Comfortable and centrally located hotel. Helpful and efficient staff. Only two things that would have made our stay better - water machines rather than wasting plastic bottles, and doors that closed properly. There was continuous slamming of doors from 11pm to 1am as people returned from being out.

가격에 맞는 적절한 수준의 호텔입니다. 크게 쾌적함을 기대하지는 마세요. 에어컨은 잘 동작했습니다. 헤어 드라이기는 없어요. 4박하는동안 시트 교체는 안해주고 정리만 해주었습니다. 수건은 하루에 일인당 딱 하나이고, 치약 칫솔과 세면용품은 그냥 따로 챙겨가세요. 위치는 좋습니다. 센트럴역과 쇼핑센터 바로 앞이라서 여러모로 편합니다.

It was very clean. A great location 200m from KL Sentral terminal. The best bed I've been in for 3 years of living in Asia. Only bad was no refrigerator.

距離中央車站很近 , 吃飯逛街很方便 , 樓下街邊雖然很多餐廳 , 但房間內的隔音很好 , 聽不太到外頭的車輛行進聲. 浴室的水壓很大 , 冷氣也很冷 , 但比較可惜的是房間內沒有冰箱和吹風機 ~ 整體上都很不錯.

まずはホテルのスタッフが最高。チェックイン、チェックアウト時スムーズだったし最高の笑顔で迎え、送ってくれた。15泊したのだが午後から外出する事も多くホテルにとっては掃除面ではめんどくさい客だったと思いますが外出時にプリーズメイクアップルームと声をかけると嫌な顔一つする事もなく、毎日気持ち良く外出出来ました。一度だけ、ベットメイキングが中途半端に終わっていた日はありましたが翌日からはまた元に戻っていました。ただ洗面所の排水が少し流れが悪いのが気にはなりましたが、そこはご愛嬌という感じでした。立地的にも市内の交通の要衝であるKLセントラル駅からすぐで、どこに行くにもとても便利。雨が降ってもほぼ濡れる事も無くホテルに戻れる立地にこのホテルはあります。今回は家族4人でファミリースイートに泊まりましたが、とてもお勧めのホテルです。コストパフォーマンスが最高です。

A nice little hotel and fairly new and absolutely spotless for this area of Brickfields close to Little india and just a short walk to KL Sentral bus station to the airport and plenty of places to eat even has a Dominos Pizza Yes i will stay again Rooms are a bit small but very clean and good bedding a big plus

KLセントラルから徒歩すぐのホテルです。周囲には同価格帯のホテルがありますが、このホテルが新しくてきれいだと思います。部屋は窓なしのスタンダードより、シティビューのスーペリアルームがおすすめです。最上階にアサインされたので眺めも良く、KLタワーまで見えました。冷蔵庫の設置を希望します。

ＫＬセントラルから近くの賑やかな場所で、わかりやすくてよかったです良い点立地と値段繁華街にリーズナブルな価格で泊まれます部屋はコンパクトですが、ベッドの寝心地はいいですレセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで感じよかったです良くない点これは私が泊まった部屋だけかもしれません。シャワーのノズルは上からの固定タイプと、ハンドシャワーの2種類ですが、切り替えスイッチが壊れているので、上からのレインシャワーしか使えませんでした。掃除は全体に雑ですベッドの下に大きなゴミが残っていたり.床に髪の毛やホコリがたまっているので、スリッパ持参をお勧めします。ヘアドライヤーはレセプションにもありません総合的には、細かいことを気にしなければ快適に過ごせます。アメニティもシャンプーとボディソープのみですが、いつも自分用を持ってる人なら問題ないですね。近くに寺院やモスクがあるので、お祈りや朝夕の勤行の音が気になる人にはおすすめしませんが、私は面白かったです

Good budget hotel close to KL Sentral and Brickfields. Staff were helpful and polite. Only problems really was safe didn't open, and noisy Chinese woman in the next suite was playing stupid music on repeat for hours, and talking non stop in the hall. Just inconsiderate.

Great price and location. 10 minute walk to Express trains to KUL airport. Nu Mall nearby with 6 floors, plenty of dining options. Free internet was so-so, but fine most of the time.

我是商務出差的，酒店位於市中心非常方便！接近火車站旁有大型商場和食店，住了好幾敞，接待處同事十分親切。有敞叉電機留在房間裏，致電確認！替我找回了，非常感恩！lovely

地點很棒，從機場搭中央車站下來就是了，去大部分的景點都可以靠KL transit（雖然grab也很方便啦！）但是中央車站的附近常常會有流浪漢躺在路邊，第一天一個人經過時難免會有些擔心。此外，附近還有一些餐廳營業到半夜，深夜也不怕餓肚子。房間雖然偶爾有些螞蟻，但是客房清潔做的很好，房間很整潔。但是我住兩天，兩天蓮蓬頭都沒有水......甚至閥鎖直接掉下來⋯⋯
