Nice and clean room with a breathtaking view and the amenities and it is convenient.

The cleanliness is excellent and the hotel staff are very helpful.
However, it would be nice to have more kids’ channels available.

Room was spacious, top floor (26), Gym was available 24/7 with a decent view. The pool was 07-19hr, which unfortunately was a little too short for me due to work.

The staff provided exceptionally courteous service, and the room was very clean. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

Super convenient if ypu want to go to sunway lagoon. Its very close. Shopping mall is link to the hotel. Everything abt the hotel is clean and huge. I love the king size bed is huge and toilet is huge. The only problem i have is, most shops open at 10am. So to get breakfast outside hotel is limited. But i highly recommend for family with children to stay there if plan to go to sunway lagoon theme park.

部屋も広く綺麗でくつろぐことができました。また、併設しているサンウェイピラミッドのショッピングモールがあり、とても便利です。近所にも美味しいところがいっぱいあり、良かったです。

The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily.

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Impeccable service, room was excellent, shower powerful and an incredible shopping mall right there. Unbelievable.

The staff in this hotel are friendly and very accommodating. It is in a very good location, easy access to the mall and plenty of good restaurants around, no need to travel far for shopping. The summing pool is average, everything else is great.

The hotel is very well maintained - probably the best in Subang so far. Easy and convenient to get around and the staff are very attentive and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others in the future. We will be happy to return the next time we are in Subang as well.

Requested for extra pillows through front office desk. Message was relayed to the housekeeping dept but HOUSEKEEPING dept did not fulfill my request until I have to make another phone call to the front office desk.

This hotel is one of the smaller Sunway hotels. The dining and in house facilities reflect that.
It is however very handy to the mall, with the entrance virtually just off the lobby.
As with all hotels in this family the rooms are great and of generous size.

Sunway Lagoon Hotel is my go-to Kuala Lumpur accommodation due its convenience of location, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and its value.

Property was beautiful and overlooking the water park. Attached to a big mall with lots of dining options. Absolutely loved our stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very clean and refreshing, with floral scent throughout the lobby to welcome guests. Rooms and corridors extremely clean and looks new. Mall just next door, very convenient. Definitely will stay here again in the near future.

Best thing is the hastle free & strong wifi in the entire resort (hotels, shopping mall, restaurants, theme park).

This was the perfect mid-range priced hotel connected to the Sunway mall for us.
Perhaps more expensive than others in the area of course, but you get what you pay for.
The room was exceptionally large, the bed was comfortable, and all of the amenities were included!
Keyed access to go to different floors of the hotel.
The pool though was a disappointment (February) as it hadn't been cleaned and was rife with algae.
But atleast we were able to layout and get some sunlight.
The Breakfast Buffet wasn't within our budget, but we went to the local places to eat within the mall instead, which was just fine.
Easy ride-share pickup. Nice staff. The place looked and smelled clean.
It's nice to be able to access all of the Subway properties in one place, without having to take a taxi everywhere. You simply walk.
I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of different foods. Rooms are modern and spacious. Adjacent to the mall so lots of shopping and dining options. Wifi is strong and super easy to connect. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here next time I am in KL.

部屋も広く快適でしたが、シャワーの排水溝がとても狭く、なかなか流れないため途中で水が床に溜まっていました…。シャワーの水圧も弱めでした。
その排水溝問題を除けば、ラグーンやピラミッドが隣にあってアクセス良かったですしとっても快適でした！ありがとうございました。

The place was very clean. It’s a nice facility. However, the bell person took advantage of us with the car transfer from the hotel to our new hotel in Bukit Bintang, the Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. The staff negotiated 90 rm but Grab stated it was only 26 rm. We had not learn how to use Grab at that time. We expected the hotel staff to be fair and not take advantage of our ignorance. It was our first time in KL, Malaysia.
