We had a great stay in a very cosy and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff (esp the guy at reception).
Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going.
Small hotel with just 9 rooms at a great location. We walked everywhere (Nightmarket and Mt.Phousi) eventhough it is bit more than the stated few minutes.

I was surprised at how they fully take care of customers. Clean, Close from everywhere, among all, they listens to what you are saying. Very satisfied stay at the hotel.

住所からは見つけにくかったです。大通りから入ったところにあります。部屋は清潔感があり、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。ウエルカムドリンクが美味しかったです。

Simple but very clean rooms with fridge and water kettle. We especially liked the very attentive service by the owner and his family who run the hotel! In the afternoon he would always bring us a round of his very tasty pinapple and mange shake.

+พนักงานที่นี่ให้บริการดีมากๆ ที่ตั้งที่พักก็หาไม่ยากมาก เดินตาม Google map ได้เลย
-มีการสร้างอาคารอยู่ติดกับที่พักในขณะนี้ ประมาณ 7 โมงเช้าจะเริ่มทำงาน ถ้าเป็นคนตื่นสายอาจจะนอนไม่ได้

남자 직원이 매우 친절하고 좋았어요. 체크인 시간보다 빨리 갔는데 바로 체크인도 해주고.. 다음날 예약한 밴이 안나타나서 급당황하여 대충 영어로 상황설명 했는데 잘 알아듣고 밴기사랑 통화해 주셔서 바로 해결되었구요~! 호텔이 아닌 빌라다 보니 아무래도 럭셔리한 인테리어는 아니지만 불편한거 없이 잘 지내다 왔어요. 2박 했는데 첫날 웰컴드링크 뿐 아니라 다음날 나갔다 들어와도 망고쥬스도 제공해주더라구요. 처음에 체크인할때 루앙프라방 여행지도 다 안내해줬어요.

Huang the host was amazing!
He helped us with everything we needed, was very nice and welcoming. He even gave us a fresh shake each time we came from a day trip, and didnt charged us for that.
The room was very comfort an clean and the guesthouse was in great place at mid town but still very quiet.
We recommend this place for everyone- solo, couple or family!

Great choice for a guesthouse in Luang Prabang. Wonderful Vietnamese manager who was super helpful, brought us fruit drinks in the hot afternoon, and was usually available to deal with any problems/issues quickly. Central location within a 10 minute walk from most of the interesting parts of the old-town. Probably the best bed, TV, AC and room layout from my 8 days in Laos for the price, especially with the balcony rooms to relax on a hot afternoon. Building seemed almost-new with quality wood and finish compared to other guest-houses in the price range in Luang Prabang. Only downside is the current construction next door(starts around 7am every day) so maybe check before booking if you are a light sleeper. Nice choice of breakfast(banana pancake!), and the fresh fruit that comes with each one was a welcome change from the typical egg/bread/ham breakfast most places offer.

Friendly greeting with fresh fruit and beverage; close to the heart of all activities for tourists - within walking distance but I elected to rent a bike for 5 days for a very reasonable price; able to leave a bag in a secure place while visiting Elephant Conservation Center for 2 days (highly recommend this!); laundry done promptly; able to arrange/reserve activities right at the hotel; river view

Friendly greeting when I arrived, beverage and fresh fruit. I was able to leave my bag in a secure place while I left Luang Prabang for a 2 day stay at Elephant Conservation Center. Laundry done promptly. Breakfasts were great (eggs, bread, fresh fruit, juice). Location close to the heart of the city. Would stay again.

Friendly staffs who welcome you and answer every questions about traveling in Luangphrabang. And another good thing is yummy breakfast serve with lots of fruit.
But I have little complain about the mosquitoes that came in toilet and room.
I appreciate about the kindness of the staffs also he offer me and my friend to use the room toilet and open air condition even we've checked out, while we waiting for airport shuttle bus that he offer us for free picking up from hotel to airport as well.

Pool was a bit cold, but nice outdoor area, close to the river and walking around. Nice staff, they helped book our taxi to the train station. Daily housekeeping & free water. Beautiful room with a balcony.

名前の通りナムハン川の畔です。ナイトマーケットには市中を大回りしますが狭い街ゆえ苦にならない。大きなスーパーが出来て必要なモノは間に合いますし近くの店では高レート(円もバーツも)で両替出来ます。朝食も付くのでお得感有りです！

Greit hotell litt uten for gamle byen sentrum. Gåavstand til alt. Rolig område. Muligheter for booking av turer. Vi booket privat tur til Kuang Si Water Falls og mini van til Vang Vieng. Anbefaler å dra til Kuang Si før gruppeturene. Vi reiste kl 8:00 og rakk frem ca 30 min før massene ankom. Privat sjåføren ventet på oss så lenge vi ville og kjørte oss til et sted i Luang Prabang for å spise lunsj etter turen. Ang. Mini van til Vang Vieng så er hotellet er midt i ruten for å plukke opp reisende til Vang Vieng. Vi fikk sete bakerst i mini van.

The room was comfortable and very clean! Great price and a nice play to spend a few nights. Within walking distance of nearly everything in town. Breakfast was decent, too. There's a cute young girl, likely a staff member's daughter, who will come up to your table and play with you while you eat. They helped us rent a motorbike and arrange airport transportation.

We stayed for three nights. The room was spacious and neat. There're problems with draining and the door lock. But they were solved later on. Breakfast was nice and served with lots of fruits. The staff was super nice and friendly. He was willing to go outside to exchange currency for us with good rates even when he's occupied. And he offered juices when we stayed in the room in the afternoon. We left early at 6:30am to head to vang vieng the last day. He prepared breakfast for us to eat in the journey! That was unexpected and thoughtful. The whole experience here was great.

部屋は綺麗で、朝食は美味しかったです。
ただ、バルコニー付きの部屋を6泊予約していたのに、ダブルブッキングだったようで最初の2日は別の部屋になってしまいました。それについて返金や謝罪等はありませんでした。
また、トイレットペーパーやシャンプーの補充がなかった日があり（伝えたら貰えましたが）、サービス面は少し不満が残りました。

This hotel was just okay. It served the purpose of a place to sleep at night. The pancakes at breakfast were excellent. However, the service was mediocre. Some of the staff were outright rude. There was rarely anyone at the desk and it was very difficult to find someone to assist you. Additionally, we requested a car to the airport (a day in advance) and they forgot, forcing us to wake them up in order to call transportation.

Easy to walk to from Post Office/Dara market where minivans from Vang Vieng drop you off. No aircon but ceiling fan was adequate. Good pancakes for breakfast!

Es war wie beschrieben alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, aber auf einem unterdurchschnittlichen Niveau.
Basic aber sauber
Alles vorhanden mit Einschränkungen. Sauber. Gutes Frühstück.
Mein Einzelzimmer war mit 15 m² einschließlich Bad+Toilette sehr klein. Dusche in der Toilette, so dass bei Benutzung alles überschwemmt. Der Safe geht nicht. Keine Sitzgelegenheit. Wackelnden Wasserhahn habe ich selbst repariert – er sitzt jetzt fest. Total überbewertet.

6年ぶりに2度目の宿泊をしましたが、最悪の体験でした。
1. トイレもシャワーも使えず、下水の臭いがする部屋に泊まることになりました。
2. このVillaは、スタッフ同士が連絡を取れていないようです。
3. Expediaから送った質問に返信が来ませんでした。
6年前に宿泊した時は、ラオススタイルの素敵な部屋で、もう一度泊まりたいと思い予約をしました。
このゲストハウスは3棟を経営しているようです。
今回はチェックインの時に、予約時の写真に無かった新館の部屋に案内されました。
Villa Namkhan Riverと同じ経営者なので、同じ宿泊施設だと説明をされました。
女性オーナーに部屋の交換を頼むと、「１晩でしょ？ゲストハウスだもの。部屋を変えるなら差額を払ってね？」と言われました。
1. ラオススタイルではない新館の部屋に着くと、すぐに洗面台とシャワーの水が出なくなりました。
スタッフに伝えると、「ポンプが故障している。僕の部屋もでない。5分後に使えるようになる。」と言われました。
結果、5分間だけ水が出て、一晩トイレもシャワーも使えませんでした。下水の匂いのする部屋で寝ることになりました。
2. フロントでレンタルバイクを前日予約しましたが、翌朝伝わっていなくて、3棟ある宿泊施設のどこで予約したかを聞いて、確認の電話をしていました。
予約時間をかなり過ぎてからバイクが届きました。
帰りのルアンパバーン駅までの乗合バンを前日予約・支払いをしたのですが、伝わっていなくて二重請求されました。
払ったと伝えると、スタッフに聞きに行っていました。
全くスタッフ同士で連絡が取れていないようです。
3. 事前に電車の予約や部屋のシャワーについて、Expediaを通してメッセージを送りましたが、返信が来ませんでした。
国際電話で問い合わせましたが、「確認して返信します」というだけで、返信は来ませんでした。
6年前は良かったのですが…。
今から予約される方は是非、他の口コミも参考になさってください。
実際にあった事だけを書いておきます。
