I was blown away when I saw Puttaphi, 16 years old, handling the whole hotel during evening shifts. He is a very responsible young man.

Wonderful family who runs this property. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a small boat—a 2 minute walk—that takes you across the river to avoid the mile long walk. Clean hotel!

The owner was very kind for everything: gave me pros and cons while I was asking for airport pick up and also while I departed from hotel to airport. And he was going above and beyond to help me to print out my Cambodia visa. Place was very clean and quiet. Had a wonderful stay . Would stay there again if visiting Luang Prabang.

We spent 5 nights in Luang Prabang and the Phonepraseuth Guesthouse was perfect for our visit. Mr. Kim suggested places to visit and went above and beyond even driving us to the airport. Rooms are a great value, comfortable, and are as pictured. If you're staying in Luang Prabang, this is a great place to stay.

A wonderful owner, who is on site all the time. Not only that he interacts with the guests, which is a real positive. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are smiling and friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts are nutritious, substantial, and delicious.

Such a lovely place to Stay. On south bank of river away from centre so super quiet. Bit of a problem until river works finish next month as no bamboo bridge. This normally makes 10 walk in to centre. At moment its 30 mins using the old bridge or a boat service that does save much time.. Great breakfast..Nice residental area.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was pretty, clean and situated in calm surroundings and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They served a delicious complimentary breakfast of our own choosing. The only small downside was that it was a bit far to walk to the city center since the bamboo bridge was closed due to construction. The bridge, however, will return but actually we didn’t mind the walk. Huge recommendation! If you’re planning on going to Luang Prabang and would like to get a bit away from the hectic city center this guesthouse is worth considering!

My friend and I needed a place to stay for two days until our flight. This guesthouse was very comfortable with two twin beds, en suite, dresser, tv, fridge and ac to use as required. Price was very reasonable. Yard and hotel very picturesque , beautiful woodwork throughout. And very friendly and helpful people. I loved it and would come back .

Overall, I really enjoyed to stay guest house. Owner Sam and all staffs , especially front desk day time young man who can speak little English and Chinese. Owner Sam who has been USA for 10 years so he really have common sense for service. Thank you all! khobchai!

Even though it was a little far off I honestly have to say that I was pleased here. Everybody is nice. The room was always clean and the fan and AC superb. This is a guesthouse that o would definitely return to when I visit Laos again.

カン川を挟んで歴史地区の向こう側にあるため、飲食店などの騒がしさとは無縁(近所の人びとのカラオケなどはあるにせよ)な宿です。部屋は清潔で広く、朝食も充実しています。周囲に飲食店は少なめですが、美味しいピッツェリア、ラオス料理、市場のお惣菜などけっこう粒ぞろいです。また托鉢見物には打ってつけの場所です。

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een ruim, traditioneel Lao huis. Zeer attente en vriendelijke bediening. Fijne locatie, weg van het drukke centrum…dus de gratis fietsen kwamen goed van pas. Top adres.

We enjoyed staying on the far side of the river from town. Very quiet and relaxing. Exceptionally clean guest house which is a very good value for the money.
The staff could not be more accommodating or friendlier. Really, really wonderful people.

Great location away from the craziness of the main area of town. This also means a walk to get to the tourist area. The closest bamboo bridge was down. I liked the extra walk.
The Guesthouse was clean, quiet, comfortable and quaint. I loved it!

I review this property before but for just 1 night. This is now a further 4 nights. The place is very well located for town subject to the Bamboo bridge being there out of rain season. The staff are excellent and speak enough English to get things done well. Rooms are clean and if at the back beautifully quiet.
Breakfast is great, Baguette and your choice of eggs, and a fruit plate, plenty of coffee and Tea. Oh and only 2 miles from the airport, in a residential area. Overall great stay.

Great place to stay, no distance to all the action via the bamboo bridge in dry season. Comfy beds and good shower. Good breakfast.So Quiet. The neighbourhood is residential to rural there qte a few restaurants nearby and shops and a laundry.

If you want to visit waterfall, the best way let owner to book for you. The price is reasonable.

This was a perfect 3 week stay for a very reasonable price. The room, location, breakfast and incredible staff made our stay both memorable and noteworthy. The owner manager treats you like family and we thoroughly appreciated it. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

La résidence est magnifique, et patron toujours là et attentif à tout.
Ne pas trop attendre du petit déjeuner, mais ce n’est pas l’essentiel ici.
Hôtel tout près de l’aéroport, dans un quartier très calme.
Il vous faudra cependant passer un pont de bambou pour être au centre de Luang Prabang, ce qui a son charme!

What an amazing stay!! The owner was great, so kind and helpful! The breakfast each morning was so nice. The room was great, big and clean, even laundry right next door. the guesthouse was in a great location to restaurant’s, night market and the bamboo bridge! I recommend forsure! We enjoyed staying on this side of the water as it was less touristy also

I highly recommend this guest house, I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet and well managed it was. I discovered the owner worked in the US for many years, so he understands western travelers. Not only does he speak excellent English, apparently he requires his staff as well, they all spoke so well! I have nothing negative to say of this wonderful stay, I will stay there again.

とても清潔で、スタッフのホスピタリティが際立つ宿でした。ホットシャワー、ファン、エアコンなど、基本的な設備も不自由なく使えました。中心部からは少し離れていますが、その分静かで、ローカルな雰囲気を味わえます。乾季中に利用できる竹橋を往復してメインエリアと行き来するのも楽しかったです。朝の托鉢に興味がある方は、中心部のメインストリートでやや観光化されたものを見るより、こちらの宿の目の前の通りで見学された方が生活に密着した習慣を実感できるかと思います。ルアンパバーンを訪れたらまた泊まりたい宿です。

We wanted to stay at a guesthouse/hotel close to the airport and walking distance to the night market. We get to walk on a bamboo bridge to town(10,000kip), this was an awesome experience. It even has lights when we walked back from the night market. We booked with breakfast and we picked traditional porridge, it was good. We even did the morning alms in front of the hotel. This place offer Airport pickup for a fee. We didn’t see the option when we booked, but the airport shuttle was $6. This place was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again

Tout était parfait !! Cela fait 2 semaines que nous voyageons en passant de guesthouse en guesthouse. Nous sommes restés ici 3 nuits. C’est incontestablement le meilleur guesthouse que nous avons fait !
C’est une maison magnifique, avec beaucoup de charme. La chambre est très propre, la literie confortable, paisible et calme. Les draps sont faits chaque jour, et des bouteilles d’eau et du papiers toilettes sont renouvelés chaque jour. La localisation est parfaite puisqu’En 5 minutes grâce au pont de bambou nous rejoignons le centre historique. Nous avons même pu gagner le guesthouse à pied depuis l’aéroport (pour ceux qui aiment marcher comme nous, seulement à 35 minutes). Les hôtes sont très accueillants, souriants et très attentionnés. C’est pour toutes ces raisons que nous recommandons les yeux fermés phonepraseteuh..

This guesthouse was very homey and I got such a great value out of it. The staff is very nice. I feel like I was really staying in a Lao person's home. The place is less than a 5-minute walk from the bamboo bridge which they literally finished working on the day before I left Luang Prabang. So it's very convenient to go to the other side of the town now which is where most of the action takes place. But once you come back to the area of this guesthouse, it's quiet and peaceful. If you're having breakfast here, try the nam khao. I had it for each breakfast I was there!

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。分からないことも助けてくれましたし、バイクのレンタルも手配してくれました。何より笑顔が素敵でした！
ホテルの支配人の方が日本に行ったことがあるそうで、お話が弾みました。
施設内は裸足で入れるので綺麗なのもあって、快適で心地よかったです。
市内からもそれほど遠くないし、またラオスに来たら泊まりたいと思います。

This was a great experience staying here. I traveled solo and stayed here for 6 nights. Great location and the people who worked there were lovely. Very accommodating and you could tell they cared. They have bikes you can use for free as well. Their location is right around the corner from the bamboo bridge that takes you straight across the river to the main street where shops, restaurants, and the night market are. If you need anything, they are willing to assist. It was quiet too.

I really enjoyed this location of guesthouse.
It was really quiet, clean and the staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and perfect for my 3 day stay. It was conveniently located just across the bamboo bridge, which led to the night market area and was very central, without being downtown in the noise. The breakfast and a bottle of water was included.
The owner very nicely drove me to my next hotel as well!
Highly recommend this guesthouse.

The Guesthouse was just across the bamboo bridge in a lovely neighborhood with great Lao food close by. A special thank you to Kone for his assistance. This Guesthouse is quiet and clean. We stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend it for those that want to be close to the sights but out of the hustle bustle of the throng of tourists.

This is a small, beautifully made guest house. They were about to sort me out a scooter to rent at short notice, they were friendly and welcoming. I was travelling on my own so was a little worried, as this was my first time in Laos.
Fresh coffee in the morning was very nice.
I highly recommend this property.

The owner himself picked me up from the airport, The van was comfortable and spacious. Though the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the airport, I was never disturbed by aircraft noise. Check-in was easy with Ma Thor and Kone who also gave me a brief introduction to sites to see and getting around. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The room i got was on the ground floor. It was clean and well-maintained. The room had a warm cozy feel though the lights were a bit dim. Remember to bring your own water kettle if you want something hot to drink in your room. Wifi is strong though a bit unstable. The pho noodle dish was the best Breakfast choice for me. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
