Pedí la habitación con accesibilidad, ya que llevo silla de ruedas. El baño es muy seguro, tiene barras por todos lados, lo cual me hizo muy fácil mi estancia de una semana, todo súper bien sólo un pequeño detalle que la cama es demasiado alta y no me era tan fácil acostarme ya ahí en fuera todo excelente, ya que fui justamente a un concierto en el recinto que está en la misma plaza y me quedo súper, ya que en cinco minutos estaba en mi concierto, además, tiene todo muy cerca que no hay necesidad de salir a la calle. El personal es muy amable también

La mejor opción si vas a un evento al escenario GNP. Sin duda está en una excelente ubicación y hay variedad en cuanto a los comercios dentro de la plaza Pabellón M.

Despite a staff person whose behavior was very negative, I am giving 5 stars because the hotel is well located and it has amazing personnel like Carlos (bartender), Israel (Restaurant), and the lady who was extremely nice and helped keeping the room neat and very comfortable.

Buena habitación, solo que la persona que hace limpieza se lleve toda la basura y que no despierte temprano paga hacer la limpieza. Más opciones en el menú del restaurante.
