Relación calidad precio excelente.
Lo único malo, muy malo fué q la ubicación q marcaba en el móvil estaba desplazada 500m, y los rascacielos no tienen marcado a la vista el nº de edificio, y los porteros de edificios próximos no saben ni donde están ubicados ellos mismos; x lo q nos costó mucho tiempo encontrar el edificio

チェックインを電話連絡でやらなければならないので多少の英語必須と経験が必要です。
後はシャワーのお湯が出なかったのが残念でした。
早朝のチェックアウトとかは対応してもらえるので英語出来る方は使いやすいかと思います。

My friend and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Vortex KLCC by SoulAsia. There are other operators running apartments in Vortex KLCC. We found this 2 bedroom unit by SoulAsia very clean and well
Maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment such as a full fridge, washing machine, stoce, microwave, water machine for a comfortable stay. The view of the city from the living room and bedrooms is gorgeous!
Vortex KLCC is centrally located to major tourist sites like the Twin Towers, Suria KLCC and near eating spots. There is a 7 Eleven downstairs.

We really liked the apartment we were in. The television has Netflix, YouTube and all the other apps. The metro station is very close and many places of interest such as the twin towers and a walking distance away. We are going to stay there again in March.

The unit was clean, and the check-in/out was fast. The place is near Pavillion KL and Jalan Alor (walking distance).

fantastic place for a family of 4. Just like a home and comfortable. especially, washing machine and dryer were great because of hot and humid weather. 20min walk to Petronas with 5yr boy and 5min walk to bukit nanas LRT. The best thing what we experienced was the host's prompt response and action to help us out. we realized my wife's bag was left alone when we just arrived at the airport and were panic. so, I asked the host how we can handle this. the host found the bag and sent it through uber asap. fortunately, received at the airport gate and ran, ran, ran ... finally, i could make myself on board in time. Excellent!

Good location. Have to pay to use the gym, did not know about the cash deposit. Bathroom grouts have molds. Hallway stinks. No reception area for check-in.

This accommodation, although advertised as a hotel, is more akin to a private host setup, lacking a lobby or reception area. Contrary to the appealing images, the actual property disappoints, situated in an area close to Petronas Towers, which doesn't boast an attractive ambiance. The building and flats are infested with insects, including mosquitoes and numerous baby cockroaches, creating an uncomfortable environment. The beds are notably uncomfortable, adorned with aged linens, and the pillows are visibly dirty. Despite these drawbacks, the window offers a redeeming quality with a decent view. However, the noisy lift and the fact that access to the swimming pool area is not complimentary further detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the host's stance on room cleaning further diminishes the appeal of this accommodation. They explicitly stated that cleaning services come at an extra cost, refusing to clean the room unless payment is provided. This approach significantly detracts from the overall hospitality and convenience expected from a hotel suite establishment.

1)Have to paid for swimming pool entry RM20 which are not told in advance, will definitely not book this hotel again.
2)Shower at master room is very low pressure, can't even shower and the basin is choked, highlighted to staff but no action taken.

This is my first time leaving a comment.
First of all, I had booked two twin beds and one single bed. However, when I arrived, there were only two twin beds. The staff informed me that a special request needed to be made during booking for the additional bed. He then suggested that if I could provide some form of compensation, he could arrange for an extra mattress. When I inquired about the nature of the compensation, he stated that I would need to pay for it. This seemed unreasonable to me.
Secondly, when my parents took a shower, there was no hot water. The supply of hot water was not consistent.
Thirdly, although the environment appeared tidy, there were many cockroaches inside the apartment, both in the bedroom and the bathroom.
Lastly, I paid a deposit of 230RM upon arrival, and the staff informed me that 230RM would be refunded upon my departure. However, on the day of check-out, I only received 200RM back, and the staff claimed that 30RM was deducted for tax purposes.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this apartment and sincerely hope that no one else will have to endure similar inconveniences.
