Great location...walking distance to malls, shopping plazas and restaurants... breakfast was the same everyday and it was good...I ate the veggie curry with white rice everyday...the pastries were fresh and alternated daily...the room was larger than those in Japan but smaller than the ones in Thailand and the USA...the beds were firm just the way I like them...they only offered one hand towel and two bath towels for a two bed suite...bring your own washcloth they do not provide them...they offer a grab and go breakfast which consist of pastries and fruit...overall a great stay I would stay there again

hotel was in a very convinient location close to all the amneties and shopping area though i did move about alot independantly on my own also

Every single thing was perfect. Manoj at the front desk was very helpful and very nice person to deal with. The location was so close to the Raja Chulan monorail station. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable beds. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was great every morning. Always fresh and kept topping up constantly. I would definitely go back to the same hotel. Very close to all the tourist spots and attractions.

Mitten im Geschehen, Restaurants um die Ecke, zu Fuss in 15min an den petronasbtowers, 20min zur Chinatown/petailing. Preis Leistung passt hier. Frühstück sehr gut, viel Betrieb im Frühstücksraum, manchmal langes Warten am Lift, aber alles ok

Stayed here in Feb; 26 for 7 nights. Hotel and rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and courteous. Good local restaurants are few minutes walk away. Plenty of public transport available.

Fantastic location just 3 minutes to the nearest monorail stop to get about and 7mins to nearest. Breakfast was outstanding and staff very welcoming. Will stay there again no doubts.

Location, location. Few minutes away from LRT, walking distance to Pavilion and shopping area. Beside that, room was good, water pressure ok. I just don’t like elevators taking too long, sometime need to wait for more than 5 minutes to go to my floor (19) during peak time. But overall giving 4 stars out of 5

The check in was good and i was able to use the on site laundry by purchasing the tokens,and it can only be accessed by your card.
Room was large with a moderate sized bathroom, there were views from the window,tea and coffee making facilities and free water.
The breakfasts were excellent even though self service.
The bed was comfortable and i 2 goodnights sleep.

Great location, walkable to Petrona Towers and Bukit. Very clean, welcoming staff, safe, terrific all encompassing breakfast. Plan ahead for airport drive as it takes 60 to 80 mins.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Bukit Bintang area, within walking distance of shopping and dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety, though it can get crowded at times. Hotel guests can also enjoy complimentary parking.

The room felt fresh and clean . Breakfast was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay here. One of the staff was nice enough to pick up our laundry while we were out .

I have been to KL 11 times but never stayed at The Holiday Inn Express. It was because there are a few Holiday Inns where I live in Australia and it didn't sound special enough. Well I was wrong! I absolutely loved my 7 nights at this hotel! The Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mohamed Hafiz Bin Abdul Rashid, found me a room where I had good sleep for the first time in months! It was a very clean, spacious room and I really liked the colourful rug and wall art. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked well and apart from hearing an occasional door shut (which happens in most hotels) there was no sound from adjoining rooms! At breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. Must thank one of the breakfast staff, Mohammad, for his caring nature. I wasn't feeling well and he kept checking if I needed anything. The hotel was
much more modern than I had imagined. Eclectic furniture in the reception and breakfast area, all in good taste. There is a cocktail bar with comfy armchairs and a vending machine at reception. Outside the hotel is a Family Mart, McDonald's, Zeus Coffee and a huge grocery store. It's approx a10 minute walk to the Pavilion but there's a bus stop just outside the hotel where the GOKL buses take you to the centre of Bukit Bintang. On the other side of the road there are GOKL buses to Chinatown and Masjid India etc. In other words this hotel has it all! I'm returning in April for 14 nights. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff! 🤗

Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable room, great hot water pressure, great toweks, comfortable bed and pillows, a lot of outlets and usb ports, quiet, great a/c.
Only room for improvement is breakfast. Everything that should be hot is cold, not many choices for westerners.

Room was very comfortable. Nice and cool when I entered. Slept really good on the comfortable bed with the soft comforter. . The breakfast buffet was more than what I expected. Lots of variety of food. Staff was really inviting when I checked in and out. Grocery store store and a few restaurants next to the hotel. Mc Donald's next door as well.I would definitely stay again when I return to Malaysia.
