毎日の掃除も丁寧。施設は古いがコスパは良かった。徒歩数分の近くのショッピングモール広場でのカウントダウン花火は最高でした。

Such a great property in a very convenient location for shopping and dining. The room was large and comfortable. All the staff were professional and helpful especially our Housekeeper Hussin who was so friendly and did such a great job. Breakfast was good. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

Location is fantastic ; 5-minutes walk to Pavilion KL mall and 10-minutes walk to TRX mall.
We booked the 2-bedroom (1-Queen + 2-Twin Beds) and was allocated room with bath tub.
Unfortunately, the published room with view of KLCC Twin Towers is no longer valid as the said view has been blocked by other buildings !!
Even the Twin Tower view is blocked at Level 30 (Swimming Pool) ; refer to the attached photos.
Fortunately, we have world class hospitality extended by Mr. Din ; we were offered rooms with City view which were not taken up eventually.
The hot breakfast served is good and wide spread. We like the Malay Nasi Lemak, Chinese porridge, and many … no complaint except we thought it will be good that they swop the food menu daily.
Overall stay experience is good but we will likely next stay at a premise with good night view of the iconic Twin Tower.

The location was very good, close to shopping, easy for Grab pickup. Rooms were very clean, plenty of bottled water supplied.

We loved it, everybody was very nice, great breakfast. Our second stay at Dorsett. Mr Hussein the cleaner made our trip great he cleaned the room and was great with our kids, thank you Mr Hussein.

We stayed 8 nights in a 2 Bedroom Premium Suite which was serviced daily by housekeeper Hussin. He was very good, very attentive, checking if everything was ok I was extremely pleased with his service and happy personality.
Our room included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and one lounge room.
I especially liked the washer/dryer in the suite for my long stay.
All rooms had a city view. The best is the bathroom city view.
Two televisions -nice. Full kitchen, utensils, crockery with microwave and hotplate.
We tried the buffet breakfast RM45 per person. Good selection of all foods, something for everyone.
I took a swim in the pool -so nice. Open 7am-9pm daily.
Location is a few minutes walk to main tourist shopping -Pavillion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, Times Square, Lala Port and TRX Exchange.
I would definitely book this hotel again.

I dont see problems like others guest facing, such as sewerage problem, smells problem etc. My 2 bedrooms suite condition like new.My check in was smooth and get the early check in.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. Thank you again for the wonderful stay at your property.

Location is in Bulik Bintang heart of downtown with shops & restaurants- walking distance about 5mins. Accommodation is just what we needed kitchenette and laundry machine. Rooftop swimming pool.

The residence hotel did not have the bathtub. But each two Bet rooms had a shower room and was good. There were a washing machine and a range and an iron, and the convenience was enough for the long-term stay. There was the pool, too and was able to enjoy it. It was an almost comfortable stay.

Excellent location in Bukit Bintang area yet quiet for a good night sleep with noise insulation. Overall great facility with only some minor improvement area. You need to request additional towels for swimming if you require them.

By far the best value hotel in the area. You get such an amazing service, room and amenities for a bargain. Due to the pandemic they have a decreased amount of customers so you'll be treated with priority and even get upgraded and/or get additional discounts/freebies!

レジデンスなので洗濯機もあり、部屋も広く家族4人で快適に過ごしました。
歩いてパビリオンもすぐ行けるし、セリアKLCCにも行けます。
周りは建設ラッシュですが、うるさくはないです。
朝食は美味しいですが、時間帯によって混雑します。
そこは調整すれば問題ないです。
また行きたいと思いました。

Location was excellent. Walking distance to major shopping centres like Pavilion, Farenheight, Lot 10 etc. Only downside is the traffic jam to get to the hotel.

정말 크고 천장이 높은 넓은 거실, 두 방 중 한 곳은 별도의 티비 제공, 정말 충분한 크기의 화장실 2개, 건조 기능이 있는 세탁기, 취사 가능한 기본 주방 용품들과 전기레인지, 구역별로 조절 가능한 에어콘(추위를 타는 편이라 모두 껐는데도 선선해요^^), 환상적인 조식 뷔페, 가까운 중심가, 친절한 직원들, 수영장과 헬스장 무료 사용! 고민하지 마시고 오세요. 조식 제공 없이 10만원 하는 숙소보다 조식 제공하면서 13만원 하면 그게 더 낫지 않을까 하면서 선택했는데 완전 만족합니다. 참고로 아내가 다른 도시 가지 말고 여기 그냥 며칠 더 있자고 했었습니다. 한국의 신속한 룸서비스(담요, 기기 문의 등)에 익숙해 있어서 사람 오라고 불렀는데 시간이 조금 걸린 것은 아쉬웠지만 그 외엔 모든 것이 마음에 듭니다. 쿠알라 공항에서 숙소로 가시는 교통편만 좀 미리 알아보시고 오시면 됩니다. 거리가 좀 되는데 저처럼 이상한 정액제 택시로 왠지 찜찜한 경험 하지 마시구요 ㅠ

방은 전체적으로 깨끗했으며, 아침식사도 맛있었음. 건물도 지어진지 얼마 안된거 같아 새거 같았으며 수영장 뷰가 기가막힘. 부킷빈탕 지하철 역에서는 꽤 거리가 있고 걸어다닐만은 하나 캐리어 끌고는 좀 힘듬.

4명이 지내는데 문제 없이 모든것이 아주 좋았습니다. 걸어서 파빌리온과 잘란알로 야시장, 무료버스 노선이 3개가 지나가고 수영장 또한 훌륭했습니다.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Toller Pool mit schöner Aussicht. Fotos nicht mehr ganz aktuell, da sich die Skyline verändert hat. Tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch wenn sehr asiatisch, bzw international. Wir haben immer etwas leckeres gefunden. Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kein europäischer Standard. Wundervolle Aussicht vom Balkon im Nebenhaus. (Residences)
Man muss sich auf der Buchungsplattform die Zimmerbeschreibung genau durchlesen um nicht enttäuscht zu sein.
Wir waren sehr erfreut und zufrieden, würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen, die Lage ist kaum zu toppen.
Es wird gegenüber gebaut dementsprechend kann sich die Aussicht stetig ändern.

God beliggenhed og virkelig sødt personale.
Rigtig god rengøring og dejligt værelse og badeværelse. Hotel sengene er meget hårde og puderne er meget høje og derfor er komforten ikke helt i top.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 toilets/baths. The lounge was spacious, kitchen facilities sufficient. Apartment also had an oven and clothes washer/dryer. It is right next to the Dorsett hotel but separate. No reception or office staff in the Residences building other than a security guard so all communication, check in/check etc., out had to be done at the hotel side.
Overall the Dorsett Residences BB is worth its money!

Nice place to stay however housekeeping rings door bell at 10am to come in and clean. Breakfast had a variety of options.
Property is in walking distance to large mall and several eateries.

The area was great with shopping mall and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. Good breakfast with hot meals and some variety.
