My preferred Ibis hotel across Switzerland. Well located near a tram station and not too far from the train station either. Rooms are clean, well decorated, staff is accommodating and proactive.

I stayed for five nights during a solo travel trip. This modern hotel met my expectations with a clean, comfortable and quiet room. I always had a good night's sleep, and the breakfast choices were excellent and varied. I was doing a lot of rail travel with a Swiss Travel Pass and initially looked at hotels right by the main Basel station, but I'm glad I chose this one. Just a three-minute tram ride to get there from the station and a five-minute walk from tram to hotel (the hotel provides a free transit pass). Another tram stop even closer to the hotel gets you directly to the city centre in just a few minutes. This hotel would be my first choice if I ever return to Basel.

Ruhige Umgebung, jedoch sehr zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Also alles top!

On arrival, we were early but our room was ready. The receptionist was really friendly and informative surrounding the hotel and the local area. The room was nice and big, with two separate beds and a separate bathroom. It was quiet. The only thing I would have liked would have been a kettle in the room but there was free tea and coffee in the reception but not for first thing in the morning. And a fridge would have been nice but I am being picky now because its so good. The bar was really nice to have a drink in at the end of the night. They let us borrow an umbrella to go out in during the day. Like I said, very accommodating and really friendly. Great stay. Should have stayed here the other two nights we were in Basel!!

Ottimo hotel. Camera pulia e spaziosa.cokazione con buona scelta sia di salato che dolce.in poco piu di 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e la stazione dei treni.

Rolig og behagelig hotell. Om du skal på event i st.olavshalle så er dette et bra hotell å bo på. Sentralt, to trikke stopp til byen og en god gåtur til hallen.

I have been in this hotel before, and I chose it this time because the good public transport connections to the Messe. I also appreciated the delicious, multi-faceted and well-balanced breakfast. My bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was able to keep the room pleasant and cool.

Lovely hotel, close to transport into Basel. Free Basel pass given to us which gave us free transport. Nice size room, 2nd bed if you have 4 people is a sofa bed which isnt as comfortable as a normsl bed. Breakfast was great ... the kids loved the haribo on offer st breakfast!!!

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Personal im Frühstücksraum. Schade, dass man im Zimmer kein Fenster öffnen kann.

Moderne und saubere Zimmer, leider kann man kein Fenster öffnen wie so oft in "modernen" Hotels. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Preis enthalten!

Sehr schönes Hotel nicht allzu weit vom Bahnhof. Mit mehreren Strassenbahnen gut an die Innenstadt angebunden.

Habitación amplia y bien distribuida.
Las camas son ampliamente cómodas, podrían tener una almohada más y ayudarían a ser totalmente cómodas.
Desayuno variado y recomendable.
Su ubicación es casi perfecta, ya que se encuentra caminando a 20 minutos de la estación de trenes y del centro de la ciudad. Alrededor del hotel no hay nada interesante.

Comfortable stay. Rooms are big enough for two only, but good comfortable beds. Breakfast was good quality with a decent amount of choices (eggs, baked beans, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, sausages, juice, tea and coffee). Tram stop was a short distance (4-6 min walk) which was convenient.

We stayed for 1 night to attend the Swiss Indoors tournament. The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was very nice (although the bathroom door which was 2 sliding doors) did not close completely leaving a small gap, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices (including healthy options), and the location was central to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a mid range option in a central location, particularly if you like to walk.

We love time to stay. Everything was so excellent.

It was a nice hotel, good rooms, good service. It took ~15mins to walk to it with a suitcase from the train station and was close enough to walk to most of the tourist sights. A good choice for the price point.

Séjour parfait! Super bonne localisation, hyper bonne insonorisation d’une chambre à l’autre et vis à vis de l’extérieur alors que notre chambre donnait sur la rue.
