This hotel is fantastic value for money. Trying new foods is an important holiday experience for me. I booked the free breakfast option, this offered many options for both asian and european diets. The coffee shop on the grou d floor offered a small but nice selection of sandwiches, cakes and pastries while the meal options came in at a similar price to the 'hole in the wall' eateries at Chow Kit.
Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful and eapecially kind when our travel plans were altered slightly.
Best of all the hotel was easy to find as it is directly under the monorail. The area between the Chow Kit monorail station and the hotel is a little sketchy at night so if you are cautious about such things carrying on to the next station (linked to the quill mall) then walking back to the hotel will feel safer than getting off at chow kit.
Internet access can be a bit patchy, especially if your phone is old and you are on the higher floors.

My stay in the WP, Kuala Lumpur, was very good and memorable esp with Anika who works on check-in. Anika is very confident, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant and also noticed is a great team member. Doubtless to say, the team was also very helpful and interaction among the group was rather welcoming.

I booked for a room with a king bed unfortunately I was given a room with 2 single beds bcs the rooms are all full already. But that's fine overall I love this hotel and ive checked in twice.

Previous stay and also 3rd March just now, this hotel never disappoint me. This is my fourth times experience, I really enjoyed my stay. All the facilities are in good condition and overall the services given also excellent.

Fint hotell med bra service. Poolen uppe på taket är fin med väldigt bra utsikt över staden och Twin-towers. Är gångavstånd till flera gallerior och twin-towers. Restaurangen är billig och bra. Frukosten hade helt okej utbud.

Checkin was easy... Checkout they give u a giant receipt in an envelope that seems useless
The pool and view from the roof is awesome... the city is booming so the picture they use of the pool actually has a few new buildings infront of the petronas towers but u can still see alot of them
Worse thing about our stay was listening to the same 5 songs on loop at the pool bar... please fix this WP!!!

This is my third stay at this hotel, all the facilities provided are in good conditions. The best part is they have a very nice of rooftop pool that facing the view of KL Tower and KLCC. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

We stayed at WP hotel for 3 nights and after that decided to extend our stay 4 more nights since this hotel offers truly value for your money! Price-quality ratio is very good. Rooftop pool is amazing with the view to city center ! Good location, good public transport and nice surroundings with good shops and services.

Marvelous and comfortable stay, it would be better if extra pillows are provided. Beautiful scenery at the rooftop facing the Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur tower.

Hotel WP has a nice rooftop pool area with an amazing view to the city center and the gym there is also nice! The personnel is really friendly and everything works. The surrounding area is also nice and the connections to city center are really good!

The hotel is affordable and value for money, clean and close to malls. The Infinity pool with KLCC & Menara KL background view was awesome.

A very pleasant stay, a great room, decent location, nothing bad to say. Room spacious, spotless, and very luxurious for the price paid. Breakfast not included so didnt eat at the hotel, but the in house cafe looked good.

직원분들이 모두 친절하시고 수영장도 깨끗하고 트윈타워가 보여서 매우 좋습니다.
그리고 부킷빈탕과 쇼핑몰 모두 택시타고 이동하기 적당한 거리였고 깨끗하고 좋앗습니다.
생긴지 얼마안되서 택시기사나 길에서 물으면 잘 몰라서 곤란하기도 하지만 주소말해주면 금방 알아들어요 좋았습니다

위치는 다른 호텔에 비해 좀 떨어진 감이 있지만 나쁘진 않다. 조식뷔페가 아주아주아주 좋고 직원분들은 아주 친절하다. 옥상의 수영장에서 보는 야경도 끝내준다. 수영장이 저녁7시까지만 열어서 그건 좀 아쉽다.

As budget stays go, WP is a solid choice. Chow Kit can be a bit noisy at night, and the hotel food is good if unspectacular. But the rooms are clean and have partial views of the towers, the rooftop pool is really nice, the location is convenient to shopping, eating, and trains, and it's an inexpensive stay. Recommended.

Just dissapointment with toilet door which sliding door can’t closed properly and noisy for glass door inside also make me annoyed. Also the swimming pool the water so dirty and like not replace the new water. Just not like last time I came.

Overall the stay was good, close to tram and train. Booked a harbor view room, but surrounding buildings were too high and window was really dirty.

Rummet och takpoolen var riktigt bra, med ett minus för att det inte fanns några handdukar där. Frukosten var inte direkt anpassad för västerlänningar. Man gjorde reklam för australiensk kött och lax som middagsförslag men den kväll vi tänkte äta någon av dessa rätter fanns ingen av dom på menyn.

Hotel mit super Ausblick auf die skyline von KL, nähere Angaben nicht möglich.
Das Frühstück war von international bis asiatisch, normal.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wenn ich wieder in KL bin, werde ich erneut versuchen dort zu buchen.
