I check in time are very late, around 10pm, very lucky still got hotel staff to serve us, and her are so friendly.
Nice room design and room saiz enough for us. Carpark are provided, it is below the the Hotel and outside the Hotel also have alot of space. Room and toilet are clean, aircond cool, TV channel clear.
The only thing not good is we can hear a little sound of door closing sound ' iee.....' come from other room when people moving the door, our toilet door also got the iee... sound but not loudly.
Anyway overall is good, we like it and will visit again.

Never disappoint us. Some small things I hope can be improved:
1. I dont like to carry remote to and fro the lobby
2. Pillows are too soft
3. Shower head is too small

お部屋のお掃除が必要な場合は必ずフロントに連絡しなければならないのがやや不便。

My first night at the hotel our flight arrived late, so we pulled up about 2am local time. Security's presence gave us peace of mind, and they even helped get our luggage inside. The front desk checked us in within minutes.
This hotel is very clean. We stayed a week and became comforted by the light floral smell you notice each time you enter. It is walking distance from Da Men mall, multiple restaurants, a clinic, and a convenience store. The hotel staff helped me use grab every day with a smile, and public transport is also nearby.
The bed was comfortable, a/c worked really well, tv had good channels, and there was even a hot water maker in the room. We are looking forward to staying there again when the chance presents itself.

Nice room. Worth to stay. Staff were good even though we have to wait for about 30 minutes because of late check out from previous customer.

スバンジャヤに用事があったので一泊だけ利用。
到着時フロントに誰もいなかったがすぐに出て来ました。
写真のようなおしゃれさはなく簡素な雰囲気の部屋でしたが、寝るだけなら十分だと思います。
駅までは歩いて行けますが、ホテルのある区画内にコンビニなどがないようなので、ちょっと場所的には不便に感じました。

Good location. Easy access. Is a good choice for stay for short period. Just hope that when guest check in. The staff could ask guest do they need the hair dryer. Besides that, the phone at room should label the phone number to front counter.

It was comfortable stay. We were relaxing there. Because we could use jacuzzi bath tub!
We stayed in VIP room. But white bath towel was gray color (old towel) and there wasn't Refrigerator, hairdryer and tissue box in the room. So please install these Equipments in the VIP room.

There's no hair dryer, so better to prepare one by yourself. Overall experience is good and the room is really clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The jacuzzi was nice. However, the room soundproofing is so good. We can hear people walking and talking at the corridor. Location was ok. Walking distance to Damen Mall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Only one complain.
I requested for a non smoking floor, was placed in a non smoking room but there was someone smoking in one of the rooms and I was extremely uncomfortable the first night. Staff said nothing can be done although it's a non smoking floor. The night staff's explanation really irked me. She even started lecturing me about how they are not allowed to go to room to room to check on guests due to privacy issues. I did not even request that. All I wanted was for the staff or whoever responsible to check and do whatever necessary. That was a real unfortunate incident. Otherwise, the other staff were excellent. I left a bag when I checked out and the staff kept it safe. To be the guard is an excellent example of a person, polite-alert and responsible.

We picked the VIP room with Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was leaking but we managed to fix the leaking ourselves. There was no hair dryer in the room, but upon calling the reception, they bring the hair dryer up for us. Overall a pleasant stay :)

가격 대비 깔끔한 숙소입니다 창문이 없는 방에 묶었습니다만 나쁘지 않았음 엘레베이터가 있어서 좋은 숙소입니다. 하루 이틀정도 묶을 만 합니다. 주변 환경은 별로임.

It looks relatively new, v nice lobby. Told me there’s only 4 singles rooms in this hotel, upgraded me to a Queen bed.
Room is very small, but v clean and nice. Toilet is also very small, no separate shower cubicle, with toothbrushes and shower gel, too bad no shower cap, sad. Praise given to the fantastic water pressure from the shower head, v good. I lcan hear next door guest using the toilet, sound proof no good.
But for this price we’ve paid, it is better than my expectation. Will come back again if need to.

hotel is new, very nice decoration, we stayed 2d1n wif 2 kid, room so clean, jakuzi is the best part.

The staffs are nice and willing to help their customers. The room is clean and the facilities are good. However , the sound insulation is not very well. We can hear the sound of the door open and close of the other customers.

Just a stop over is good to go with this property.

Clean that is about it. But the walls are very thin and extremely noisy no sound control from staffs to guests.
Jacuzzi, while letting water out, it actually flooded the entire toilet floor!
Towels were all fraying.

Very helpful and friendly staff but note that there is a hidden fee of RM10 per night you stay there if you are non-Malaysian. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable but there is room for improvement - the curtains do not block out sunlight well and the walls are quite thin. We could hear our next doors talking. However, if you are looking for a simple and comfortable stay, this hotel is good enough.

main issue was flashing lights outside the room where even with the drapes closed, it still pulsed light at night which made it difficult to fall asleep

提前接近一個月訂的酒店..訂三間雙人房..去到竟然說沒有房間..我們一行六人一小..三對人..叫我們睡兩間家庭房..家庭房1大床1小床..三對人要怎樣分配？那時凌晨四點..我能怎麼辦？為什麼酒店沒有確定訂單Expedia 都冇有理會？酒店說他們沒注意Expedia 有訂房..以後也不會再用了..第一次用就得到此體驗..畢生難忘！

Upon my arrival I was required to pay a Tourist Fee even though I was able to demonstrate that I was not a tourist. I have lived in Malaysia and KL, specifically, for two years. I showed my work visa, business card as a business owner but they were declining my registration if I did not pay. It was nearly mid-night, so Expedia resolved it on their end and I had to give what I feel was a discriminatory fee, a scam on Expats who live there, and just bad business. I was in the area to work: not a tourist. I pay taxes in Malaysia! Then no one told me that you need to request a room cleaning so I returned from work to an unkept room!

Front desk people could hardly speak any English. Advertised rooms have slippers, when when I asked, they said they were out of stock. I saw other reviews the hotel has not been given slipper for a while. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t advertise it. The bed was super hard. Remote controls for A/C and TV are given at the check in and need to be return to the front desk at check out. They are treating like guests are going to steal their remote controls. And finally don’t lost your door card, the hotel will charge you $20.

bedsheet is not clean, and the worst part was extremely poor soundproof, noise can be heard from upper floor, corridor and even next door.
