Super Hotel. Very cool library and gym area, great location to explore the city, and comes with multiple discounts for travel, museums etc, which is a cool surprise.

The room was fantastic and the decor was unique. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was good, doesn’t have typical British breakfast items for English travellers.
The bar was great for the evenings and had fantastic staff all round.
The location is great and is 10 mins from the centre of Basel, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. We were right next to the elevator and we never heard any sound, was pretty sound proof for weary travelers. Great location! We were very happy.

Erneut ein Aufenthalt den wir sehr genossen haben. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer toll und voller spannenden, praktischen und schönen Details. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten und die tolle Bettwäsche. das ist auch in guten Hotels inzwischen selten geworden. Wir kennen in Basel sehr viele Hotels, das Nomad ist wahrscheinlich eines der Besten.

It was a lovely property with a clean and inviting room, excellent shower, helpful staff. Wonderful location close to Kunstmuseum and central part of Basel, yet quiet and delightful.

Nice hotel close to the city centre, main station and tram stop. Nice gym and a private sauna you can book which was great.
Free fruit on each floor with still and sparking water taps, Nespresso coffee and tea.
Breakfast seemed quite pricey so we just ate the free fruit and bought some stuff in the supermarket around the corner. One thing, the toilet had a kinda funny door and you have a gap when it is closed to it is not super sound proof.

Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag von meinem Mann in Basel gefeiert und das Hotel war wirklich toll. Wir haben wegen dem Geburtstag kurzfristig ein Upgrade erhalten und im Restaurant am Abend einen Blumenstrauß, vielen Dank dafür.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, hochwertig und stylisch.
Das Frühstück war auch wirklich sehr gut!
Am ersten Morgen war es etwas laut, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern konnte man schlafen. Am zweiten Morgen war es sehr ruhig, da keine Müllabfuhr etc. unterwegs, aber für ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist das völlig normal. Die Lage war unschlagbar, konnten Vieles zu Fuß erreichen und es fahren mehrere Trams in direkter Umgebung, zum Bahnhof kann man sogar laufen.
Die Mitarbeiter waren auch alle sehr freundlich, grundsätzlich herrscht im Hotel eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Direkt vor unserem Zimmer war die ‚Bar‘ mit Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und Obst.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was super modern and stylish (I loved the design details), and little touches like a refillable water bottle and a Dyson air purifier really stood out. The location is also spot on: an easy walk from the train station and close to all the main sights and great restaurants. I’m not sure what anyone could dislike, though to be fair, I was only there for one night… maybe not long enough to find any flaws! 😄 Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cosy with a cool fit out and interesting items. We did have noise problems being next to the lift and the restaurant/bar playing loud music under us until late. The staff did an amazing job relocating us to a quieter room (even when it was fully booked out) and made sure we were happy.

I enjoyed the size of our room. We enjoyed having the privacy of the sauna area one night. The idea of having a coffee station was a good idea with fresh fruit available . At our check in Mika was very helpful pointing out areas in Basel to visit. The hotel is close to the tram service which is also complimentary . We used it a couple of times to explore. Hotel is close to Starbucks and restaurants that are very walkable. I felt I made a very good choice with this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really charming, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Rooms really well appointed with great shower and comfy beds. It is also very centrally located, you can walk everywhere in less than 15 minutes. We were very happy at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Basel - you won't be disappointed! We were sorry to leave!

Ich war alleine auf Geschäftsreise für 4 Nächte im Design Premium Zimmer. Das Hotel zielt allerdings denke ich eher auf Paare ab. Für Geschäftsreisen eher ungeeignet, da kein Schreibtisch. War für diese Reise egal, da ich auf einer Konferenz war. Wirklich toller Komfort mit gemütlicher Sitzbank u. zusätzlich einem Polstersessel mit Hocker. Im Bad könnte es ggf. zumindest für Paare was die Ablagefläche angeht etwas knapp werden. Nur 5 Kleiderbügel inkl. 2 mit Klammern, ebenfalls für Paare für längere Aufenthalte etwas eng bemessen. Es gibt keine Minibar u. auch keinen Kühlschrank. Sehr positiv: die QR-Code-Karte, über die man online eingeben kann, ob man eine Zimmerreinigung wünscht.

The reception team were really accommodating and helpful.
The room was really clean and well designed, with thoughtful extras - the bag to use around the city and the colouring page were fun extras I wasn't expecting!

Room and hotel in general is in perfect condition and modernly decorated. They gave us free room upgrade which is wonderful. Breakfast has variety of options, even you can make your own waffle. Also, there is a library room for spending time with free coffee and tea. We are planning to stay again in soon.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Diverse Pubs und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle, ruhige Zimmer.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen, zudem habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die sehr enge Tiefgarage.

Hotel is situated in the place of Basel. Trams go directly closely, Art museum is close. Urban room is elegant and cosy. Breakfast great. Very much recommended!

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Checkin und Checkout kann online erfolgen. Der Einrichtungsstil hat uns sehr gefallen. Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Auf jedem Stockwerk gibt es Mineralwasser, Kaffee und Tee sowie Obst kostenlos. Es sind die kleinen Dinge die happy machen 😀
Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist üblich umfangreich für diese Hotelklasse allerdings mit 28 CHF recht teuer.
