落ち着いた町に調和した落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルでした。心地よい静かな時間を過ごせました。朝食ブッフェもこじんまりとしてますが十分でむしろゴタゴタとしていないところが気に入りました。町も近く、散策は全て徒歩で済みました。

Best part of the trip is May in the restaurant, Kong in the boat trip in the river. Everyone is so kind and this is a very nice and convenient hotel in the e middle of everything. Will return!

After a month travelling across SouthEast Asia and staying in numerous 4 and 5 star hotels, this was the best. An excellent stay to conclude my vacation. The staff, facilities, food were of the highest standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideally located to allow you to work everywhere in Luang Prabang. Exceptional.

スタッフの皆さん素晴らしい対応と、ホスピタリティで心の底から安心できて幸せな滞在でした。レストラン、ドライバー、フロントの皆さんにとてもお世話になりました。チップを少しずつしか渡せませんでしたが、それに関わらず皆さん良くしてくれました。

清潔で静かな部屋だったこともあり、大変リラックスできました。スタッフは皆親切でフレンドリーです。日本語に対応していませんが、スタッフの方の頑張りで何とかなりました。ドルを持っていくと何かと便利です。最後に、ここのサンセットクルーズはお勧めします。

From the first day I received individual treatment and care. Service was quick and responsive. Staff were lovely and well trained. Good was great and reasonably priced. It was downtown but still very peaceful.

Avani hotel was superb! Everything from the location, the pool and the breakfast was perfect! We could walk to both the morning and night markets as well as the royal palace. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Mekong River cruise- it was such an incredible experience and I would highly recommend the splurge!

母子での旅だったので不安がありましたが、スタッフがとても親切に対応してくれたので不自由なく過ごすことができました。とにかく、こちらのリクエストをなんとか叶えようとしてくれる姿勢が常に見えて、本当に良かったです。

โดยรวมดีมาก แต่อยู่ข้างโรงเรียนมัธยม ตอนเด็กมาโรงเรียนจะเสียงดังมากๆ แต่กลางคืนเงียบสงบดี

テラス付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、日中は暑く結局利用しませんでした。部屋の設備は新しく、アメニティも申し分なく快適に過ごせました。
朝食メニューも豊富で、日替わりメニューもあり楽しめました。
ナイトマーケットや托鉢などが目の前で、ロケーションも抜群です。

施設に併設されている現地のオプショナルツワーは、外部の現地旅行会社のものと比較すると大変高額です。利用前に内容を比較されることをお勧めします。

A lovely experience all around - terrific location, beautiful room in a lovely boutique setting. I thought the food for lunch at the restaurant was very good although the breakfast buffet was a bit limited. They did have a fruit juicer for use though which i appreciated. Unbeatable location right across the street from the night market. Didnt use the pool but looked lovely. Gym had everything I needed. I would recommend doing the alm givings via the hotel, a memorable experience. I would definitely stay again.

객실 구조가 독특하면서도 예뻤습니다. 뷰가 살짝 아쉬웠지만 멋진 테라스도 있었고, 객실에 계속 슬쩍슬쩍 가져다 주는 간식도 잘 먹었고, 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 25달러에 공항까지 프라이빗 밴으로 샌딩해주는 서비스도 잘 이용했고, 체크인 전부터 도착시간, 필요사항 등을 체크해주셔서 인상 깊었습니다. 조식 중 직접 만들어서 가져다 주시는 따뜻한 음식이 꽤 맛있었습니다. 다만 객실 외부(복도)에서 나는 소음이 객실 내부까지 들리는 부분은 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. ㅠ 그 외에는 모두 만족스러웠고, 하루밖에 묵지 못해서 아쉬웠습니다 ㅠㅠ 다음에 또 오고 싶어요~

Îlot de calme juste en bordure de la zone classée à l’Unesco. Pour les personnes avec un sommeil léger les Réveils peuvent être matinaux par l’annonce du début de la cérémonie de l’aumône des bonzes mais c’est la culture locale. 🙏🇱🇦

部屋のカードキーが3〜4回効かなくなり、いちいちフロントに行くのが面倒。ミネラルウォーターをすぐに補充してもらえること、ネスプレッソがあることは有り難かったです。
旅行会社を通じて「ツインルームがいい」とお願いしてもあくまでリクエストだから叶わないこともあるが、エクスペディア経由で直接メールのやり取りをしたら約束していただけたのが本当に助かりました。
プールビューではなくても、一階ならプライベートガーデン付きで落ち着きました！ 蚊取り線香もあるのですが、マッチが湿っていてつけられなかったのが残念。
レストランのスタッフも全員感じがよく、毎日美味しくいただきました。
本当に心地よくて、立ち去りがたいホテルでした。
また伺いたいです！

Great gym and spa, loved the 1-for-1 happy hour from 3-5pm at the pool. Rooms are extremely spacious and cosy. It’d be perfect if there were more chairs in the room.

3歳の娘を連れての旅行でした。
チェックイン前の到着でしたが、部屋へ案内していただけ、また街へは徒歩圏内とはいえどもホテルの送迎サービスがあるのは子連れにとってとても助かりました。大人だけなら自転車レンタルもあるのでそちらでも楽しめそうでした。

Lovely staff. Beautiful room and good food in the restaurant. Very close to many sites and bikes for exploring further. They also offer a lift in a golf cart to nearby restaurants.

Very nice hotel at the night Market of Luanh Prabang. The first room had a problem with the ac so we got an upgrade. The hotel is well kept and very clean. Good breakfast with a lot the choose from the à la carte menu. We spend 3 very relaxing nights at the Avani

Facilities in room is not quite clean e.g. I found that the shower head is not clean. Mattress for glasses in sink area is black either dirty or mold etc.
Staff service is very good. They assisted with all questions for traveling in city.

This was our "treat yourself" hotel and our expectations were higher in terms of the room itself. The "garden view" rooms are not really views of a garden, but rather a cement wall and rooftops with a couple trees planted. That said, the view of the mountains afar was pretty. The room was also far smaller than I expected for the price. We stayed in a lot of hotels during our trip and every room in 3/4 star hotels was larger and more comfortable. It just didn't feel worth the price in terms of the room.
However, the service was absolutely excellent and the rest of the hotel was beautiful. Every single person there went out of their way to make our experience beautiful. The grounds are pretty, the pool is great and the restaurant was delightful.
We did do a spa treatment and really enjoyed that experience as well, though I could tell my masseuse was sometimes on her phone. She'd all of the sudden stop and I'd later hear the small click - a pet peeve of mine. Still, it was overall really nice.
I'd definitely recommend if you have the budget! The room ended up being fine since we spent so little time in it, and it was made up for by the rest of the hotel and the staff.
Don't let them charge you the $30 to the airport - it's a ten minute ride and you can get there by taxi for $3.

수영장에는 이끼인지 더러운 게 떠다니고 방에선 하루종일 10-30초 간격으로 노크소리같은 게 나서 잠도 제대로 못 자고 쉬는 것도 제대로 못 했네요.
다른 방에서 물을 사용하면 나는 건지 사용안하면 나는 건지 짜증나 죽는 줄 알았네요.
