It had been a while since I stayed at Sofitel, but it was as wonderful as ever.
The room quality, cleanliness, and staff service were all outstanding.
Having a mall next door is convenient—you can walk there immediately if you need anything. The distance from the city center is certainly a concern, but I'm satisfied since my business partner is nearby.

We really loved our weekend getaway to KL. We're loving Damansara and Bagsar both of which offer many new trendy f&b spots. The rooms and service at the hotel were top notch, the only area needing improvment was the pool. There was literally no service and when you went to the bar, the bartender seemed disengaged and couldn't even make an Aperol Sprtiz? It's on the bar menu btw... The whole area was a bit of a let down, otherwise, great hotel and superb value for money.

The stay was amazing any country I’m in I will always look for a Sofitel hotel as I think it’s one of the best. The staff are friendly and the cleanness of the room is amazing house keeping does a great job when my sister was unwell the staff called multiple times to check up on her and asked if she needed anything which showed they cared. The total team were smiling and polite. Thank you also for understanding the challenges traveling with a baby. You really made us feel at home. I also spoke to the manager during my checkout to compliment her team. The area is central, hotel is clean and inviting.

Great service, always felt welcomed. Had the junior suite which was really spacious with comfortable bed and pillows.. bathroom was wonderful too. Friend had the luxury king room which I felt was equally comfortable, with more than enough space actually. Conveniently connected to two malls which you can get food options, supermarket and convenience store.

It was a lovely stay. Well located. The new Pavilion is literally 2 min walk away and local food is available in the malls. The other mall is DC. MRT is just a few minutes walk within the Pavilion building. After I left the hotel to the airport, I realized that I left my Tiffany bracelet on the bedside table and might have knocked it on to the floor when I reached out for the phone in the night. Called the hotel, the manager, Akma promised me that he will check my room and he found my bracelet and kept it till I send a friend to collect it a few days later after I have left. The service is far and beyond particularly, Alma’s!

Connected to a mall with several food options and 2 convenient stores opened late. Room was clean and beautiful.

It had been a long time since 2019 since I stayed at the Sofitel.
It was as always excellent and very relaxing.
The staff were all friendly and willing to help me.
The room was very comfortable with a bed, couch, floor, bathroom, toilet, closet, all clean.
Also, the iron and ironing board are provided, which is a very appreciated feature for me.
I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is surrounded on shopping n access the transport is at ease.
Encounter with the hotel checkin was smooth n fast. Explaining the detail on the checkin n parking.
The room that was booked for me, good impression upon entering, walkway to the hotel level n to the level is clean n filled with perfume.
Room was big, walking around the room / shower / work desk is comfortable. Shower n bathtub is big and comfort to use.
Access to the car park, was lead by the hotel staff at the lobby, and it is easy to locate the car.
Hotel staff are friendly n approachable to get information.

The room was great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Only complaint is that they didn't have the breakfast buffet the first morning we stayed there. The set menu only included 2 very basic options and wasn't worth the price.

룸 컨디션, 조식 좋았습니다. 위치는 KLCC에서 20분, KL센트럴에서 5분정도 떨어져 있습니다. 새로지어진 건물이라 깨끗하고 같은 단지안에 크진 않지만 쇼핑몰도 입점해 있어서 편리했습니다. 그랩기사들이 위치를 잘 못찾아서 해매긴 했지만 한적하게 일보기에는 좋은곳이었습니다. 추천합니다.
