スタッフ親切で、チェックイン時、ベットの上にバスタオルでスワンを作ってくれたいた。朝食も美味しかった。帰りのタクシーも予約してくれた。

チェックイン時に高速鉄道の駅までの帰りのピックアップのバスを手配して頂きました。托鉢のお寺に近く、周辺はお洒落なお店も多いところでした。なおホテルは道路を挟んで川に面していますが、部屋が1階だったせいもあり、景色を楽しむという雰囲気ではありませんでした(笑)。

Place is nice. It locates at the middle of everything in Old Town. Staff are also nice, helpful and friendly. You can ask them for help and everything. Love this place 10 of 10 no deduction.

Fantastic location right on the river and down from the fun part of town. Room was a little noisy, as I was on the ground floor, but worth it.

設備はちょっと古めですが、アンティーク的と考えれば風情があります。ここの売りは朝食。とても美味しかったです。プーシーの丘や朝の托鉢に近く、観光に便利。1点、目の前にあったはずの橋が護岸工事かなにかをしていて無くなっていて、そこが残念でした。

The property was in a fabulous location for views of the river. It was slso very close to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and kind. Overall experience was wonderful in Louang Prabang.

We enjoyed a very comfortable two nights at the Saynamkhan River View Hotel. The Western breakfast was excellent, with more food than we could eat. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We will come again!

We loved our stay here! We were here a while and it was great for a long stay. Very convenient to the night market and all the bars and restaurants. Great breakfast each morning and so nice to hang out on the porch and people watch. Next door to one of the temples too, you can tbeat this spot it was very nice clean and comfortable

I arrived very early in the morning having booked on the day due to leaving another guesthouse down the road which was very unclean. I was greeted by a friendly man on the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) he allowed me to keep my bag in the office and helped me book a minivan to Vang Vieng. When I was able to check in my bags were moved to my room. I had room 100 with balcony overlooking the river. Room was spacious and clean, hot water avaliable and a couple of English TV channels including HBO. My room was cleaned each day, great location. All staff friendly. I wish I had booked here originally. Thank you all.

We were here in 2019. We loved our street level patio looking toward the river. Fab deck delivered breakfast as our room is adjacent to the main area. Ask for room 100 if you can. The owner is very nice.

i do love this hotel. expecially the location was so good. i drank wine at terrace and people walking along the street looked at me and went to the entrance of the hotel because the view was sooooo great. i strongly recommend to stay at the river view of this hotel. also breakfast was so good that a staff making breakfast was really kind. price is reasonable and they are deserved to be paid.

야시장 끝에 위치하고 있어서 다니기 편했구요, 조식도 잘 나와서 좋았어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 가방보관도 해주고 감사했습니다.

일단 야시장과 위치는 걸어서 5분정도 거리에 있어서 좋구요 조식도 나름 맛있게 먹었습니다 ^^ 그리고 아주친절하셔서 넘 좋았구 저희가 투어갔다가 체크아웃을 해야되어서 샤워를 할 장소가 없었는데 샤워장소도 제공해주셨습니다 ^^ 너무 좋았어요~ 앞에 강도 보이고 벌레가 없어서 아주 편안하게 사용했어요~

The hotel is very well situated, being close not only to the river but around the corner from the main tourist area. The staff were very nice and helpful but could improve their communication with guests before book-in. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast was okay, but I preferred to eat out as there are lots of options nearby. Don't expect a rainfall shower. The shower is perfectly adequate but this is Laos, not London, so don't expect the Ritz. The wifi was good enough. Staff changed small amounts of money at reasonable rates. This is an honest hotel. I would happily stay here again, mainly because the staff are its biggest selling point. However, this trip to Luang Prabang, my second, will be my last because mass Chinese tourism since the railway was built has fundamentally altered the character of the town.
