニーに行く前に舞浜駅横のウェルカムセンターでチェックインを済ませ荷物も預けられて、チェックアウトもカードキーを所定のBOXに入れるだけ。非常に楽だった。

room was clean, modern, and spacious. the staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. shuttle to and from tokyo disney resorts, convenient places to eat on site, and there is even a disney gift shop in the hotel. would stay at again when visiting disney

The staff was very courteous and the hotel was beautiful. The shuttle bus was also very convenient. The only thing was when lining up to return to the hotel on the shuttle, it wasn’t clear where the beginning and the end of the line were. Maybe if there were signs for the various hotels and where the line began, that would help. Some people just started pushing their way though.

Our room was super clean room, the amenities were fantastic and the staff were amazing and suoer accommodating and friendly. Look forward to coming back.

全てにおいて、満足でした。特に、バストイレが別で、家のお風呂みたいに洗い場もあったのが最高に良かったです。

お部屋を1番下のスタンダードルームで予約したのですが、ホテル側のご厚意で最上階の広いお部屋に変更していただけました！お部屋もとても綺麗でディズニー帰りの体をゆっくり休めることができました。フロントやホテル内で会うスタッフさん全員がとてもいい接客でした。
また機会があれば宿泊したいです！

客室はとても綺麗でした。
スタッフの皆さんもとても気持ちの良い対応でした。
ただ、ホテル内のショップの軽食類がもう少し豊富に置いてたら嬉しかったです。
ちなみにファンタジースプリングホテル内のショップの軽食はかなり豊富でした。

We’re a family of 4 (2A 2C teens), stayed in Symphony room, for proximity to Disneyland resorts. Regular shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea, but it is also walkable from hotel takes approx 15 minutes. Room was cosy and comfortable, very quiet and clean. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our particular room, not all rooms will be able to do so. Easy to control and set desired room temperature. Daily tidying of rooms, and they kindly provided us with x4 new bottled 500ml water drinks daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, spoke good English and was able to advise us about logistics of getting to our next destination. A Disney store is at the hotel for purchasing Disneyland souvenirs. Other than that, there is no other Disney fanfare, which was fine for us with older children. There’s a small Asian bakery and mini-mart inside the hotel for light snacks and drinks. Didn’t get to dine at their in-house restaurant as there were no vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very convenient to the Disneyland Resort. Highly recommend.

We spent a total of 7 nights here fornour 1st trip to Japan. So glad we did, Maihama View makesnot easy for you to get to and from the Disney parks. Rooms were excellent, especially the Hearth Floor rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff so very helpful during our multiple visits.

部屋は清潔でアメニティも充実していました。水もサービスであったのはありがたいです。ホテル内にコンビニやディズニーショップもあるのでちょっとした買い物に使えます。欲しいものは一通り揃っているので、非常に使いやすいです。

This place was just great. The rooms were big, the beds were a bit hard but not terrible. Everything you could have possibly forgot was provided in the room. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We had a “hearth room” which included the lounge/ club. The happy hour was just okay but the breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

The staff truly stood out with politeness and commitment to service. My daughter ended up being sick the last day and this gentleman helped my wife and I out so much. I didn’t catch his name but he truly was amazing for my family.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with checking in, and were extremely kind with our request to hold our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We were also provided guidance to the bus station to the airport shuttle to ensure that there were no issues. As English speaking guests, there were no issues with a language barrier. It was overall a great experience.

Mountain view twin room was a decent size. Friendly staff and lots od additional amenities, which were appreciated.

Great hotel! Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free bus to the Disney Parks right outside. We didn't try the breakfast as we found it a bit expensive.

Shuttle Bus zu Disney und Bayside Station, sehr gute Lage aber leider recht laut. Schöne Aussicht auf die Tokyo Bay.

The hotel staff was extremely kind and courteous and the hotel room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was very good and convenience store and Disney store both very handy to have.
