The staff was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. A nice variety and great value. Special kudos to the coffee barista, he was simply the best.

The hotel is very clean with impressive views from each room as the rooms are located on the 41st floor and above. Excellent service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the location is great.

Prompt service. I accidentally left my phone in the hotel when I checkout. I called the hotel and it was delivered to me at the airport. Great service. Btw, I have patronised this hotel countless times. It has yet to disappoint me.

The room is clean and spacious. My room was on 50th floor which has a nice view of the city. Staff are friendly and polite. 24 hours coffee and tea provided at the lobby is a great bonus.

I arrived at 09.30 after a 13 hour flight and was offered a room immediatly which was fantastic. I was able to shower and head out to enjoy the whole day.
Generally the staff were all polite and cheerful, even the security team at the entrance.

This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

All went well. Hotel resto isnt the greatest, but perhaps that one pasta menu only. Breakfast option is abundant. Omelette is the best.

Staying at Element was truly a luxurious experience. The staff are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

This is a beautiful building, hotel is in excellent condition, and train station is 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great property with an even better upgrade. Huge room! Very clean, safe, friendly staff. Just didn't like the idea of drinking filtered tap water, and not so easy to buy bottled water around the property.

Föhn: sehr laut - defekt.
Sehr gute Anbindung und man konnte viel interessante Punkte zu Fuß erreichen.

Elements Kuala Lumpur is a terrific hotel conveniently located just two short blocks away from the KL Metro. The facility is very modern being in a new office tower. The restaurant is terrific as we enjoyed the wonderful buffet breakfast with much variety of local and international cuisines.
