Number one on my list of importance in the guest house is the Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi at this guest house is super.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are spacious and freshly painted. The building might be a little older, but it is kept in wonderful condition. I love this guest house. Furthermore it is so close to the markets.

Μια ευχάριστη διαμονή στην Λουάνγκ Πραμπάνγκ. Ένα οικογενειακό κατάλυμα με μια όμορφη αυλή που μπορούσες να πάρεις πρωινό η βραδινό.Τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα και καθαρά. Πολύ βολική η προσφορά καφέ και νερού όλη την ημέρα.Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην νυχτερινή αγορά και στο ποτάμι. Ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή στην υπέροχη πόλη σας.

立地的にも中心部に歩いていける距離。
エアコン、冷蔵庫、シャワー、テレビなどちゃんとあります。
レンタル自転車もありますし、ツアーの申し込みもできます。
スタッフも英語で親切に対応してくれました。

Great location, very accommodating and helpful staff, /enjoyed the HBO in the room. Their beer great price. We enjoyed the tour we booked through them. No complaints!!

国立博物館、ワットシェントーン、ナイトバザールなどへも徒歩圏内とロケーションが良かった

ゲストハウス街の中にあるので、メコン川岸、旧市街や市場の中心までは徒歩10分くらいで着きますのである程度は徒歩圏内でした。近くには飲料や食べ物を売っている商店もあります。部屋はきれいでしたが、難点はシャワーヘッドが節水タイプみたいだったのと、部屋の鍵が解錠施錠しずらかった点以外は全て快適でした。

Quiet guesthouse only two minutes walk to many riverside restaurants and five minutes walk to the night market. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they were always very helpful with our questions and making bookings. We found some of their tour/transport services advertised to be quite overpriced while others were right on so just make sure you look around at one or two other places before booking anything.

It was OK. Nice they have somewhat decent bikes to rent for a little more than a dollar a day. Quiet location and convenient for things to do.

Nice basic hotel offering bike and motorbike rental which is an ideal way to get around Luang Prabang. Location good for places to eat / night market etc.

Hôtel très bien placé, au coeur de la ville mais dans une ruelle calme. Accueil plus ou moins sympathique selon les jours... Peu d'informations intéressantes à attendre du staff.
Chambre très propre, avec serviettes de toilette et gel de douche à disposition + eau chaude + climatisation (un peu bruyante) et ventilateur. Nous étions seuls à l'étage et n'avons pas souffert de la mauvaise insonorisation... Literie confortable. 2 bouteilles d'eau offerte par jour.
Terrasse agréable, avec possibilité d'y prendre les repas.

At last day my booked bus was delayed and the staff helped me very kindly.

The location is central to all the eating places and is near to the night market. the villa is clean. Good for value.

Luang Prabang é repleta de hotéis, guests houses, em cada ruazinha. A maioria de aparência simples. Este hotel é assim, super bem localizado, bem pertinho da rua onde podemos dar comida para os monges as 6 horas da manhã.
Também bem perto do mercado noturno.

Hotel bien situado. Habitación amplia. Baño e instalación eléctrica muy antiguos. Bastantes enchufes, pero poquísimos interruptores.

Great Guesthouse in a good location in the old quarter, close to the river, night market and other 'must do' places in Luang Prabang.
There was an initial mix up with our room, but once this was sorted out, all was fine.
The young men working the reception desk were friendly, knowledgeable and had good English skills. They were happy to help out at all times.

Hotel très bien entretenu, très bien situé entre le centre ville et le fleuve Mékong dans une rue assez calme. Beaucoup de services ( laverie, location de vélo, excursions, achat de titre de transport).

コストパフォーマンスのよいホテルで、部屋環境、周辺環境もよく快適に過ごせました。 朝食がないのが残念でしたが、朝早くから開いているカフェやサンドイッチ屋が近くにあり、全く不便を感じませんでした。

위치도 조마베이커리 부근 골목이라 야시장이나 다른 관광지와 가깝고 투어신청하기도 쉽고, 반대쪽으로 걸어가면 바로 강가라 이쁘고, 카운터도 친절하셔서 짐도 다 맡아주시고, 방도 크고 넓고 대체적으로 좋았습니다.
다만 조식이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠고, 선반같은데에 모래가 그대로 있었던거 빼곤 청결도는 크게 나쁘지 않았으나, 개미가 많아서 조금 불편했습니다. 음식같은걸 들고 들어가지않는한은 크게 문제될 정도는 아닙니다.

Locatie is top, personeel is vriendelijk en wil het je graag naar de zin maken. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wel iets verouderd maat prima bed en dito douche.

전혀 불편함 없이 2박을 마쳤습니다.
위치가 정말 좋습니다. JOMA베이커리, 나이트 마켓과 아침시장 이 걸어서 5분 정도면 갔던거 같습니다.
걸어서 5분사이에 메콩강변 도로와도 인접해 있습니다.
직원들이 영어도 잘하고 스쿠터 렌트 미니밴 예약들을 잘 도와 줬습니다.
암튼 강추 합니다.

스탭들 친절하고 저렴하게 꽝시폭포도 다녀왔습니다. 세탁서비스도 이용했는데 광장히 만족합니다. 방에 환풍기로 모기가 들어와 잘때 모기기피제와 홈매트는 필수 입니다.

They fill up water and towers every day, but many things need to be repair. especially air condition was only half worked so I had to turn on the ceiling fan, some part oak decorations are fall apart. For this part they cannot fix but I wished balcony for each room they offer.

It was the first time we had to pay for a map. The staff did not speak English and was kind of rude.

①夜市の西の端から徒歩7〜8分、同じような路地が多く、夜は迷った。
②部屋は木が基調で冷蔵庫ありOK。
③シャワーはおもちゃみたいで、お湯がぬるく、しかもちょろちょろとしか出ないので、シャンプーの泡が落ちずに苦労した。髪の長い人は果たして洗えるのか疑問。
④スタッフは登記など各自の任務をおえると、私達を気にするよりも自分たちの趣味に講じる(笑)。ローカル情報などを聞いても適当に答え、また趣味に戻り…金を払って友達の家に泊っている感じ(涙)。愛想もなくサービスにはほど遠い。フレンドリーを求める人は多の宿を。
⑤レンタルチャリはがブレーキが甘く、すぐチェーンも外れ、自分でメンテできないとまずいやつが多い。要注意。
⑥街中にたくさん宿がある。他の宿をいろいろと聞いてみたが安くて雰囲気のいいフレンドリーな宿はたくさんあった。
⑦日没後、路地は全体的に街灯が少なく、女性には不向きかも。
⑧孤独や放置されるのが好きな人向け。私は次は無理。

Hôtel avec confort de base. La situation de l'hôtel est excellente car elle est à 2 pas de l'animation mais assez en retrait pour être tranquille. Le personnel est assez honnête pour vous indiquer où louer un bon vélo de montagne plutôt que de vous louer celui en moins bon état de l'hôtel. Bon choix pour le prix.

i stay in the 3 single bedded room.
aircond and wifi is working well. good hot shower.
staff was just ok.
3 night stay is just enough for the visit there.

The room itself was fine, but I was disappointed that the hotel was helping taxi drivers to scam tourists. Instead of charging by the person or by the carload, they charge by the stop. That means I had to pay full fare for the cab--50,000--and so did the people I shared the taxi with, who paid 80,000 for four people. They were only staying a block away from me, so the taxi driver did a big circle--four right turns in a row--and then stopped at the same street where he stopped when he dropped off the other passengers. I tried to get help at the hotel but the staff totally backed up the taxi driver and told me that is the way things are in Laos. Actually, it was my third visit and I had never run into this before. What staff needs to understand is that in my culture this sort of thing is extremely disrespectful and insulting. Much, much worse than wearing shoes inside. The same thing happened with the taxi on the way back--about $20 US to go four kilometres in a beat up tuk tuk. As well, one staff member was very rude to me. I noticed that there were many free seats on the plane on the way back. If people want to fill those seats, they may want to start treating paying customers with a little more class and respect. In general, prices are double those in Thailand. Sometimes this is justified because most things have to be imported, but sometimes it is not.

L'hôtel était complet à notre arrivée. On nous a attribué une petite chambre d'environ 12m² alors que nous avions réservé une chambre de 20m². PAS DE CHAUFFAGE, mais un climatiseur inutile quand la température extérieure avoisine 8°C maximum et qu'il pleut à verse. Salle d'eau minimaliste, il faut faire couler un filet d'eau pour avoir de l'eau chaude, sinon c'est la douche froide garantie. Manque d'insonorisation/on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins.
Séjour éprouvant malgré le bon accueil et le ménage fait tous les jours.

朝市・夜市や博物館など中心部まで徒歩圏内で、近くにはゲストハウスが多くあります。周辺のランドリーサービスやマッサージの値段が安めでした。
到着したとき、ベッドの上に、バスタオルを鶴の形にしてありました。「宣伝用の写真」と思っていたので実物を見て少し驚き。

I stayed there for a while on my visit. They messed up reservations for a night and had to put me up in another hotel for a night (which, as a traveler, was exhausting and frustrating). The WiFi was finicky most of the time, and one day I had to work a full day in the hotel the internet was out completely and I had to rent a room at another hotel for the day to do my job. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were decent and situated well in the city, but I was so frustrated with the administrative problems that I would rethink staying there again.

온수기도 고장, 와이파이 고장, 예약한 방은 없다고하고... 침대 매트리스 최악이예요.수건은 걸레로도 안쓰는 다 낡아빠진거이 누렇고ㅠㅠ 다들 후기 너무 후하게 주셨는데 그걸로 평가되기에는 너무 실망스럽고... 주인이 여자분이 있는 호텔이나 게하가 확실히 청소상태나 전반적인 컨디션이 좋아요.
