여인숙 분위기,..저럼한 가격...페트로나스 트윈타워 kl타워 쇼핑몰 다 걸어 다녔슴..와이파이 공용 화장실 공용샤워 에어컨 끝!!!

do not go there. this hotel is not for human being to live in.
I booked this hotel for 5 days in January 2017. we entered a room the smell was very offensive, the owner showed us another room the sheets were dirty, the billow cases disgusting, and guess what the bugs crawling on the bed sheets, the blankets very dirty and stained. the bathroom was awful, the shower hose and nozzle is actually the one that you use in the toilet. we did not check in. upon contacting hotel.com, there was no help at all. I requested to pay me back my money and happy to pay the one night for cancellation as advertised by hotels.com, but they said the owner refused to pay back. I went back to the owner/manager, he said hotel.com did not pay him any money and usually they pay after. I have a record of him confirming that he did not receive any money. contacted hotels.com, they were not helpful at all, they refused to provide me with any document that they actually paid the money. also have a record of what the customer service representative said. they gave me a $100 voucure. I asked to give me the money cash as I had to go to another hotel and paid. they refused. I leave you to guess why hotels.com refused to confirm that they actually paid the money. if so and if the hotel they advertised is that bad, how they cannot cancel my booking. also I want to warn you that there is more than one casavilla hotels belong to the same person.

Je vous le déconseillé vivrement tres sale la chambre ca sent la moisissure personnel pas sympa on vient frapper a la porte a 11h pour dire que je dois fait le check-in a 12h cette la pire nuit de mon vacances...

Terutama kami tiba resepsionisnya mau tawarin kami kamar yg tida sesuai dengan yg kami booking kemudian dia mau kasihi kami kmr tanpa kmr mandi dan toilet walaupun kami booking termasuk semuah itu. Kemudian dia kasihi kami kmr yg tidak bagus dan rusak fasilitas sebagai kraan(air) dan pintu yg tdk bisa di kunci sebaiknya setelah itu tempat tidurnya rusak mereka ganjel dengan batu2 bata trus slimut, bantal2 dan sprei nya masih banyak noda2 etc...etc!!! Menurut kami...ini sudah sangat terlalu!!!!!
