Super friendly staff. Mina at front desk arranged tours for us, pickup at airport before arrival. Tommy's were super spacious, super clean and high quality furniture. WIFI was tricky one afternoon but quickly solved. Deep bow to Mina, staff, drivers and personnel at restaurant. Breakfast had the best variety I have seen, and dinner had many choices. We stuck with Laotian, which was excellent, but there were pleb of choices including western and Asian. Great hotel, super staff

Property was BEAUTIFUL, staff was attentive and friendly and bilingual. They also helped us coordinate transportation! The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it! One suggestion is more lighting in the bathroom but everything else was 10/10 I would definitely come back!

Peaceful and serene, the property is nestled around the mountains. It truly gives a calming experience. The rice terraces at the property is a wonderful attraction. Staff is also friendly and polite. Wonderful stay.

Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious.
Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools.
The outstanding service provided by David and the hotel staff is what made our holiday so memorable. David looked after us every day, including his days off! From arranging day tours to bringing lunch to us by the pool, all our needs were more than met.
We we also given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. All room balconies face the lovely rice fields, so there's no fear of missing out, wherever you stay.
The hourly shuttle to town centre was very convenient, so there was no need to worry about the hotel being located a bit further than expected. We were even dropped directly at our restaurant!
The hotel rabbits, cats and buffalo were a delightful addition to the lovely environment.
I'm certain that anyone who stays here will be impressed and leave with fond memories of swaying rice fields, warm local smiles and a feeling of wanting to come back.

It’s a bit out of town but has a good shuttle service. Rooms are lovely, not many people staying here so pretty quiet. Breakfast average. Staff nice and helpful.

Only the water presure is a little weak

The property’s landscape is extremely beautiful and the stay is very comfortable . The rooms are spacious and very clean. Futhermore the services from all the staff there is exceptional and very helpful especially front desk receptionist ms velra . We would definitely choose to stay here if we visit luang prabang again.

Fantastic location, 5km out of Luang Prabang centre but the free shuttle service made it really easy! Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and they arranged all of our trips for us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in during our 40 years of travelling. There are rice fields and ponds in the hotel's area' lovely plantations and view. So quiet and tranquil. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room due to our anniversary. They also welcomed us with cakes, fruits and flowers. The staff was helpful and their service was amazing.

The property is very spacious. The grounds are impessive as are the rooms. The bed and pillows are luxerious, i only wish i had those pillows at home.

アジアの最後の秘境と言われるラオスの楽しみを倍増してくれたホテルです。空間、お部屋が素晴らしく、またスタッフの笑顔とおもてなしが印象的でした。強いていうなら、食事とスパがまだ世界レベルではありません。しかし、それをも超える体験は待っています。

Room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing view out to the rice paddies and mountains. Pools were spacious and well kept. Service was a bit lacking at the poolside bar, but otherwise fine. Breakfast bar selection was somewhst limited but adequate for the price range. Resort is overall spacious without being gigantic and hits a nice balance.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The food was excellent, the staff was very helpful, our rooms were huge and there was plenty to keep children entertained. If I have the opportunity to return to Luang Prabang I would stay at the PULLMAN.

A beautifully serene oasis outside the town with rice fields and mountain views. Extremely attentive, welcoming and accommodating staff. Shuttle service provided. Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pullman and enjoyed every moment in Luang Prabang. Like most of the guests already mentioned, the staff at Pullman are amazing and their efforts really made our vacation exceptional. Wingki, Rohan and Nai and the whole team were always there to help us and give us great local tips.
A few mishaps here and there, however, wasn't a big deal because the staff took care of it right away.
We most definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a truly relaxing experience in this beautiful city!

The hotel was very accommodating when we had a room issue. We we were quickly and without any complaints, given a different room on the other side of the property. Staff helped with moving our luggage.
At the restaurant, there was an issue with one of our main course dishes on the first night. That too was quickly corrected by the executive chef. Additionally, the chef checked in nightly on our dinning experience. The morning breakfast was excellent!
Front desk staff scheduled taxis for us and arranged for our shuttle service to the airport at checkout. They were efficient at both check in and checkout.
All staff were kind, friendly and very attentive to our requests, regardless of the issue. Everyone smiled and said hello in the local language.
Our only suggestion for hotel management would be for restaurant staff to speak better English.

As such a large organisation, why are you still using plastic bottles in this day and age?

Front desk staff seems very outgoing and helpful. Dining staff seems quite reserved almost unfriendly, however they did get better after a few days. The food served at the restaurant wasn’t so great though.
That being said it is a beautiful property, with a lot of potential.
The rooms are sometimes setup in a way that if you are unfortunate enough to have inconsiderate noisy guests next to you, you won’t be able to get any sleep. The staff should do better to prevent this. Perhaps post signs to respect the quietness.

The setting of this hotel is stunning - you can see the rice fields from the lobby and the pools. This was the highlight of our Laos trip. Check in staff (and all staff we encountered) were so friendly and we really appreciated an upgrade to a bigger room and a cake for my birthday! The only thing I'd really recommend the hotel improving (or guests staying away from) is the western food which was weird and not great. I wish they had more local and Asian food, for example at the pool bar, H20, only weird/western foods were available.

Hotel has everything one would expect from a Pullman.
However it's quite out of town and one needs to take the shuttle to reach the city centre.
Major problem for me: airport pick up confirmed but nobody showed up and i had to catch a Taxi.

The staffs are great and friendly. They are providing excellent services and we have a great time there. There is room for improvement on the mattresses and pillows and the patio’s furniture.

Very spacious property although if you come in end of Jan or early Feb, local farmers might be burning their land to prepare for the next harvest and it could get smoggy, not the fault of the property though.

The environment is great. The room is wonderful. But, the hot water in shower room not working very well.

It takes over 10 minutes to get hot water
Water pressure in shower too low
Room was not adequately heated especially when the temp are low
Staff could not help raising it

New Chinese hotel.
Better : Great Room condition (facilities) and clean

Staff was excellent and was trying to do their best even though the whole hotel is worn out and clearly no money going into renovations. Toilet didn't flush, cable didn't work on arrival, board walk was old and boards loose. Lighting in bathroom was dark. Led light from air conditioner panel shines right in your face at night. Limited food service to room. No food panda service. Poor staff seemed to be sad about the lack of funding and up keep. This hotel is just being used by large Chinese tour groups that sleep only here and use Chinese facilities elsewhere to eat and do events. Clearly management doesn't want to invest in the grounds and facilities.
The staff was excellent especially Toto. I hope management helps them and invests in them and up keep.

시내에서 셔틀로 10분 거리에 위치해 있어서 다니기는 수월한 편이에요 수영장도 넓고 관리 잘되있구요 1월 날씨는 오전과 4시 이후 오후는 추워서 수영 못해요 조식도 다양하진 않지만 맛이 좋구요 단점은 프리미엄 디럭스 룸에 묵었는데 따뜻한 물이 제대로 안나와요 샤워실 물도 쫄쫄 나와서 샤워하기 힘들었네요 체크아웃하는 직원이 똘똘치 못해서 다파짓 요금 해결을 못해 30분이나 걸렸어요 다음에 가면 시내에 있는 호텔에 묵을 생각이에요

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews and paucity of alternatives in the town. It's a nice enough property for conventions or large groups, but for us and the other couple we were traveling with, it was too far from town - despite available free shuttles. The dining room was expensive for Laos ($12 for a nice buffet breakfast ). The rooms are quite beautiful, but the light switches are tough to figure out - we never really did over a 4 night stay - and the storage is a little funky. The staff is vey friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Thoney and Mr. Mook, but we heard "2 for 1 massage" at the Spa (which is lovely and staffed by capable masseuses) only to find later that there was no such generic deal. The manager ended up giving us a 25% discount, but I paid more here than anywhere else in SE Asia even after the discount.

Far location from center.
No Enough much hot water, not stable wifi condition.
Staff also not correct and careful.
I booked 2 rooms but they didn’t confirm how many rooms and gave me only one room at first.
They charged transportation fee which we didn’t use.
The worst was house keeping.
They didn’t clean espresso coffee next day.
I really disappointed this hotel and think nothing worse for 250usd/nigt.
I really want to refund.

Excellent aside from accounting which cheated me
by refusing cancellation of 2 days
This seems to be endemic & fault of the management
Will never stay with them or any of their group again
unless no other option

The quality of breakfast's food is really terrible. I have lost my iPhone and I'm absolutely sure that was in my room but no one have found it.
