My wife, son and I stayed here and felt very welcome by the friendly owners and their staff. Breakfast is fantastic! Location is great, a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms nice and clean. We look forward to staying again upon our return to Luang Prabang. Highly Recommend.

中心地へのアクセスは10〜15分程度であまり良くないが、コスパ◎、スタッフの対応◎、朝食も美味しく非常に有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。

메인 도로에서 도보로 12분 떨어져 있어 편리한 공간이며, 상대적으로 편안히 쉴 수 있는 공간입니다. 숙소에서 가까운 거리에 향수를 느낄 수 있는 한국식당(김삿갓)이 있어 이게 더 좋았습니다.
숙소는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 더운 물이 나와서 좋았습니다.
주 도로에서 골목으로 약 30m지점에 위치합니다.
바로 옆집에서 모터를 빌리면 7만낍이나 도로변에 나가서 빌리면 8~10만낍이니, 이것도 참조하세요~^^
2(3)박이라함은, 호텔스닷컴을 통하여 2박했고 호텔에서 1night 를 더 요청해서입니다.
다음 기회에도 이 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.

Great guesthouse in a good location. It's very quiet, with spacious rooms and a small balcony. This was the first place I stayed in Luang Prabang and the staff were very helpful and always available. I would definitely stay again.

저렴한 가격에 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 화장실 샤워시설을 비롯한 객실 내 상태도 깨끗하고 내부 가구나 전등을 직접 만드셨는지 분위기도 좋았습니다! 방 앞마다 있는 테이블에 앉아 시간을 보내는 것도 매우 좋았습니다. 여러가지 메뉴 중에 조식을 골라서 먹을 수 있었고 다 맛있었어요! 여행자 거리까지 도보 10분 정도 걸리는데 자전거도 빌릴 수 있어 별로 문제는 없습니다. 추천합니다.

시설도 불편한것없이 잘지내다 왓고 야시장까지는 10분정도걷긴하는데 조금나가면 식당가도 금방나오고 탁발하러가는길엔 관광아닌 로컬분들 탁발도 볼수있었어요!

Wonderful owners and staff who have a wealth of knowledge about the area. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. My only complaint is how thin the walls are meaning you can hear what is happening in surrounding rooms. Definitely better than 2 stars. Highly recommended.

Very quirky little place , amazing people who are prepared to help you st any point.
We were upgraded to a delux room with a balcony and views were just outstanding of the river - very relaxing to have a cup of coffee in a morning.
It’s a little walk of 15min to the night market.
To get to hotel from airport we would recommend capturing the tuk tuk for 40KIP (around $4)
Great breakfast ! Cooked to order and fruits , pancake , good strong coffee.
If only one down side we just couldn’t get WiFi connection in a room
I would definitely recommend and be back again!

My husband and I stayed at Cold River for two weeks while I caught up on some work during a year-long trip. I cannot recommend it enough. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the hosts are incredibly helpful and kind. They helped us arrange at tuk tuk for the day to tour the waterfalls and graciously kept our bags for us while we went to the elephant center. If you're looking at a lot of options, close the other windows and book it.

This was a great place to stay! We stayed 5 nights and loved the hotel and the city. The hotel is in a quiet area outside of the touristy area but within walking distance (for us about 15 minutes) of the tourist streets (restaurants, bars, shops, night market, etc.). Breakfast was great with fruit, yogurt, coffee or tea, baguette and hot options. They has refillable water bottles for use and a couple filtration locations for filling up, in an effort to decrease waste from buying lots of bottled water!! The staff were friendly and many spoke English well. We had laundry done and the rate was good and done quickly. Wifi was OK in room.

Very friendly staff, happy to help and advise for the local area and sort an effiecient laundry service. The room was excellent - very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent - consisting of crepes and fresh fruit, then eggs and fresh bread and jams, all delicious. Last but not least, the plastic reduction measures of the owners (filtered water refill only) were a pleasant and appreciated touch.

Upon checking in, our room were upgraded. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The place was quiet although near to the city center. Everything (bar, restaurant, wat, night market, mini mart) were within walking distance. The breakfast provided was hearty, delicious and generous (Options of scrambled egg, omelette, boiled egg or noodle soup + bread with fruit jam and butter + coffee/tea + cinnamon crepe + fruit salad + greek yogurt. If I ever were back in L.P., I would definitely go back there!

Cómoda estancia en una sencilla pero bonita casa colonial. Entorno tranquilo, un poco alejado del centro pero se puede llegar andando sin problema. El desayuno muy bueno y completo.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Room was well cleaned on a daily basis and a good size. Wide range of English language TV channels including lots of surprisingly good movies. Only issue was with weak and unreliable wi-fi signal.

質素な作りですが、小綺麗にセンスよくまとめたお部屋がとても素敵でした。
アメニティーなどは特になく、詰め替えボトルのシャンプー、シャワージェル、ハンドソープがありました。
朝ごはんは庭のテラスでいただきます。麺とパンが選べるのはありがたかった。
オーナーと思われるフランス人の方はとても気さくで、チェックインしてお部屋と周辺のスポットの説明など丁寧にしてくださり助かりました。

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter cette très belle ville, au calme dans une petite rue fleurie tout en étant suffisamment proche des centres d'intérêts
Grâce aux bons conseils des propriétaires et à leur enthousiasme nous avons vraiment pu profiter pleinement des charmes de Luang Prabang et alentours

중심가에서 살짝 떨어져 있지만 어차피 작은 동네라 충분히 걸어다닐 수 있어요.
주로 나이드신 외국분들이 많이 묵는 것 같았고 프랑스 여자주인분 호탕하심ㅎ 조식이 좋아서 매일 아침 든든히 먹었네요. 특히 국수와 요거트에 과일 넣은것 정말 맛있었어요~마당에 그네도 있고 뭔가 편안한 분위기라 아이들이랑 묵기 좋았어요

루앙프라방 여행 중에 숙소 예약시 고려했던 비슷한 가격대의 숙소들을 모두 봤는데, 콜드 리버만한 곳이 없었어요! 야시장, 여행자 거리까지는 걸어서 15분 정도 걸리긴 하지만 충분히 걸어다닐만 한 거리이고, 유토피아는 굉장히 가깝습니다.
객실은 깔끔했고, 친절한 staff들, 매일 바뀌던 조식 역시 너무나 맘에 들었습니다.

All Staff were so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was so good. Location is easy to get to Utopia cafe and bar, but main road is a liittle bit far by taking 15min on foot. Not too far away. Cold river is great for price.

Nice hotel in a good location near the river. Lovely staff, great breakfast with generous portions. Rooms are nice and clean, good restaurants and coffee shop just a short walk as well as supermarket. Easy 15m stroll to the Main Street.

Staff were helpful, owners served breakfast each morning, which was AMAZING! I stayed on the second floor, room #5. Hotel was quiet because all the guests (except 1) made an effort to be quiet and respectful (walls are thin). It was a basic hotel, cute balconies, bathroom light didn’t always work and the bed was hard as a rock but otherwise I liked the place and would recommend.

Great hosts/managers and a great staff. We were there for 4 nights and would liked to have stayed longer. Nice rooms with nice exterior seating areas.

1階のダブルルームに2泊しました。部屋は写真で見るより狭かったですが、荷物が置ける棚やカウンターがあって機能的でした。また、仏領時代の鉄橋が見えるパティオが部屋の前にあったので、そちらに座ることも多かったです。バスルームではシャワーブースが仕切られておらず、シャワーを浴びるとトイレのシートまで濡れてしまうのと、窓がなくて十分換気できないのが気になりました。冷蔵庫の中など、掃除が行き届いていない箇所があったのは残念でした。
