Oikein hyvä hotelli, joka sijaitsee lähellä keskustaa. Kaupat ja ruokailumahdollisuudet ovat aivan lähietäisyydellä. Meillä oli oikein hyvä huone, ja uima-allasalue oli myös erittäin hyvä ja hyvin hoidettu.
Hotellissa on ylhäällä baari, josta voi ostaa juomia ja ruokaa. Uima-allasalueella oli melko rauhallista, eikä siellä ollut paljon muita asiakkaita.
Hotelliin saapuessamme huoneemme ei ollut vielä valmis, vaikka saavuimme hieman neljän jälkeen. Meille kuitenkin tarjottiin juomakuponki, ja saimme odotusaikana ilmaiset juomat baarista. Odotusaika oli noin 45 minuuttia, eikä se meitä juuri haitannut – päinvastoin, koimme sen hyvänä ja asiakasystävällisenä eleenä hotellilta.

客室にあるウォーターサーバーが素晴らしいです。とても便利でした。
他の方が書かれている水圧の低さも気になりませんでした。庶民街のPudu まで歩いて５分くらいで、ブギビンタンにも徒歩圏内です。ホテルは静かでよく眠れました。

Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel.

Hotel is clean and they are big on sustainability. There’s also lots of great food near the area including some MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recipients.

ホテルの部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。
3泊しましたが、備品等の補充やベッドメイキングもしっかりされていて安心して過ごせました。

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

really good property, area is close enough to the city centre I walked home from the centre everyday. One thing that really stood out that I really liked was that the hotel had a filtered water system within the room instead of water bottles so it saves on plastic and encourages recycling!!

One of the top-notch hotels in the area and it's a good value for money.
Pros:
Very close to all main attractions and malls.
Transportation is easy from and to the hotel
Staff are super friendly and helpful
Pool is great and has a great view
Wide variety of malaysian and asian dishes for breakfast ( they always add something new)
Super clean and comfortable rooms
Cons:
For non-asian customers, the breakfast selection is limited

The staff & service were excellent. Cannot fault the staff. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room was lovely although I would've preferred one with a bath but that's ok. The surrounds is shabby but that's just the area it's located at. It's very close to Time Square and short distance to Lalaport if shopping is your thing. Note to self...don't use Google Maps for walking directions. It'll lead you up the garden path!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Lovely views of city from the rooms and lift lobby. Great housekeeping and room furnishing and design. Bed was very comfortable. Many thanks to all the staff at Mecure klsp for the wonderful hospitality.

Das Zimmer und das Bad hatte eine angenehme Größe und war immer sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle immer sehr freundlich.

I did pay for tourist tax but didn’t rec the receipt fm the staff when we check in

Good price for a 4 stars Hotel. Room is quite big with sofa and area to put luggage. Toilet is big also with seperate bathroom and big vanity top. The room fridge has some stain inside.
Swimming pool has a nice view of the City. Staffs were friendly and able to understand English.
Surrounding area has many food option and short walking distance to Berjaya Time Square and Lalaport, a new and big shopping mall.
Just have to be careful when crossing the road to Bejaya Time Square.

Nice hotel. In a downtown area with some nice places to eat local food at cheap prices / the hotel. Has an odd traffic situation around it and can be hard to get to some days via grab / rooms are very nice and well appointed with nice shower gel / breakfast was good not sure about peas for breakfast but other wise 3/5 for that.

Hotel was excellent, staff were friendly & the view from the elevator lobby on the top floor was absolutely spectacular. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future.
