We had an early check in at no charge, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rom was clean and the bed comfortable.

Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä, huone siisti, sänky loistava wifi toimii, aamiainen ei minun makuun. Hotellin sijainti loistava lyhyt matka ihmettelemään Petronakseja ja Chinatownia aivan hotellin pääoven vieressä voi seurata hindutemppelin ihmeelisyyksiä. Suosittelen hotellia.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful in many ways...good wi fi good breakfast..I recommend this hotel...good value for the price range...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. New hotel, friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast, free laundry services. There's not much more that I could ask, for the money I paid. To add to the charm, china town is round the corner, as in Kota Raya ( best rate for money exchange).But I do want to add that hotels.com charged me more money than the usual rate available at the hotel

The location of the hotel is very accessible to all the KL tourist attractions.
The room is clean and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to either solo or group travellers.
The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Fresh, new hotel (one year old), clean rooms, good bedding and excellent service. They had also a free customers loundry, which I really appreciate after weeks of travelling. Local breakfast tasted good.

Dedicated, Helpful and courteous staff, Supervisors & Housekeeping were exceptionally friendly. I am totally & Permenantly disabled,came here after Brain Surgery & C1 - C7 Spinal surgery and everryone helped me with everything. Thank youguys,

The location, staff and property were great! Unfortunately when we were there they had run out of toilet paper. The hotel never went out to buy any for the guest during our whole stay.

The hotel is fairly new, good condition, very comfortable and clean for a reasonably low price. It's an overhead shower (not handheld) so it was not convenient to shower my baby. Location is good though, walking distance to Jalan Aloe Night Market, Petaling street and close to other attractions via taxi or Grab. Hotel staffs are friendly and attentive. However, it is located right next to Hindu temple and there are many homeless people and trash around which made me uncomfortable at first. I wanted to change hotels but decided to stay to avoid the hassle, the homeless people seemed harmless although they will just stare at you. We had some leftover food and fruits so I quietly left it for them while they were sleeping and we left for the airport. You will also see a lot of people lining up to get food at the temple. Overall I think it was a good stay for budget traveler.

城市便捷洒店近唐人街，早餐不行，但對面的平民餐廳可食到當地印度及馬來西亞人的早午餐，價錢便宜，可口，酒店方便清潔，價錢合理，值得一宿。

Overall a good and enjoyable stay, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Reception colleagues were friendly, helpful and proactive.
Only negative experience would be the staff at breakfast, they could be more approachable and friendly.

The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to China Town. Friendly staff but the hotel rooms are starting to show their age. Breakfast is very limited.

Stained linen, ceiling in the shower had a hole in it and was patched with a piece of cardboard. It still leaked. Pictures of the room were misleading. The front desk workers had no answers to any questions. Location was good but there was always someone laying on the hitel stairs.

Läge med gångavstånd till China Town och affärscentra. Tyvärr är området närmast hotellet tråkigt. Hotellet och rummet är rent. Frukosten är dålig och i tråkig miljö. TV har endast 7 kanaler och med grynig bild. Om jag återkommer till Kuala Lumpur ska jag istället välja ett hotell längs Jalan Bukit Bintang med närhet till nattmarknad och restauranger mm.

The service was below standard. 2 of the 3 nights spent at the hotel having the shower blocked. I had to request twice before someone came to fix it. One day one of the towels provided had a bunch of hair. I asked to be replaced, after waiting for more than half an hour in the room, I had to make another request to get the towel replaced. It seems to need 2 requests before any action.

ホテルはどの駅からも遠く、きちんと舗装されてない歩道や信号をいくつもわたる必要があります。インド人が多く住む、雑然とした場所にあります。中国系のホテルで、受付の対応は淡々としています。他の従業員もぶっきらぼうな印象で、サービスは期待しない方がいいかと思います。朝食がかなり不味く、卵くらいしか食べられるものがありませんでした。部屋は広く、掃除もそれなりにしてあります。エアコンが冷気を送るのに１０分以上かかるので、外から戻るたびに部屋で汗だくになります。マレーシアは、この値段だと他にいくらでもいいホテルがあるので、次回は違う所に泊まると思います。

整體來說是偏差 我地訂的是雙連房 兩房中間的門只有一把極度簡陋的鎖 而房間門上的安全鎖也是破的 感覺很不安全
