C’était ma première fois aux Pays-Bas et mon premier hôtel de mon voyage, j’avoue que je n’avais pas envie de partir tellement tout était parfait. Chambre confortable, lit super confortable avec un bon choix d’oreillers. Que dire du service! J’ai adoré mon expérience. La douche était aussi parfaite, avec une bonne pression et eau chaude en masse! Je reviendrais n’importe quand. L’emplacement était super!

Fabulous location, close to restaurants, public transport, gyms, and nice areas to walk and explore.
We normally opt to include the hotel breakfast, but found that the price was a bit high and chose to go out instead. We did appreciate the free coffee and tea in the mornings though!
Be aware that there is a nightclub in the next building, the noise wasn’t terrible, but if you are sensitive, you may want to ask for a room that does not face the front street or is on the other end of the building!

Clean and quiet. Perfect location to walk into Haarlem. Very spacious room.
No wardrobe but hanging rail in room.
No coffee/tea making facilities in the room but available in the breakfast area in the morning.
Overall, good value for money.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful and breakfast was excellent. We were surprised that the entertainment stages next door created so little noise.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Staff and manager on duty all three were amazing. So happy we stayed there and everyone when we visit Amsterdam we will stay at this hotel. Super market was walking distance. Pizza place was amazing. Loved it

I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time.
This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available.
There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to avoid the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but still be close enough to experience it.
