The staff, at lodge paradize ZZZ were nothing short of wonderfull! I recomend, this hotel offers rverything for the traveller, parking, nice rooms gr8 staff, especially the reception crew!!!🙂 Hany spot to everything, at your doorsgep here.. Kind regards Brendon.😗

The young lady at reception, Shiqin, was a delight to meet with.she was very helpfull, very proffesonal too! This hotel, has the best position, in kl, soo close to everything , id recomed it to everyone!🙂

The room was clean. Very good location! Close to the shopping malls and jalan alor food court. Also the monorail station is very close.

Read the details carefully. This motel does not have a pool but many pictures of a pool by the restaurant! It is not a swimming pool. The rooms are very basic but they're clean. The toilet does not have a water hose/ bidet as detailed, at least my room didn't. The airconditioning in my room leaked water if you set a temperature of 21C haha but raise the setting to 22 or more and its fine. The best thing about this motel is it's centrality- steps away from the monorail and a short walk to the largest city malls like Pavillion and KLCC by elevated walkway out of the rain! Overall i would say it is a little expensive for the quality of room but very convenient and the rooms are quite large , so quite comfortable, just very threadbare. If you adjust your expectations to these facts ie basic room/ toilet and no pool you'll be quite satisfied i think for its conveniences.

In general its a good hotel but two things make itba little unpleasant to stay. First us the very loud noise from clubs and pubs. You can even feelbthe vibration from the music and obviously this is till early hours of the morning. Then the mattresses are clearly old, beingvoutvof shape and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine, nice restaurant with really good food. Staff friendly amd helpful.

Paradize Hotel’s location is terrific. It’s just next to the monorail and walking distance to all the shopping malls like Pavilion, etc. We were able to navigate easily to eateries, connecting light rails and the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Vi boede 3 nætter på dette hotel og havde reserveret og betalt hjemmefra. Dog måtte vi betale ekstra for at blive opgraderet til et standart værelse. Det mente jeg nu nok vi havde booked, men hotellet insisterede på, at vi havde booked et budgetværelse. Så vær obs på hvad I booker og tag gerne noget dokumentation med på det. Dog ikke sikkert, at det hjælper.

Ein sehr preiswertes Hotel, leicht zu erreichen, da direkt neben der Monorailstation. Für diesen Preis darf man nicht zuviel erwarten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter, speziell am Lobby Desk, könnten freundlicher sein...

房間空氣好。或許是臨近停車場，半夜偶有似"飇車"的大躁音。書桌沒燈，靠床頭兩燈泡往前照射，光線是非常不足的。

This is definitely a budget friendly hotel, great if you are travelling like we were. The room is very basic, but is fine if you are just using it as a place to sleep and not spending a lot of time there. It was in a great location too, only a 10 minute walk from the petronas towers, lots of bars and restaurants, and the main shopping centres in KL. Also close to local transport stops if you need to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had good Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend if your on a budget, but would seek other options if you want a more luxurious stay in the city.

My stay at this hotel was very satisfactory. First of all it is within spitting distance from the Raja Chulan monorail station: you exit the station and you are opposite the entrance. This is a real benefit if you arrive during the daily downpour. The budget room I stayed in was clean and very cheap. The room was big, the bathroom spacious and the aircon worked well. In these rooms there is no TV and no refrigerator...if that is a problem for you then you can upgrade to a more expensive room! Being very close to the monorail station means it is simple to get to the hotspots around Bukit Bintang, and getting to the central station, from where the KLIA express train will whisk you to the airport, is a breeze. I will stay at this hotel in the future, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to save money on accommodation in order to have more massages and food in KL.

This hotel is one of the best tourist areas in KL, if you want to be central, 10 minutes walk to the Twin Towers, close to the railways station, close to amazing shops and malls but also small street shops for many different foods, open top bus just down the road, the hotel room is basic and older but it was clean and had everything we needed. If you want somewhere to stay that offers everything but luxury this place is great.

Basic as basic can be. Old towels, rock hard bed. Exposed wiring and dirty walls. Not the best place to stay. Place looks nothing like the photos on the site. No real facilities in the room.

Great location: across from monorail station & walking distance to great bars, restaurants, night food market and all other attractions in bucket Bintang. Reception & room / bathroom are clean, but hallway walls & elevator are very dirty. Tv reception is really fuzzy with only a couple of English channels. Front desk lady is not welcoming at all... in contrast the cleaning man is over-the-top friendly. Nice enough but could be improved with a decent clean / paint the hallways and improve / replace the front desk lady.

El hotel esta bien y los habitaciones aun NADA como las fotos de publicidad son tranquilos. El lugar bien para el monorail y facil de caminar a Bukit Bintang. No hay muchos sitios circa para comer ni tomar buen cafe (falta los de Starbucks, Coffee house)

Personalen var riktigt dåliga på engelska och otrevliga. Det var myror i sängen men annars ganska bra. Duschen var nog de bästa, bra sprut och varmvatten. Låg bra till, gång avstånd till både KL Tower och Twintower.

In toilet, there was no hand shower for the high comode. No slipper. Other conditions was good, comfortable bed, toiletries was of good quality.

we booked a hotel with a pool. the pool area was not in operation and the pool was not full. the pool area and general hotel were run down.

Hotels.com make mistake place only ONE room for us, we booked TWO rooms! Receptionist show attitude during check in with poor customer service handling skill !!!

The best is that it is next to the monorail line MR8. The staff is quite uncommitted but helpful if pushed politely... The room is in a general state of decay. The huge inconvenient for all rooms is that they face the back walls of a skyscraper's air-conditioning system; thus the noise is relevant 24 hours a day, to say the least! Earplugs are, therefore, a must for light sleepers! No commodities in the room. I used a chair as a bedside table.

Vet ej vad jag ska säga mer än att strömavbrott första dagen på hela hotellet och fixades inte förän nästa dag. Ingen bra bemötande av receptionen eller personal. Rummet va katastrof men. Det enda som var bra är att det ligger nära till allt.

The twin bed package was two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, the whole bed was tilted to one side and the building was old.

まず掃除係の人は、鍵をかけて外出していても勝手に部屋に入ります。この一点だけでもこのホテルやめた方がいいです中から鍵をかける時はチェーンしかないバスルームに蟻が沢山いるバスルームの窓が常に開いているので、騒音や臭いがひどいトイレが流れないルームクリーンの人は勝手に部屋に入るけどトイレットペーパーやタオルは補充や交換しない（水の補充とゴミは回収するようです）アウトレットは変な場所にある冷蔵庫はありませんチェックイン時にルームキーのデポジットで100MYR必要（チェックアウト時返還） 30MYRは手数料とられますとにかく他のホテル探しましょう

I paid for a double queen bed, i got there, the room was cigarette smelling, discusting! I went bak to reception, they had no other double queen rooms available, i was given a twin bed room.i hate single beds. 10 mins later, i was offered an up date, double queen room, but i must pay MORE..i was discusted..i now have to pay, for the hotels inability, to chek the rooms, b4 they offer them for hire..i want my money back..!

There's no breakfast. There's only a boiling flask & 2 bottles of mineral water. Without tea, spoons, cups, nothing provided. When asked for it, the counter said that's what we've bought as a package. So cheap, but the services is not there. It's a dis-service! There's no phone to get the service desk, need to walk to them. The swimming pool water is also dirty. There's so little standard in this hotel. They need to change for the better. A cheaper paid hotel also must have a good standard, not only applying to expensive hotels or rooms. If not this is the last time anyone will stay there.

Wir wurden in ein Budget Zimmer gesteckt, obwohl ich ein Standart Zimmer gebucht habe. Wir waren wohl nicht die einzigen, denn ein Tag später passierte es bei einen anderen Paar, das wir aus Zufall mitbekommen haben. Das Budget Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt, mit vielen Beschädigungen. Im Badezimmer stand der Schimmel in der Dusche. Ich diskutierte vergebens, es hieße immer, das Hotels.com dieses Zimmer gebucht hätte und keine anderen Zimmer frei wären. Erst hieße es auch wir müssten es noch bezahlen, da ich aber die Abbuchung vorzeigen konnte, wurde es geändert. Einmal und nie wieder, hoffe diese Machenschaften werden das Handwerk gelegt.
