Great, spacious, clean apartment for family of 5. Reasonable location, fairly central, close to monorail station and metro station. Very friendly and helpful lobby staff. Fabulous infinity pool with great view, funny to watch everyone posing for their pictures and selfies. Only downside was that there was only one key (and lift pass) per family which was a bit inconvenient. Overall though, an enjoyable stay.

Our stay was awesome! The accommodations were great. The facility was located within simple walking distance of the Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur (KL) Tower, KL Aquarium, and about a five minute (at the most) walk from a metro stop. Securing a taxi from the establishment to other locations such as the Bird Park was easy. Utilizing the concierge desk allowed us to make arrangements to visit sites such as Batu Cave. Facility amenities such as gym and outdoor infinity pool (51st floor) added to the pleasure of the stay giving us a view of the city and the towers all lit up at night. If we are given the opportunity to visit Kuala Lumpur again, we will stay at The Platinum Suite.

The 51st floor infinity pool was SUPERB!!! The panoramic view of both the Petronas Twin Tower AND the KL Tower was incredible. We LOVED the pool. But when we went up to the pool the security guards gave us a tough time after asking us if we were guest of the Platinum Suites or Face Suites. We felt almost unwanted by them to enter the pool area. The infinity pool was the ONLY reason we booked in to this place. Then after we got to the pool the towel guy would NOT give us a towel saying it's only for the Face Suite guests. It's a great fantastic pool BUT service sucked. What kind of pool do you go to that you are not welcome for a darn towel??? RUDE But the rooms/apartment suites were very clean and modern.

State if the art hotel apartment.everything was perfect for our stay ,check in was fast .the only small issue was because it's part of a hotel the lifts were abit slow as the hotel was very busy .location was excellent and communicating with the lovely chaps who checked us in etc was really easy any time of the day at all.would defninatly stay again .tjanks guys and also very cheap for the quality of hotel it is .roof top pool and outstanding views of the petronas towers and Kl tower plus the Kl sky scrapers .even from our suite the views were amazing.

Way better than the photos!, no reception but there is a concierge that hands you the keys 24/7. Pool is fantastic, an icon in KL. Restaurant in the 51st floor is a little expensive for Malaysia but really good. Lots of families and couples. Gym has great view. Room very, very comfortable, specially when traveling with family.

Brand new apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Everything is clean and new, just that the common bathroom was slightly dusty. King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in another room. There are 2 foldable single sized bed in living room. The max occupancy will be 6. It is about 10 min walk to KLCC and 5 min walk to the nearest shopping mall. View from infinity pool at level 51 is spectacular!

Das Apartment war einfach nur Spitzenklasse. Die Lage sehr zentral. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Pool einfach nur ein Traum. Aussicht atemberaubend.

Riktigt bra boende centralt i Kuala Lumpur. 10 minuters promenad från Petronas Towers och 5 minuter till närmaste Monorail station. Extra + för takpoolen på våning 51 med fantastisk utsikt medan man ligger i vattnet.

交通の便利性、広さ、付帯施設完備、静かな環境等ほぼ完璧でした。再度行ってみたい所です。屋上外プールもとてもステキで旅行の疲れをリラックスさせてくれます。KLCCやKL TOWERも同時に見えて展望も抜群です。

I was more than please of my stay at the Platinum Suites! I will certainly recommend this place to my friends! Chen and his assistant were very hospitable . They treated us with so much respect when the keys to our apartment room did not work. We traveled from Singapore the whole day to Malaysia, and the first thing we would like to do was to be in our room to be comfortable after a very long trip. The keys did not work, it was very frustrating but the assistant that was sent tried to make us feel comfortable. We waited for long to finally be able to come in the room. Mr Chen tried his best to compensate for that delayed, he made us stay and be checked out later than normal so that we can rest before catching our early flight back home to the Philippines. The place is truly the best spot in KL with the Petronas Towers and KL Tower on the background! The rooms , the living area, and the kitchen are very welcoming!

Excelente! completamente recomendable!! Amplio, buena vista, muy seguro, muy cerca de todo, la pileta es increible con vista a las petronas y a la KL tower, los dueños fueron muy amables y muy flexibles con el horario! Muy buena relación precio calidad!

整棟大樓和房間都很簇新，大堂豪華寬敞，房間面積很大，基本設備齊全，頂樓無邊際泳池是一大賣點。
距離雙子塔約步行十分鐘，單軌火車站約步行五分鐘，交通尚算方便。
唯一問題是因為不會每天有人打掃，屋內的垃圾不知如何處理，問了拿門匙卡給我們的職員，她只回答說不知道。

Struttura in generale molto bella, abbiamo capito all'arrivo che non era tutto un hotel, ma solo una parte... il resto, quello che abbiamo prenotato noi, erano appartamenti gestiti da agenzie esterne; infatti non avevano una reception ma si appoggiavano con dei tablet su tavolini nella hall. Tutto sommato bene, a noi non funzionava la lavatrice che poi ci hanno sostituito il giorno dopo, servizio tutto sommato efficiente. La colazione non era inclusa e si doveva andare in un edificio attiguo a pagamento. Noi siamo andati a circa 200mt cove c'era un altro hotel con dei caffè all'interno.
La piscina è bellissima! Il parcheggio è molto comodo sotto l'hotel. Posizione molto centrale a 10 min a pieda da petronas towers. Ci tornerei sicuramente-

Apartment was well kept, aircon and water heater worked well. Security was good for both carpark and guests' access. Tranquil environment for rest except for every morning's prayers between 545 - 615am.

우선 51층 sky deck 에서 보는 야경은 정말 멋졌어요. 모노레일, 지하철역이 걸어서 5분 거리에 있어 이용하기 편했습니다.
또한 세탁기 사용할 수 있는 점은 여행 중반 여행 중반에 머물렀던 저희에겐 큰 장점 이었어요. 건물내에 편의점이 없는게 아쉬웠지만, 걸어서 2분 정도 걸리는 바로 옆 레지던스 건물 1층에 한국 라면, 과자, 오니기리 등 간단히 아침 먹을 만한 것 살 수 있어서 다행이었어요.

Trots att vi bokat för 2vuxna och 2 barn fanns det bara 2 sängplatser på rummet och hotellet hjoälote inte till att få in två extrasängar första kvällen.

离双子塔也就1.5公里，这次定了3个房间，住了5晚，从没有一次出游是在一家酒店连住这么多天的，不过有点遗憾只有一间能看到双塔。还有顶楼的无边泳池超赞，不过人太多。套房里的设施齐全，空间也相当大，不过有个别卫浴里的设施老旧，最好可以维修一下，整体是不错的体验。

Good location, Nice layout of apartment. Terrible Maintenance level, poorly equipped kitchen, and sleeps only 3 as is.

Checking was complicated and unusual, unsafe to scan your document with someone seating in a corner in the lobby surrounded by strange people. Check out was good, quick and seemed smooth. The second day, I waited whole day for cleaning crew after ample contacts.

If the price is too good to be true, then it probably is. I wish I would of known when I booked that this isn't a real hotel. It is privately owned apartments that they rent out and it functions semi like a hotel. I assumed it was a normal hotel but upon arrival I had to ask where to check in and I was told to contact my host, they showed me on my email confirmation from Expedia the fine print that showed my host name, I had to call them on WhatsAp, there was a group of people sitting in the lobby on couches with laptops that took my information and gave me one key. Traveling in a foreign country it just felt weird and slightly unsafe to start the trip. The room looked like the pictures except it was not very clean, dirty floors, stains on the sheets, and I found a used tooth brush in the shower. Usually these things don't bother me and I just contact the front desk, but in this situation there was no front desk to contact to ask them to come tidy up and change the sheets. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they ended up coming up a few hours later to clean up a little. The pool and the views are hard to beat but they were very busy. All in all I got what I paid for but knowing what I know now I wouldnt book here again.

Check-in was ridiculous. Previously I've been able to check-in at reception, now it's through an agent, who couldn't find my booking. It took ages and was very stressful and then they made us change rooms after one night into a worse room. Then there's the amazing pool, which was ruined by an overzealous guard with unfathomable rules. We weren't allowed to walk the 3 meters from our table in the restaurant terrace to the pool - we had to go back through the restaurant, and back through security. No drinks by the pool either (that has changed). Basically no fun in the pool either. No one could explain why these rules were in place, but only that the rules had to be enforced. The accommodation itself was good value for money, but a lot of disappointments in there too.

Not convenient for big groups ,l having problems to get the different floor for 4 suites and different building some more,cannot visit each other cos the room card only can scan the specific floor.

The reception was not informed that we are checking in late at night. They took almost half an hour for the checkin. The room was not well cleaned. The floor was not mop.. Dusty. The kitchen basin was full of red ant roaming around and leftover noodle around the basin. The floor mat in the bathroom was not changed.....still wet and dirty. No wifi....wifi not working...need to go down lobby to finished my work . It took me and my family to stay in the lobby for more than 1 hour....very disappointed

Jeg fattersimpelhen ikke ar andre kan give Platinum suites 5 stjerner! Det vi oplevede med specielt lejligheden var under lavmålet. Soveværelsesgulv der var istykker og tapet til med pap. Beskidt overalt og urent sengetøj. Afskaldet vægge, bruser i stykker i flere del osv. Jeg er dog fuldstændig enig i at infinitypool på 51.etage var virkelig suveræn- men selve lejligheden var elendig! Brug the Face i stedet

Horrible , the pictures are different from the actual hotel room. They are operating a hotel inside of a hotel. You need to check in with a random person. This is a hotel that is being sublet through an another management company.

Easily the worst checkin experience i ever had. Provided all necessary ID and info. but still they couldnt find me in their system. After an hour and a half of pleading they finally gave me my key. I walked over to the elevator and the lights went out. Elevator down. Im on the 42nd floor. The checkin consists of going to a sofa in the lobby with 20 year oldiish ladies on laptops trying to check prople in. A horrendous system considering the price.No signs. I just took my luggage and went elsewhere. Really a terrible experience

I was unable to determine who was in charge of checking in and why I was unable to check in.
We were sitting in the lobby looking at people in plain clothes, looking for two hours of disappearing and disappearing.
The hotel's resident employees ' attitude was half-hearted, and there was absolutely no compensation for two hours of late check-in.
Women cleaning houses were also dressed in plain clothes, and cleaning up toilet or table cleaning was rarely done.
