24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again.

i like the simple room and the bed was so good very fluffy. The staff also friendly, and the location of the place is easy..and close by with shopping mall too

There are many convenient store surround the hotel. If the hotel place the water dispensers in every floor, it will be better.

staffs are helpful they helped us book our lunch buffet for atmosphere 360, but the killeney cafe food are not so good and quite expensive

We killed 8 mosquitos inside the room before sleep. cupboard area,floor and on top of air con can see a layer of dust.
Limited free parking outside the hotel. But can just park across the hotel at a small fee of rm $10.
Bring along your own towel as is not provided inside the room.
Beds are comfortable, overall stay pleasant.

My bed sheet was dirty, when I checked in. The handy worker was not eager to change it, but did it grumbingly.
As usual the floor was very dirty. It is always like that, when I use the hotel. The front man told me to wear shoes in my room...
There is not ventitalion in the bathroom, so the room get quite humid if you have an inside room.
I looked at an outside room, but the window did not close properly, it it was noisy.

This is a basic budget hotel with no frills. The wifi is none existence even when access code is given as it is so weak, one cannot use it. Rooms are not make for the duration of stay so you have to ask for refills of toilet paper or clean towel. There’s no hand towel or tissue paper provided. My flight was delayed causing me to arrive 1 day later. The hotel didn’t charge me a penalty or cancel my original booking which ease the stress of having to look for another hotel! i still had to pay the 3 nights for 2 nights stay which is still a good trade off. As long as one consider this hotel as just a place to get a comfortable night sleep, nothing fancy, one shoulde bb

房間比預期的小，又沒有拖鞋提供，毛巾看着很髒，廁板有陳年舊漬，廁所也沒有抽氣扇，不過床就非常大張，睡着也舒服，就是整體清潔度非常一般，但每天總會清潔房間，挺整理的，然後大堂的餐廳午餐和晚餐的食物非常好吃，員工也很友善。

下の階は団体がが入ると廊下でずっと騒ぐ人たちがいて、深夜一時間以上うるさくて眠れなかった。

交通方便但房間隔音不好，另外每天客房都會整裡並且提供新的浴巾、毛巾，KL BUS站只要走路5分鐘就可以到達，最後一天還有幫忙用grab叫車，非常的感激，這幾天的住的感覺建議一定要自備耳塞，因為晚上其它間的房客可能會在外面粗魯的動作關門、大叫等等，希望飯店能好好管理房客不要影響到其他房客

The sound insulation is not good enough that always hear the noise form corridor and street. Location is good, just 10min walk to shopping mall and LRT or monorail station.

1) No toiletries amminities
2) No parking - I have to top up another RM 10 instead of my room rate
3) Room is to small
4) Inconvinience to manage the room climate coz the AC controller located almost at the top the ceiling. I have to stand on the mattress every time to control the AC
5) Only one power electric point. We have to take turn to charge our hp

Hotel does not look like the photos, only the lobby is nice. Only gave one room key to our family, internet slow, towels stained, water not hot, sheets were stained yellow from pee. On the positive, no bugs.

Not a nice experience...room floor was sticky, towel smells like unwashed towel , bathroom smells n toilets bowel stains..hope they upgrade themselves in future.

Check-in late, was notified that carpark is full. Have to parked at nearby carpark, paid RM10.
Check into room. No toilet papers. Rooms not cleaned properly, previous occupants must have eaten grapes, there are many grapes seeds and skins on the floors and furniture.
Have not much expectation for the facilities, but did not expect the cleanliness to be so bad.

Hotels.com suggested that I saved over $200 USD on this booking of a two night stay. I was shocked upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom sink and on my bed. The breakfast buffet was really awful. The walls were worn and damaged. I am not picky but would never have booked this if not misled by Hotels.com assertion of its worth.

部屋に行っても電気がつかず、でも部屋に電話がないからわざわざフロントまで戻って説明し、もう直ったからといわれて行ったらやはり直ってなく、フロントまで2往復させられた。
