Location is very convenient and close to everywhere. Room is clean and pretty. Staff services are very nice and friendly. Riverside hotel restaurant provides good both Lao & continental breakfast and has nice view. Complimentary Mekong river cruise is also included.

Oh this place provides amazing customer service. Spacious and clean room. Delicious breakfast especially their Chicken Fried rice! Location was close to everything - the Mekong river, the famous temples, the alms ceremony and night market / shops.
I would also like to give a huge shout out to our check-in staff Ken, he went above and beyond to make our stay the most amazing one. He accommodated to split our bed for two people. He was our barista who made our Margarita drink, and our welcome lemongrass drink He served us food in the buffet breakfast. And lastly, he drove us back to the airport.
Overall, I would really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Luang Prabang. A+++

Room was lovely. Very comfy. Teriffic breakfast and it's on til 12pm which is a bonus. Great staff, especially Khai on Reception. passtaff...particularly Khai at Reception.

A very well maintained hotel at a perfect location right on Mekong. Lingering over their delicious breakfast right on the river bank while viewing boat traffic on Mekong was one of the highlights of our time in Laos.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, too.

メコン川を眺めることができるテラス付の部屋でした。ベッドは天蓋付きで、全体の設えもとても素敵です。
水回りも清潔で、使い勝手のよいものでしたが、シャワーの水圧はやや弱め。そこだけが唯一惜しかったですが、ホテル全体の素晴らしさを思うと、全く問題ではないと感じます。
ミニバーは無料、アルコールを含むドリンク付のサンセットクルーズも滞在中1回無料でした。
ホテルのアプリがあり、空港までのtuk-tukuを予約することができました。料金交渉も必要なく、安心して利用できて大変便利でした。(8ドル）
他のゲストの皆さんも落ち着いた方々で、静かでリラックスした滞在ができました。

Good stay at Belle Rive. Staff was always courteous, rooms were clean. Management always helpful. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. No issues at all.

The Belle Rive is unequivocally the best hotel in one of the most charming towns you will ever visit. Every aspect of the Belle Rive is thoughtfully planned using high quality features, from the buildings to the linens and interior design as well as the numerous amenities. The entire resort, from the staff to the in room comforts, creates a welcoming oasis. This is hands down the best hotel experience of our entire month in Asia. There could not be a more charming place to have breakfast

Beautifully decorated and appointed heritage style boutique hotel with many nice touches such as free drinks in the room. Good breakfast choices in riverside restaurant. Very helpful staff willing to arrange personalized excursions.

This boutique hotel is perfect for solo travellers and couples. It is located alongside the river thus affording an easy and relaxing view of the Mekong, if you dont mind the low murmur of passing boats. A few steps across the street from the hotel is the terrace restaurant, the hotel's extension where breakfast is served daily. I think this is the main draw. One can just relax here and take in the fresh air while enjoying a drink. It is a front row seat to witness the daily flow of life in the river. On the other side, the bank is covered in vegetation, deep greens and sprayed in spots with red flowers of the firetree. I could sit there whole day. The hotel arranges a complimentary sunset cruise for interested guests. During my stay, I had the whole cruise to myself as the rest backed out in the last minute. Gliding through the brownish waters of the Mekong with a drink in one hand, i took in the whole experience feeling like a million dollar! The staff were super attentive and feels like old friends. My room on the second floor waz clean and cozy. I just wished I stayed in a 1 level floor room as it is becoming a challenge going up and down the loft at night. Thank you Belle Rive...c'était merveilleux.....au revoir for now...will be back!

Beautiful hotel in an historic building. Loved the plantation shutters and balcony overlooking river. Complimentary sunset boat ride with drink was wonderful. Also nice was the free bikes to borrow and free mini bar drinks throughout your stay. Little touches like this put this hotel over the top.

Great location, right on Mekong River. Many sites like phousi mountain, national museum, morning Market, night market and Many temples walkable. Quiet and safe area. Included free bicycle rental, free sunset Cruise and free mini bar. We had deluxe room, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed and nice amenities. NO TV but can get it upon request. Great breakfast on Mekong River side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many shops, restaurants and massage spas at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and in future will consider to stay again. No swimming pool, air-condition and wifi worked well.

1人で1泊しました。本当は2泊したかったのですが、予約が取れませんでした。
メコン川を見ながらいただく朝食はとてもおいしかったですし、贅沢な時間でした。また無料で提供されたサンセットクルーズも飲み物も1杯付いており、サンセットを眺めてビアラオを飲むゆったりとした時間が流れました。
部屋も広くて、清潔です。冷蔵庫の中はビールも含めてフリードリンクでした。
自転車も借りることができましたが、歩いて観光しても十分でした。
スタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーでひとり旅でしたが、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。
本当にありがとうございました。また泊まりに行きたいです。

It was a lovely room in a charming boutique hotel. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of recommendations. The first day we were offered a complimentary sunset boat ride on the Mekong, which was very romantic and peaceful. I would stay here again!

The location was amazing. Each morning, we have breakfast next to the river. All the attractions were close within walking distance. The hotel also offers free bicycle rentals as well. Friendly staff and great laundry service.

Great property right on the Mekong. Great bikes provided (no charge) to hotel guests. Exceprional buffet (a la carte) breakfast. Loved this place!!!

Très belle hôtel sur le bord du Mékong. Le restaurant en terrasse sur le Mékong où on prend aussi le petit déjeuné est magnifique. Tout le personnel est au petit soin et très très sympa. L’hôtel est bien placé dans la vieille ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Vraiment je recommande.

What a fabulous hotel this is! I don’t think I’ve ever been as consistently impressed with an accommodation I’ve stayed at. The location on the Mekong side of the peninsula is unbeatable. The room is so thoughtfully laid out and provisioned that we immediately felt at home. The Manger Some Phone has amazing attention to detail and is always looking for ways to add to his guests enjoyment. The restaurant staff are also all stars- super friendly and professional. I couldn’t name a single thing that needs improvement. I’d recommend this hotel to any and all travelers.

4泊しました。メコン川を望む席からの朝食は毎朝楽しみでした。ベーカリーのパンもとても美味しく、サービスも素晴らしかったです。
部屋も毎日綺麗で、お水もフルーツもお菓子も毎日補充されました。ミニバーはフリードリンクです。
鍵を閉めずに部屋で寛いでいたら、河岸のレストランの客がトイレを借りに入ってきたのには驚きましたが。部屋の入り口が道路に面していたのでトイレの場所が分かりにくかったのかもしれません。
朝の托鉢やナイトマーケット、美味しいベーカリーカフェにも近いので、便利なロケーションでした。また利用したいと思います。

小さい街を動き回るのに自転車の無料貸し出しがある、これは良かったです。 メコン川の無料クルージングあります、これまた良かったです。 ホテルで働いてる人はみんな優しい親切な人たちです。朝食は良かったですよ。おすすめのホテルです

部屋は清潔だら綺麗に整理されていて、スタッフの皆さんは優しく常に気にかけてくれてました。街の中心部に有るため、何処に行くにも徒歩で歩ける範囲でした。 テラスでの朝食は格別でどれも美味しく食べ過ぎが気になりました。

The location and room were great but what made our experience truly amazing was the staff. They were so accommodating with logistics and special requests(like booking our train to Vang Vieng) but what really made them truly incredible was that my wife was feeling under the weather and we felt that they were caring and authentic with their concern for her. Somphon and Khai were amazing and the restaurant staff were top notch, I wish I knew all of their names. We have been lucky to travel a lot and we have learned that the staff is what makes a trip amazing and this staff was incredible!!!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The service was incredibly courteous and personalized. Somphone, in particular, provided outstanding service and helped us plan our trip. The rooms were comfortable, impeccably clean, and located in a meticulously preserved colonial French-era building, which made the stay unique and special. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Mekong River, which added a special touch to the entire experience. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals that left me looking forward to each dining opportunity. Breakfast was a real treat, featuring one of the best croissants I've ever had, freshly baked every morning at a nearby Swiss bakery. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke great English. The food, room and location were all great. The bed was very comfortable. You can’t beat waking up to the Mekong River everyday. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and comfortable accommodation. Easy access to see morning alms giving as well as night market and lots of restaurant options. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. They even provided us a breakfast bag on departure since we had an early morning flight. Lovely stay during our brief time in Luang Prabang

We had several rooms for 3 nights in beautiful Luang Prabang! The Belle River is perfectly located along the Mekong River and in old town area. The staff were amazing! We loved our daily breakfast on the terrace. The sunset cruise was just beautiful. I highly recommend the Belle River boutique! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Luang Prabang.

We would certainly stay here again. Very nice staff. Excellent location next to Mekong. Included breakfast made to order was very nice. They didn’t mention included Expedia credit until last day after I flagged that to Expedia so only able to use a portion of it.
Note that they do not respond to messages sent via Expedia site/app.

スタッフはみんなとても親切で、誰もがゲストを大切にしている雰囲気でした。ホテルの無料サンセットツアーは素晴らしく、よい思い出になりました。バイクのレンタルや、レストラン予約などもフロントで親切に対応していただきとても助かりました。とても便利な場所にある上、部屋のミニバーにも充分な飲み物が無料で利用でき、ホテル内にあった案内も丁寧で素敵です。とてもよい滞在になりました。

If you are lucky enough to spend a few days in Luang Prabang, please treat yourself by staying at the Belle Rive. Super lovely- great location (on the Mekong River) and within walking distance to the morning and night markets, numerous Wats, fabulous shops with ethically sourced handicrafts, restaurants, cooking schools, great food (restaurant offers a great view of the sunsets on the River), and really wonderful customer service. They helped us book all of our day trips and everything was simply charged to our room. Definitely visit the Kuang Si Waterfalls along with the Free the Bears rescue center.
