The room key cards deactivate every day so you have to reactivate them constantly to use the elevators and enter rooms. Frustrating.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

The hotel in general is excellent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is good. The staff are excellent. There was a problem with the mattress covers. We found many stains on them, so we asked to change them. When they put the new washed covers on, there were also stains in them, indicating that the lawndry was not cleaning well. We found hair on the bathroom floor. We discovered that the room had not been cleaned. After the previous guest used it

We appreciated our stay. The staff were terrific, the breakfasts were excellent, the laundry facilities were new and the service from the front desk was terrific. Highly recommended.

The property is amazing for short or long stays. We stayed with our kids and all had an amazing time. The only drawback is that its 10-15 minutes walk from the train station but you can always order a ride. They have great breakfast and pool at hotel

Check in was a breeze, thanks to very kind Viki. However, mattress was very dirty, and could easily see stain on floor. The floor is no longer in a good shape, which requires attention.

It was pretty decent just would prefer if parking was managed better, using paper tickets and not providing free parking was not pleasant for guests staying at the hotel. Other amenities and stay was highly satisfactory, great hotel!

If you are in KL to apply for visa, Oakwood Hotel is a great choice. There are a few convenient stores and restaurants at a walking distance. The room is comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

Normally pictures can get you question a place but this was a rare occasion where it turn out to be better than expected. Everything clean and nice, helpful staff, well equipped gym and an excellent location. And yes - good price value too

태국대사관까지 걸어서 3분남짓. 바로앞에 편의점 도미노피자,길건서 마트도 있어서 이용하면서 나쁘지 않았음

This hotel has very confortable bed with wonderful 5-star blanket and pillow so you will have very good sleep but please make sure it is a cozy hotel.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Leider war mein Zimmer Richtung Straße und es war dadurch in der Nacht durch den Straßenverkehr etwas lauter. Beim Frühstück würde ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl an Obst wünschen. Würde aber wieder kommen. Für den Preis ist das Hotel echt ok.
Mit Grab ist man sehr schnell an den den Petronas Towers. Zu Fuß dauert es etwa 25 Minuten. Vom KLIA mit dem Auto in 45 Minuten zu erreichen
