Pool area and bar look really good didn’t get a chance to partake of this time but staff super helpful looking forward to returning in a weeks time for 5 nights

Location central to Shopping Malls, KLCC Centre & Petronas Twin Towers.
Room was very clean and spacious, with complimentary mini fridge.
Staff polite and helpful.

Decent place, room a bit worn which is typical in most Malaysian places as they don’t believe in maintencance… loose floor boards, walls. Need painting etc

Mooie schone kamer met een goed bed.
Badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien.
Ligging ook erg goed, midden in het bruisende Bukit Bintang.
Petronas Towers om de hoek, waar je in KLCC park een heerlijke ochtendrun kan doen!

The employees were friendly and welcoming.
Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, as were all of the public areas.
The rooftop pool was relaxing and well appointed.
We enjoyed the breakfast.
Located in a bustling area, we felt safe and enjoyed walking locally.

We were really happy with our stay here. Clean, modern rooms with free bar fridge. Free afternoon teas, snacks and wines in the lobby. Super friendly staff. Really central location in Bukit Bintang.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and close to everything you need. The buffet breakfast had limited options but was fine to start the day.

We had a wonderful stay at The journal. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and our room was spotless with a beautiful view. The location was perfect for walking to local attractions, and the afternoon buffet was complimentary. Anamul went above and beyond for us.

Die lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gutberreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vielfältig, ebenso wie fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants, Kneipenviertel und Streetfood.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Zimmer, das entweder sehr gepflegt oder renoviert war.
Das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und hulfreich, super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Waschmöglichkeiten für Gäste ermöglichten uns eine tolle Zeitersparnis.

The hotel is right in the middle of things in Bukit Bintang, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shops, etc. but the hotel itself was quiet. Nice outdoor pool, afternoon tea a bonus if you need a bit of a rest after seeing the sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lovely room, staff were very friendly and welcoming, nice sized pool, breakfast not too many options but enough for starting your day I think, you didn't go hungry! Liked the afternoon tea and free wine in afternoons, very nice touch, felt more superior than a 4 star, great location, really pleased I stayed here

I am really confused why this place is not rated higher. The service was brilliant from the security guard at the door onwards; the room was big and quiet; there was a small pool; and it was minutes from shopping centres and amazing food. Don't miss a drink at Helipad, dinner at Sao Nam (book), and a breakfast at The Rabbit Hole. A wander up to Treasure Trove (15 mins) is also good for locally made/designed gifts.
