The manager Abdul Gafr was excellent. He was very helpful and accommodating with a personalized approach. He was always available to cater to our needs and also made our stay very enjoyable. He also spend those extra effort and took time out to ensure our needs were met . I will definitely recommend the suites to my friends and family.
Rooms were cleaned daily and housekeeping staff was great. The housekeeping staff ( I forgot his name) was very accommodating and prompt.
Great amenities : swimming pool , gym , Shaun and hot tub. Also suites are attached to the mall so don't have to go looking for food and entertainment.
Abdul went out of his way guide us for transporting snd actually went with me to purchase the bus tickets and took us to the pick up area to ensure we got on . Now that's a personalized touch.

Check in is swift , wifi speed is acceptable, we were given a nice city view room. Room is spacious , about 600 square feet n above . Air con is cold and comfortable . And the check out day, we can leave our luggage with the office and carry on our shopping . Will definite recommend for my friends to stay. Location is superb, restaurants ,cinemas , shopping all within the same building .

とても清潔かつ広くて良かった。プールからはKLの夜景が一望できる。チェックインが受付ではなく電話をして上層階オフィスでしかできないことが不憫だった。なぜ受付でチェックインができないのでしょうか。

The pool was amazing and the rooms were great. It was convient how there was a shopping centre right across the hotel.

Nice swimming pool & a great shopping mall attached with a really fun indoor playground for my kids. We have had a pleasant time in our spacious Rooms.

Super spacious n clean neat room. Nice view too. Very very worth for the price we pay for. My children love the room so much tat thy dun feel like going home lol.

施設は良いです。
ただロビーがテーブル一個で担当を電話で呼び出してそこからチェックインチェックアウトしなきゃいけないという面倒くささ。私はWi-Fiしか持ってなく、海外で電話すると高額になるので、警備員の人(？)に電話してもらいました。
これが本当に手間で面倒！
お部屋は広く、快適なんですが‥清掃が行き届いてないなーって感じです。前の客のものと思われるペットボトルのキャップとひまわりの種が落ちていました。
あと細かいかもですが、マレーシアはBFタイプのコンセントなのにCタイプのドライヤーがありました。かなり？？？
ただ好立地値段が5000以下という魅力は捨てきれません。あとプールがあるらしいです。(私はつかいませんでしたが。)

Not our first time at KL Suites, location is spot on, suites are roomy although they are starting to get a bit tired.

ホテルスタッフの感じや対応も良かった。立地が良く動きやすかったのですが、子供含めての宿泊で、タオルがバスタオルしかなく、ハンド、フェイスがなかった。もともとないみたいだか、ルームサービスにお願いしたら、初日は用意してくれたが、それ以降なし。洗面台も2箇所あったのでハンドタオル位は置いて欲しいです。そこまでの安宿でもないので、残念な点はそこだけで、あとは良かったです。

Room was clean and the view is awesome. Location is a plus for this hotel. Easy to access to anywhere.

アパートメントタイプのためcheck-inn、outは担当の方を呼ばないといけません。
ポーターの方がsupportしてくれたので問題はありませんでした。
立地条件は良い方だと思います。

Great location. We stayed for 5 days but the sheets were not changed- just beds made. Still it was good value and very clean.

Olin lomamatkalla Kuala Lumpurissa ja yövyin kyseisessä hotellissa. Muuten olin tasoon ja palveluun tyytyväinen, mutta hotellin oven avaimen kanssa oli vähän vääntöä. Välillä se toimi, välillä ei!!
Henkilökunta kyllä asian lopulta hoiti, mutta jouduin kahdesti samasta asiasta soittamaan. Muuten hieno paikka sijainniltaan ja tasoltaan ottaen hinnan huomioon.

Mukava hotelli ja kiva henkilökunta. Hotellin sijainti ihan ok, tosin liikkuminen lähia-alueilla ei kovin helppoa, koska kaupunki kovin sokkeloinen.

So this is NOT a typical hotel. Think of this more like a service apartments. Its a large suite, very comfortable, clean and amazingly located. There is no reception/lobby here. You enter the building and give a call. Some one comes down and takes you to your room. Looks like there are multiple players here and each one of them has 10 to 20 rooms/suites in their custody which they rent out.
Overall it was hassle free. Access to a great swimming pool and a gym.
Great for a larger family - say 4 to 5 people.

Didn't realize we had to make contact prior to checking in. Security were very helpful. .
Great location as close to public transport. Older rooms so were dated. No tea/coffee provided

The room smelled stale, we were told it had been empty for 8 weeks. Air con vents had mould on them, the sponge in the kitchen was filthy. No tea towel to dry dishes, we had to buy one. No teaspoon,. I found a wet towel covered in mould in the bottom of the wardrobe. Chair with broken leg,

Initial access to property was difficult as no open reception available and needed an appointment to get in. Room was run down and in need of a refurbishment. The door in the shower needed a seal to prevent water leaking into bathroom and the bath leaked badly from underneath the outlet. Apart from that the view was outstanding. Checking out was difficult as a pre arranged time had to be made to get the deposit back and then they didn't turn up until they were reminded (nearly an hour later). Wouldn't stay there again unless they got their act together.

Hotel was good and clean and spacious. Services left a lot to be desired.No conscierge. Just security people who spoke very little English.Fire safety a problem. Alarm bell rang but no one to show where evacuation area is!no phone in room for any communication. PR system unclear and came after alarm bell had. Rang. No explanation given afterwards for reason of fire alarm. Big let down.

It is an apartment. Not Hotel. so there is NO ReCEPTION. The guy comes and opens the door for you. He will pass on the keys and at the time of check out you are expected to call up the person ( Big Pain) and he will come and collect the keys. Inside the room, there are NO SUPPLIES. I mean NO shampoo, NO bath gel, NO Tea coffee maker, no water. NO telepohone

The air-conditioning system had many issues, sometimes it works perfectly but most of the time Not.
There was no hot water for showering except in one room, although I had a sweet with two bed rooms.
But not to mention the good things about the place, location was perfect.

This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!

The room is not same or similar as the web site pictures. Very old , no internet connection, very inconvenient. Poor condition

no wifi inside the room. Even we call the service phone number, it is still not working. the water tank of toilet flushing is leaking
