The apartment was in good condition and central to all the facilities for travel. For the first day I was given a temporary room, that was sorted by the second day, other than that the support and service was excellent. I myself would certainly use the Time Square apartments again. I would give 4.5-5 star.

Nice swimming pool & a great shopping mall attached with a really fun indoor playground for my kids. We have had a pleasant time in our spacious 1 room.

Good: - super-sized room - Great bathroom (incl. shower booth and bathtub) - Superb location (only a stop away from Bukit Bintang on monorail, or you can walk 5-10 mins if you can bare the heat and humidity) - Shopping mall is in the same building, so you can do everything in the building if you don't feel like going out - Friendly and helpful staff Bad: - Cleanness of the kitchen amenities.

위치는 정말 좋다. 어디든 쉽고 편리하게 이동 가능. 숙소에 개미가 있어서,,, 벌레퇴치제를 뿌려놓아야 했다.

The internet was spotty and frustrating at times, otherwise, I liked the hotel quite a bit.
It was walking distance to the MRT and a number of coffee shops and restaurants (if you're not familiar with the weather in Malaysia, just know you WILL sweat, so minimizing your walking is a blessing-STEEEAMY : ) ).
This hotel is suitable for any of your typical travelling needs and KL was super cool. The Batu caves were the most beautiful attraction I've seen in any of my travels-a must see!

Location is great. Apartment is old. The layout is weird. There’s a wardrobe right in front of the bed, but there is no space to open the door. You need to walk sideways to pass thru. Weird sewage smell in toilet. Luckily the smell doesn’t linger into bedroom

地點非常好，鄰近亞羅街及大型商場，方便食嘢及shopping.
第一晚的房間，其中一個洗手間沒有熱水，主人房洗手間花灑水制壞掉，浴缸不能去水，所有人無法沖洗，投訴後更換了房間，間隔一樣，但比較企理，兩個洗手間都有熱水;
住了5日 一共見過3隻曱甴
另外，執房時比廁所廁紙及面紙收走後，沒有refill ， whatsapp 聯絡人話會比我地亦無影，要等第二朝執房先有。
泳池， 健身房 設備很好
想訂此房的朋友留意，此房間不是酒店，是apartment
沒有check in 櫃檯
不過，如果以價錢來說，非常化算

Property was clean and secure all the time. the room was capacious however the worst thing was that the internet was available only in the room. You come out of the room and u would lose the connection
Plus there was no phone connection and no locker in the room!!

Excellent location. Nice View.
However, our free late checkout option was not encouraged. There seems to have been a communication gap as they were not aware of the option in our purchase

Hotel is well located in KL. Accesable by train service to travel throughout KL. hope the hotel could refurnish in near future, fixtures looks kinda old.

住宿狀況可更好，地理位置良好，交通便利，附近食肆多，房間也很大。但是，我們的房間洗澡是沒有熱水，有一扇窗門是不能鎖的，對面很容易爬進來，有點不安全的感覺，又不派人來維修，又不准我們換房間，還有一晚有一盞燈都不亮了，第二天早上才派人來維修。酒店沒有櫃台的，只有第40樓才是它的，所有酒店設施都要另外收費，也不便宜。入住時，要徵收每晚每間客房 MYR10.00 稅和現金按金MYR 200元。

Very central great location to get buses for day tours and the bus to and from Singapore. Property quite dated and tired

Billeder levede ikke op til lejlighedens stand. Lejligheden fremstod slidt og sofaen beskidt, men ellers var lejligheden ren. Personen som vi skulle tjekke ind hos gav os blot en nøgle i lobbyen, det var det information vi fik om stedet. Faciliteterne i bygningen er super lækre, en super børne venlig og stor pool og et udemærket fitness rum.

First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later.
Overall a good but can be improve.

缺點;陳設有點老舊, 2個洗手間抽氣扇抽力嚴重不足,要將洗手間大門打開,才能讓熱氣散去, 跟服務人員反映床單上有油漆污穢,但沒幫我們更換,bad mattress沒有彈性，在沒有預先通知情況下，此酒店在登記入住時，收了按金２００及服務費３０，而那３０元是不退回，為什麼我們訂酒店時沒有預先說明？到達後登記時有小問題，尚算很快得到解決。
優點：保安不錯，房間大，可容納５個人，位置不錯，樓下有商場，食店，超市，靠近鐵路站

It was cheap and the property is a bit dated and is very much an apartment not a hotel with extensive service but comfortable enough at the price. Unexpected key deposit requirement (in cash) was also a bit of a nasty surprise as well. Good location though and very central to shopping.
