Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day

Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang.

Great place to stay! Near restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Elevator(s) are slow because of so many people, have many elevators but only one operational at a time, so you'll be waiting alot. Wifi is slow! No hotel staff at night. Check- in and out were simple.

Location of the Property is away from nearby shops. However, the area is quiet and suits for people who prefer a conducive environment

This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend.
Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious.

Stay was amazing! the suite is very well-maintained and very clean and the location is excellent too as it is just about 1km away from the heart of bukit bintang. Will come back for sure.

Fantastisk beliggenhet om en vil ha gåavstand sentralt i Burkit Bintang, Petronas og KL Towers. Flotte romslige leiligheter dom ligger i høyden med hod utsikt over KL

We arrived early but weren’t able to get into our room however we were able to wait in comfort. We were then upgraded to a larger apartment. It was roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a fantastic pool area for anyone who wanted to use it. We were within walking distance of the amazing night food markets and just a short walk to the bus stop. Great place to stay.

We stayed here for our entire vacation. The serviced apartments were in excellent condition and its nicely located. The hotel manager Susan was very welcoming and accommodating, all staff from security, reception etc were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one.

初めてクアラルンプールに来る人には少し難しい立地にありますが、来さえすれば、少し歩けばGOKL（無料バス）も使えるようになります。
KLタワー、ペトロナスツインタワーも見え、素晴らしい都会の景色が堪能できました。

Ons appartement was in prima staat en de service boven verwachting. Locatie was ook prima en alles goed te bereiken. Ontbijt zou wat uitgebreider mogen.

日本語を話す従業員はいませんが、困ることもなく快適に滞在しました。
10階より上がホテルや居住者のスペースになっておりエレベーターで10階まで行けば受付があるためチェックイン等の処理をします。ルーム用カードキーと10階以上に上がるためのエレベーターキーを一枚ずつ受け取るので、オートロックで締め出されないように注意です。

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Suasuana suites. The apartments were luxurious with an amazing view of the KL and petronus towers. Facilities were great, staff very friendly and helpful and the location very central with easy walking access to KL highlights. We highly recommend staying here!

A great place in the heart of KL. A walking distance to Petronas tower and KL tower. Also a short taxi or train ride to Central market and Merdraka square. Beautiful swimming pool. Gym is okay. Breakfast was my the greatest but filling nevertheless b

房間有廚具 晚上回來煮宵夜很方便 衛浴設備挺優 泡澡時還有夜景欣賞
美式早餐簡單 可飽足 就怕長輩不太適應
酒店位於斜坡段 下坡走路十分鐘就有一賣場 上坡未嘗試 工作人員可幫忙協助聯絡計程車

This was a wonderful place to stay as a family of 2 adults, 2 teenage girls. We stayed for a couple of nights so the girls could shop before we headed off to Langkawi. We had a two room apartment which suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean & comfortable, & the pool was great. The location is perfect as it was a short walk to many bars & restaurants, & also a short walk to the shopping mall precinct. Absolutely loved this part of KL & would recommend Suasanna Suites to anybody.

We had a great stay loved this accomodation, we were only on stop over however should have stayed longer as it was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

Гостиница неплохая, все чисто, аккуратно, приветливый персонал. В нашем номере не был настроен телевизор с выходом в интернет, но буквально за полчаса все исправили, настроили и все неплохо работало. Еда на завтраки не очень разнообразная, но это не омрачило пребывание в гостинице.

부킷빈탕에서 가까운 곳에 위치하여 파빌리온, 잘란 알로 야시장을 걸어서 갈수 있었고, 무엇보다도 4인 가족이 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 아파트형 객실이 만족스러웠다. 비록 사용하지 못했지만 10층에 위치한 수영장에서 페트로나스 트윈타워를 볼 수 있어 좋았고. 무엇보다 10 링깃에 빨래를 할 수 있어 장기 여행에 중간에 편리하게 사용하였다.
아침 식사는 무료 제공이었지만 별로.

2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！
我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。
樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。
早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！
因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。
今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :)

Very spacious and well-equipped suites, perfect for families or groups. Well maintained, clean, value for money, the location too is very convenient! The only downside is the breakfast. There are hardly any options available for breakfast, kindly improve the same. For the kind of property this is, I was expecting a lavish buffet.

Hotel was great and clean we stayed for 4 nights and we were upgraded. Breakfast, no no no. Not really catering for all and it is plated with little options and all extras you pay for. During our stay we could not have breakfast there even though it was included in our package
Otherwise our room was nice, clean and spacious, just the breakfast.
Would recommend to others.

Arriving at night, the first thing that caught our attention was that the hotel is near the active spots while being on a calmer street itself.
The pre-check was smooth, but do note that it's not the official check-in. Therefore, bring your papers to breakfast the next morning, to the 10th floor.
The tenth floor is the amenities floor, that includes the little restaurant where breakfast is served and the hotel counter. There are other restaurants on the first floor of the building, if you want a glass of wine or something.
Our room was clean, serviced on a daily basis, and quiet. Please note that the suites are on floor 31 or 32 with access to a good size balcony. I enjoyed taking in the view from there at night.
The staff is discreet, yet kind and helpful.
There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel, but walking to Bukit Bintang's station is also an enjoyable experience. There are massage parlors, seafood restaurants, street food stalls (at night) and a bustling nightlife nearby. It was my favorite part.
We had a great stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon.

交通不便，離最近的地鐵站15-20分鐘路程，除此之外都很好，酒店就在吉隆坡塔前面，有很好的吉隆坡塔景觀

房間寬敞舒適，陽台景觀正對吉隆坡塔，日夜景都很美。
附贈的自助早餐，選項雖不多，但可以吃飽。
飯店離捷運站走路約15分，如多人一起旅遊建議叫計程車較方便省錢。
房價不貴，以此等級房型來說，非常便宜划算，真心覺得非常值得推薦。

離鐵路站比較遠，出入比較不便。但可十分鐘左右步行至酒吧街及亞羅街，增加不少分數。
室內環境舒適、露台景觀開揚、 衛生整潔、每日打掃房間。
員工友善可靠、還懂得廣東話……性價比高，值得推介。

Great location, good facilities, great swimming pool area, friendly and very helpful staff. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable, massive TV in bedroom.
Biggest disappointment was the lounge and kitchen. Only 1 easy chair and no TV in lounge. Kitchen does not have a washing machine. Very little daylight in lounge area.
