Gayet güzel bir deneyimdi, söylediği yazıldığı gibi hiç bir eksiği yoktu tertemiz klimaları sorunsuz hatta personellerinden resepsiyonda cansu hanım ve eren bey çok naif ve güzel karşıladılar. Hatice hanımın güler yüzü yumuşak kalbi harika kahvaltı gayet fazlasıyla güzeldi. Barda selçuk bey çok güler yüzlü samimi geldiğinizde aile gibi hissettiren bir ekiple harika zaman geçirdik gelmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ediyorum fazlasıyla harikalar ellerine emeklerine sağlık :)

Great location in old town. Walking distance to everything including the harbor and all restaurants. Quiet after 12am. Breakfast was good.

Uns hat die Lage am besten gefallen. Die kinderfreundlichkeit ist der absolute Wahnsinn. So toll. Alle sind bemüht und es wird rund um die Uhr geputzt und gefragt ob man noch was benötigt. Da unser Pool defekt war haben wir wegen der Wärme für 3 Tage dort gewohnt und werden definitiv wenn man mal einen schönen langen Tag in Kaleici verbringen möchte, dort wieder übernachten.

Dejlig lille hotel midt i den gamle bydel. Gå afstand til alt. Dejlig suite og skøn terrasse med skøn udsigt. Hyggeligt pool område med bar, solstole og siddepladser

The terrace room was AMAZING! 100% worth it with the hot tub and outside cabana! The location is right next to the best places to drink and eat at night!

The staff were great, hotels.com we’re not very good, I booked deluxe with terrace, but got penthouse which was to small, staff moved me to deluxe with no terrace which was very kind of them. Hotels.com we’re adamant that I booked penthouse, basically said I was lying, however i was looking at this room for two weeks and was recommended by friends who stayed there. Advice is take a snap shot of photo before booking as Hotels.com are not honest and have no morals. First and last time I will book with them. Staff great especially the two guys on reception one a fenebache fan. Sort forgot your names, they was great with my problem and Hotels.com we’re not.

The area this hotel is in is great. Near the beach and eateries. What i didnt like was the maintenance of the rooms. Very small and bathroom was old and dated

Bien placé dans la vielle ville. Cour intérieure agréable avec piscine, arbres, perroquets (top pour les enfants)
Personnel très sympathique et attentionné.
Seul hic: la propreté (ménage chambre et partie commune). Musique du resto voisin qui vient un peu altérer le calme du coin

Overall stay is good and staff are all nice. The only thing is wifi does not reach our room on second floor so we have to go down to have internet. It would also be nice if the hotel can have clothes iron that guests can borrow as not everyone brings a portable one. Convenient location with lots of dining options around and close to shops and stores.

Konumu itibariyle hoşuma giden bir tesis oldu. Çalışanları yardımcı. Kahvaltısı ideal. Temiz. Havuzu normal, fotoğraflarında büyük gibi duruyor. Fiyat bir tık daha uygun olabilirdi. 2 saat erken check-in için 10€ ücret istendi. Tesis politikası bir şey diyemem ama bu durum hoşuma gitmedi.

Merkezi konumda güzel bahçesi ve kahvaltısı vardı. Tek sorun klimanın kumandası çalışmıyordu çözülmedi ama soğuk üflüyordu başka bir problem yaşamadık.

Hübsches kleines Hotel. Dadurch ruhige Atmosphäre und trotzdem mitten im quirligen Leben der interessanten Altstadt. Dadurch ist es natürlich bis in die Frühe nicht ganz leise.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Castle Old Town. The location is wonderful, the hotel itself beautifully designed. Buffet breakfast had lots of options with different cheeses, salamis, olives, pancakes, cereal, eggs, toast, jam and honey, tea and coffee. Staff are very friendly!

Good bed and nice bathroom.
If you are sensitve to noise ask for a room on the garden site or use ear plugs.
Fine breakfast.
High value for money.
NB: Too few loungers at the pool - only 4.

Best location in old town. Seemed like the quiet end. Very nice hotel. Rooms are larger than I expected. Breakfast was good. Very homely vibe. I would stay there again.

Banyoda bizden önceki konaklayan misafirlere ait tokalar ve boş şampuan şişeleri vardı. Oda biz konaklamadan önce temizlenmedi mi acaba diye düşündük, ki tokalar ve boş şampuan şişeleri olduğu için muhtemelen temizlenmemişti. Sadece 1 gece için tercih ettik ve otele çok geç saatte yorgun olarak girdiğimiz için uğraşmadık bile

Room very small 0.5 metre bed to wall , bed bathroom door , bed to clothes space. Tv no working channels. No hot water morning or evening.. very noisey at night never again

Hotel has great charm and location but was lacking in other areas. We like to get out and hike all day, and the way the it conditioning is set, it only works while you are in the room. Coming back to a 95 degree room at 9pm after a long day was a shock. The hot water and water pressure were completely lacking. There were points were water would not even come out if set to hot. When they did house keeping, the weren’t even bothered to make the bed. Lastly, the room door had to be locked in order for it to stay shut (by a manual key attached to the card that allowed you to use electricity in the room).
For the money ($187 USD/night) it was very lacking and we were thoroughly under impressed.

Might be we weren’t lucky, and normally guests get clean rooms at Castle Old Town, but feel like I must leave the comment here. The room we got was dirty, bathroom seemed to be a room which has never been visited by housekeepers. Toilet was dirty, and there was somebody’s razor and shower gel on the bath. So we had to lose our time to negotiate another room which was cleaned but still not renovated. But the breakfast was good.

The hotel was fine, BUT did not get notice of my reservation and so did not have the room y booked. They charged me more. Unable to cancel as it was the date of the booking and my card would be charged

Poor service. We asked for the lunch box for next morning as we left earlier for a trip but the waiter gave us everything on the tray saying he doesn’t have a box. Why didn’t he warn us before? They don’t understand English well and there can be a problem.
Prices at the bar are x10 higher than in the shop at the corner.
They don’t have laundry or car rent.
Room price is higher than average.

Das Normale Zimmer ist leider zu klein für 2 Personen. Die Zimmer werden nur die Betten gemacht. Boden wird nicht gereinigt. Nach 5 Tagen sollte doch auch mal die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden. Das Männliche Personal ist freundlicher als das Weibliche, schade. Die Verantwortliche Dame für das Frühstück ist sehr nett und bemüht. Im großen und ganzen überteuert. Um die Gäste zu verwöhnen fehlt jedliches interesse. Kein Lift vorhanden. Sehr hellhörig.

Pas ouf , accès difficile. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas . Une bouteille d’eau a été facturée pendant le petit-déjeuner alors que le petit-déjeuner était gratuit… beaucoup de chats sur le lieu et ça pue le pipi et le caca de chat .

The bathroom is very bad.
They let me pay a 10€ for 40 min after the check out time.
The location and the receptionist “hemsa” is the only good about this place.

Konum güzel, odalar küçük olmasına rağmen otelin bir ambiyansı var. Kahvaltıda kullanılan malzemeler de kaliteli.
Peki neden 1 yıldız?
Çünkü otelde sıcak su yok.
Yanlış okumadınız: Güneş varsa sıcak su var, yoksa yok.
Bu kabul edilebilir bir durum değil. İnsanlar otele neden gelir? Başka bir şehirde işi vardır, gezmiştir, yorulmuştur; akşam döner, duşunu alır ve dinlenir. Bu, otelciliğin en temel gereğidir.
“Sıcak su yok” gibi çok basit ve çözülebilir bir problemin hâlâ devam ediyor olması gerçekten üzücü. Üstelik olumsuz yorumlara bakıldığında, herkesin aynı sorundan şikâyetçi olduğu açıkça görülüyor. Demek ki sorun biliniyor ama çözülmüyor.
Ambiyansla, kahvaltıyla bu eksik kapatılamaz. Temel ihtiyaç karşılanmıyorsa gerisi anlamsız.
Yorumları dikkate almanızı ve bu problemi ciddiyetle çözmenizi öneririm.

Girişte Resepsiyonda bulunan Yana Hanım gördüğümüz en kötü çalışan diyebiliriz. Konuşma üslubu yabancı kökenli olmasından dolayı değil, tavrı ve cevapları fazlasıyla rahatsız edici idi.Gerek araç konusunda, sonrasında oda ile ilgili yasanan sorunlarda inanılmaz kötü bir tavra maruz kaldık.Uzun ve detaylı yazmak istemiyorum ama çok kötü bir deneyim idi. İyi olan tek yani gece Resepsiyon yetkilisi olan Ömer Bey in bizlere olan profesyonelce olan yaklaşımı ve çözüm odaklı oluşu bu konaklamayı giderayak dayanılabilir kıldı. Eğer kalmayı düşünüyor iseniz Ömer Beyin vardiyasına denk getirin ya da hiçbir şekilde kalmayın derim.
